No one's Pov:

Axel sighed and looked at his girlfriend who was in the opposite side of the table. She's been quiet since they first entered the coffee shop and was thinking of a way to break the awkward silence. Their relationship has been dwelling the past year and he's been trying everything he could to save it. So far, things hasn't went well and their relationship was simply crumbling within every passing second.

The attempt of rekindling their relationship wasn't easy and Axel wasn't sure why. He's been taking her on dates, giving her flowers or other gifts and even learned tips for the bedroom. However it seemed that she keeps bailing on everything.

The said girl was clearly annoyed. Just earlier Axel came into their apartment and asked her to come here. To her, it seems like Axel needed to understand that she needs her space.

Just then, a chocolate skin girl with brown hair made her way towards them, blushing madly for some odd reason while glaring at a black raven hair girl who was smirking. Once she realized she was at their table, she stopped and looked at Axel. Axel was confused while the girl raised an eyebrow at Axel.

"Hey you," She pointed at Axel. "I just came here to thank you for a wonderful time together last week."

The girl blinked while Axel panicked. He doesn't know this girl and here she was telling lies in front of his girlfriend. If their crumbling relationship wasn't enough, then this would be it. The girl then looked at Axel, angry.

"So Axel, after all this time I find you cheating on me?" She sneered.

"C-Cassie! I promise you I didn't! I don't even know who she is or what's she talking about!"

The girl who is now known as Cassie simply huffed and shook her head as she got of the chair.

"It doesn't even matter. I was planning to break up with you anyway." She looked at the girl, "Thank you for pulling me out of this miserable relationship."

"Uh...Your welcome?"

Axel blinked, "What? You wanted out?"

"Yep. Sorry Axel." She said and the smirked, "I've been sleeping with my boss the last year and he even plans to leave his wife for me. So really, I've been just looking for an excuse to leave you. And honestly, it hasn't been easy with you doing all those romantic dates with me. But anyway, that's done and i'll see you around. I'll swing by the apartment to pick up my things. Goodbye."

There goes the girl he dated for years and never looked back at him. Pain swell in his heart and all he wanted to do was get rid of it.

"That was....Harsh..." Said the girl as she looked at...Axel was it? "You ok?"

While she spoke, the hurt in his heart quickly turned to anger. He turned to the only girl available, "Thank you for ruining my life!" He spat.

He heard her call out "Sorry" on his way out of the coffee shop. He paid no attention. He needed alcohol to get rid of this pain.

A few hours pass and Axel finds himself in a bar. A hotel's bar. He was currently in the hotel to avoid Cassie and because he needed to be close to where he's needed for work. He was currently on his second shot of alcohol and tried to mask the pain with it. He seldom on getting wasted, but right now seemed like a perfect time.

"Axel right?" Came the familiar voice.

Turning around, he saw the same girl who saw his harsh break up in the coffee shop. "Oh, um...Hey." He said awkwardly, not sure how to react.

Surely his anger from earlier should've kicked in, but it didn't. It just faded the moment it came to him. He knew he couldn't blame the girl next to him, after all she didn't know about Cassie cheating on him. Besides, Cassie just decided to break things off rather than talk about it like adults. He should've had expected something was up, but he was too busy trying to say their relationship that he was blind to notice. He feels ashamed.

When she sat down, Axel looked at her, "Hey, i'm sorry about earlier."

The girl shook her head, "Don't worry about it. You had the rights to get mad at me. It was mostly my fault anyway....My name's Olivia by the way."

"Axel" He nodded, even though she already knew his name.

It was quiet for a moment. Until Olivia decided to break it. "How long have you two been together?"

"Five years....." He responded sadly, "And the last year I knew something was off with her, but I never expected for her to cheat on me. All the things I did to fix our relationship was just a big waste of time."

"What did you do?" Olivia couldn't help but to ask.

"I've tried to be more romantic....Taking her on dates, buying her flowers and small gifts...." Axel suddenly blushed, "And....Uh....I looked up tips for the bedroom."

This made Olivia smile, yet blush faintly, "Really?"

"Yeah....It's stupid isn't it?"

"No!" She shrieked which made Axel jump. "Don't blame yourself Axel. From the way I see it, you did nothing wrong." Olivia said as she huffed, "The way it sounds, your ex was the one who did the damage while you were simply doing your best on being the best boyfriend you could be. Your ex is a fucking idiot since she was the one cheating on you and never seeing how much of a great guy you were."

Axel was quiet, but even so he couldn't help but to let the negative thoughts take over his mind. "Yeah...But it must still be my fault....I probably wasn't the perfect boyfriend for her...Maybe that's why she decided to sleep with her boss...."

Olivia wasn't sure whether to track down Axel's ex and cause internal pain to her or help Axel think straight. Since they were both here, she already made her choice and placed her hand on his shoulder in which caused him to look over her.

"Axel, let me say this again. Your ex was a fucking idiot." She said with venom, "All the things you mention would make most girls happy." She said as she suddenly blushed, "I know I would if I were your girlfriend."

Axel blinked in surprise. But then again, why should he? Normally he isn't comfortable opening up to strangers, but something in Olivia made him feel comfortable about. He then took a good look of her. She wore a small skirt with a black crop top which he admits is very attractive. He took her words and smiled. He suddenly felt less pain in his heart.

