      I breathed in the fresh sea air as our ship neared the island. My (H/C) hair blew calmly in the wind.  This island was going to be the home of the Phoenix Alliance. I stared at the luscious island and leaned over the side of the ship, wanting to get to the island to explore. I lost my balance and started to fall into the deep blue sea below, but Laurance saw me and caught me. I blushed as he gently put me back on the ship. When I looked into Laurance's eyes I felt a small spark. I then felt my face getting warm and mumbled,"Thank you."
Laurance replied,"You're welcome. Although, you really should pay more attention."
He smirked in that quirky way of his as he walked off. I sighed as I stared off into space thinking about Laurance. He was such a Casanova, but I felt like he still kept a secret. My thoughts were rudely interrupted by Katelyn sliding over to me. "So, (Y/N), how are things going between you and Laurance?" She said with a sly smile.
I blushed again, my face as red as a tomato. Then I asked Katelyn,"Why are you interested in my love life? You don't seem to be that kind of person."
Katelyn just ignored the question and continued smiling. I had a feeling she had recently hung out with Kawaii~Chan. Kawaii~Chan has a tendency to ship people together and Laurance and I was one of her favorite ships. Just then, Chad came running from the sleeping area. He started running around yelling,"THERE ARE RUINS ON THE ISLAND! WE MUST INVESTIGATE FOR SCIENCE!"
We all agreed we would explore once we got to the island. But, everyone was too excited to dock because it would take too long. So, we decided that when we were close enough, we would jump off the boat and swim to shore. Soon, we were close enough to the island to swim to it.
As I jumped into the water, my hair flew up. It got soaked when I landed in the water. I came up smiling to see everyone except Katelyn follow suit. From the water I yelled,"COME ON KATELYN! YOU RE A JURY OF NINE MEMBER FOR HEAVENS SAKE!"
      Katelyn took a deep breath and jumped in.  She came up coughing and I could barely contain my giggles.  Katelyn glared at me as we swam to shore.  It was decided that Aaron, Travis, and Katelyn would start setting up a camp.  On the other hand, Aphmau, Laurance, Chad and I would explore the ruins.  This was going to be fun!

~Time Skip~

      After the Demon Warlock made an unexpected appearance, we started exploring.  We had explored some of the ruins, but they were broken so badly that you couldn't tell what they were.  Now, Laurance, Aphmau, Chad and I came upon a giant church.  Laurance and Aphmau looked at each other, and I could tell that they recognized this place.  Aphmau said,"This looks like the church in the Irene Dimension."
      Laurance nodded and said,"Come on.  We have to find out if this place is significant to Irene."
      Laurance started leading the way, but he turned to Aphmau and said,"I think you should lead."
      Aphmau replied with a little giggle,"What?  Do you think the holes are out to get you?"
I giggled and remembered that Laurance had a tendency to fall into holes. He turned red and said,"Yes! The holes want to kill me! They are evil."
Aphmau and I burst out laughing, but then we realized Chad had gone ahead of us. Aphmau and I were still giggling when we started walking. Suddenly, Aphmau fell into a hole. Laurence called down to her,"Are you okay?"
She replied,"I'm fine. Although, I think you should come down here. There are some interesting things.

~Time Skip~

      Chad, Aphmau, Laurance and I returned to camp tired and worn out.  We shared our findings about the crypt, but they were as confused as us. Then we decided it wood be best if we just talked about it in the morning. We had a big day ahead of us.

~Time Skip~ (Fight me)

I wiped the sweat off my brow as I struggled to put the roof on a house. I don't know how Aaron makes it look so easy. It had been about a week since we came to this island, and by now we had some of Aphmau's old friends had moved in. Especially the one that wears a chicken suit. He looks hilarious and also how he treats chickens like people is dorky. But we still needed lots of helping hands to build houses and KiKi's barn. So, I decided to pitch in. Laurance was working on the walls while I worked on the roof. Just as I was going to finish the base of the roof, I slipped and fell off the roof. I was for sure going to break something when I hit the ground, so I closed my eyes. Except, I didn't feel the impact. When I opened my eyes I saw Laurance smiling at me. Again, I felt a spark, and it looked like he felt one too. I then realized Laurance was holding me, and he gently put me down. I then asked him,"Do you want to be with me?"
Laurance's eyes brightened, but then they grew dark again. He said,"I-I'm so sorry, b-but I can't be with you."
"Why?" I asked. Laurance sighed and started singing.

*Cue music*

A lump caught in my throat as I realized Laurance was a Shadow Knight.  He looked at me in the eyes and I could tell we were meant to be together.  I said,"I don't care what you are, I just know that I love you, and I will be with you always."