"Thanks....Hey Olivia?"

"Yes?"

"Would you like to grab dinner with me?" He asked nervously as he scratched the back of his neck and was putting himself out there again.

Olivia smiled, "Sure."

Axel smiled when he and his new girlfriend made their way towards his hotel room. They both had a pleasant dinner in a restaurant and they got to know each more. The both of them didn't want to end their night together right there, so they went to walk around the city. By now, their feet were tired and were more than glad to relax them.

"Hey, want to stay with me tonight?" Asked Axel with a smile.

"Sure." Smiled Olivia.

Axel got his keys out from his pocket and unlocked the door before pushing it open. He let Olivia walk in first in which caused her to chuckle. Axel closed the door and locked the door before joining Olivia who was sitting on his living room couch. 

"I'll say Axel, walking around the city while the night is beautiful, it's breathtaking. Cassie is a bigger idiot than I thought if you are this romantic without trying."

Axel chuckled sadly, "Yeah.....

"What's wrong?"

"You don't have to that you know."

"Do what?"

"You know, put down Cassie for me. As much as I enjoy your enthusiasm, I..."

"You still love her?" Asked Olivia with a frown at the idea.

Axel shook his head. "No. It's none of that. I just....Rather hang out with you than thinking about being with her again."

"Oh." Olivia blushed. "You know....That's the second time you've done it."

Axel raised an eyebrow in confusion. Before he could ask though, Olivia tackle him flat on his back. Axel was surprised and his body failed to function while Olivia was kissing him hungry over his lips while straddling between his crotch. When Axel managed to regain his senses, he shivered in delight when Olivia licked his lips teasingly. This was something new to him. When he and Cassie were still together, the sex was always simple. Axel sighed as he tried to read the newspaper in the coffee shop. He was just waiting for Olivia for when she came back for her check up. He placed down the newspaper and looked out the window to look at the clouds.

"Cassie!?"

There was Cassie Rose, his ex. Despite the stunning clothes and make up she wore, Axel felt nothing but confusion.

"Hello there Axel."

There was silent between them before Axel raised an eyebrow in annoyance as he crossed his arms in his chest. "What are you doing here Cassie?"

"I was looking for you."

"What? Why?"

"Why? Ha, it should be pretty obvious Axel." She purred with a seductive look in which annoyed Axel further.

"Why should be obvious? After all, you dumped me after you admitted to me that you were sleeping with your boss and he was going to leave his wife for you. So honestly Cassie, i'm struggling to see your point. After all, I moved out of our apartment so that I can never see you again." He said with a frown.

And he moved in straight to his new girlfriends apartment. Things had been interesting. The apartment was small but comfortable and Olivia owned a pet cat in which took a liking to Axel. Of course he was never going to tell any of that to Cassie.

"I got bored of waiting for my boss to leave his wife," She said casually, "So I decided to leave him and find you so that we can rekindle what we had."

These words made Axel frown as annoyance took over his body. He was over Cassie, completely and he never plans on returning to her.

Before Axel could even say anything, the sound of someone clearing their throat caught their attention. Axel smiled when he saw the girl he's been dating for a year. Olivia raised an eyebrow when she saw who was with Axel. She smirked and sat on Axel's lap before kissing his cheek, shocking the girl in front of her.

"Hey Axel. I just came here to thank you for having a wonderful time with me the past year." She said loud enough for the girl to hear them. "Especially since we made love two weeks ago."

"P-past year?" Shuttered Cassie before the familiarity began to register to what was currently happening.

"Y-you! You're the reason Axel and I broke up in the first place!"

Olivia raised a bored eyebrow. "It was just a silly prank. Besides, don't blame me, you're the one who decided to sleep with your boss behind Axel's back. It's not my fault you decided to break up with him."

"Get off him you slut! He's mine." She snarled

"Not anymore! You were the idiot that decided to dump a great guy like Axel and he'll just wait for you to come back. Axel is mine and nothing will ever make me let go of him." Snared back Olivia.

While the girls were snapping at each other, Olivia's words began to register. "Hey hold on, whats so special about two weeks ago? It's not really like our first time." Asked a confused Axel

"But it was the first time you gotten me pregnant." She smiled

"P-pregnant!?" Cried no just Axel but the girl as well.

Olivia nodded and ignored the in front of them. "Seeing how good you are on the bed, i'm quiet surprised you haven't gotten me pregnant earlier."

"I-it's probably isn't yours...." Stammered Cassie in a last effort to get Axel back. This resulted with both Axel and Olivia to glare at her.

"Cassie, just because you cheated on me that doesn't mean every girl I date will do the same." Axel said sternly. Seeing that Cassie was going to argue, he stopped her. "No Cassie, that's enough. You cheated on me and dumped me. Period. So if your unhappy with your relationship than that's your problem. Especially now that Olivia and I are having a child. If you think that I was going to leave Olivia for you, i'll say your delusional."

With that, Axel and Olivia got off and let the coffee shop and a dumbfolded Cassie. There was no need to look back at the past for now, it was time to celebrate the future. Who would have thought a mindless prank could lead to this?
