"I'm not letting them out we've got two bodies covered in slash marks they confessed killing two people" Noah said. "Hunters" Scott said.

"People Scott self-defiance or not they're still here the other guys are dead and there's a process I have to follow" Noah said.

"Yeah, but you know what's happening around here it's not safe for them" Scott said.

"It's not safe for anyone" Avery said. "This may actually be the safest place for them in Beacon Hills at least I can protect them here" Noah said.

"Would Stiles think that" Lydia asked. "Especially if one of your deputies is working for Gerard" Malia said.

"I'm not buying that I know these deputies like the back of my hand I know their families, their kids, their brothers, and sisters I know who they are, and I trust them" Noah said.

"You know who they were there's something out there everyone's afraid and it's getting worse" Liam said.

"Yeah, you can't protect two werewolves from hunters if they're already on the inside" Scott said. "Sheriff when if you known them your whole life fear can make people turn against everyone" Avery said.

"It's Quinn right" Noah asked the girl in the chair and she nodded.

"You're sure it was a deputy who shot you absolutely 100% sure" Noah asked her and she nodded.

"I saw flashing lights, a police car, I saw a badge, a gun, and then they shot me, they shot me in the head and that's all that I remember" Quinn said.

"There are a couple holes in her story" Noah said. "Maybe because there's a hole in her head" Lydia said and Malia laughed causing everyone to look at her.

"I'm sorry" Malia said. "Sheriff, we need to get Jiang and Tierney out of here before anyone realizes they're here" Scott said.

"And take them where" Noah asked. "I can't let them go" Noah said.

"But if you keep them here, they're" Lydia said when Noah interrupted.

"Look if there's a problem" Noah said when they heard an explosion. "I bet you it's a problem" Avery said.

They all left the sheriff's office and went into the hallway.

"Get away from the windows put those guns away" Noah said and the cops did. "I'm guessing you know who's out there" Parrish said. "I got a pretty good idea" Noah said.

"They'll be armed to the teeth" Parrish said. "Which is why I won't be" Noah said putting his gun down. "I'm going with you" Parrish said.

"No, you're gonna get some deputies, check the exits and hope we're not completely surrounded and keep an eye out let's make sure we're all on the same side here" Noah said and went outside.

"Keep it holstered Dewitte" Parrish told him. Malia suddenly started breathing heavily.

"We have to get out of here" Malia said. "Give him a chance he knows what he's doing" Scott said.

"I am giving him a chance he can talk all he wants but we have to get out of here" Malia said.

"How do we get Jiang and Tierney out" Avery asked. "Screw them it's Stilinski's job" Malia said.

"But it's our job to keep them alive" Scott said and Theo walked in. "Not mine" Theo said. "Do you want me to kill him" Liam asked. "No just leave him can we please just go" Malia asked.

"We're not going anywhere don't you get it we're trapped they have all of the windows and doors covered we're going to die in here" Quinn said.

"Does someone want to kill her" Theo asked. "Shut up" Malia said and Scott went to Malia.

"Malia hey take a breath you're shaking" Scott said. "I'm fine" Malia said.

"Oh, great my chimera ex" Avery said to Theo. "Avery" Theo said going to go to her when Malia stepped in front of Avery.

"You go anywhere near Avery, and you will regret it" Malia said. "Malia it's okay besides as much as we hate it we need to protect him too" Avery said.

"Guys there's only a dozen of them out there we can take them" Lydia said.

"Scott they're the last of Satomi's pack we can't leave them behind" Liam said. "Okay we go" Scott told Malia who nodded.

"But Jiang and Tierney are coming with us" Scott said and Liam nodded.

Theo, Liam, Avery, Malia, Scott, Tierney, Jiang, and Lydia all went to the door prepared to walk out. "You ready" Scott asked Lydia who nodded. 

He looked at Lydia who nodded. Next, he looked at Malia who growled then he looked at Liam who extracted his claws. 

He looked at Theo who sighed before extracting his claws. "Nobody's going anywhere" Noah said coming over. "I can get through them" Lydia said. 

"We're not gonna fire the first shot" Noah said. "Now get back from the door all of you Parrish get these two back in their cell" Noah said. 

"What happened" Scott asked. "She gave us till midnight" Noah said.

Scott and Malia helped push the desk in front of the door and looked at each other before looking back ahead. "We're gonna need help eventually" Parrish told Noah.

"Any help we call is gonna risk exposing Scott and the others" Noah said.

"If they see actual werewolves they're not gonna be able to tell the good guys from the bad" Parrish said.

"If Quinn's right about one of our deputies I'm not sure we're gonna be able to tell either" Noah said. After a few moments the power was cut off.

A deputy was walking towards the window when Noah snapped her out of her trance. "Morrow get away from the window" Noah said and she did.

"How easy is it to cut the power to the sheriff's station" Avery asked. "Too easy" Vargas said tossing Nolan. "Throw him out" Liam said. "No, you can't okay please don't she'll know I screwed up" Nolan said. 

"He's with them" Liam said. "Liam" Scott said. "Sheriff he's a liar and he's sick in the head" Liam said. 

"And now he's under arrest lock him up" Noah said. Parrish grabbed Nolan leaving with him.

"Everyone get down" Parrish said once he saw what was thrown and Avery went to cover Lydia.

"Avery" Malia said when Theo walked in the room and pulled Avery to him covering her while Scott and Malia ducked. "What was that" Malia asked.

"A distraction" Scott said as Theo let Avery go. "They said midnight" Noah said going to leave when Parrish stopped him.

"The grenade came from in here it was one of us" Parrish said when Liam came over with Nolan.

"Wolfsbane he was trying to kill them" Liam told Scott showing the wolfsbane. "Scott there's something else you need to see" Liam said.

An arrow was suddenly shot through the window and Avery grabbed it.

She unfolded the paper as Liam recognized it. "This is Brett's number" Liam said.

"They're trying to rattle us" Lydia said. "It's working" Theo said as Liam glowed his eyes.

"That wasn't just panic" Lydia said. "It's here isn't it" Avery asked. "It's in here with us" Lydia said. "What do you mean" Noah asked.

"Whatever's causing the fear the same thing that drove the wolves to kill each other it's here with us" Lydia said.

"Guys it's almost midnight we're out of time" Scott said.

"I've already got two bodies I'm not giving Monroe two more" Noah said. "I'm open to ideas" Avery said.

"I watched two guys bring them in and tie them up" Theo said. "Okay but how long did they actually have Tierney and Jiang" Scott asked. "A couple hours maybe" Theo said.

"Did Monroe talk to them" Avery asked. "No, I don't think so just that guy from Eichen maybe one or two other guys with shotguns I think they were waiting for Monroe to do the real interrogating" Theo said.

"So, she might not have seen them" Scott said. "What are you getting at Scott" Noah asked.

"I got an idea I don't think you're gonna like it" Scott said. "If it keeps someone from getting killed, I'm pretty open" Noah said.

"Monroe said that she wanted Jiang and Tierney brought out dead or alive" Scott said.

"And we happen to have two bodies" Avery said getting at where Scott was getting at.

Agent McCall had showed up and told them about the deal Monroe was offering after Scott's plan failed to work. "Scott are you sure about this" Lydia asked.

"I'm not this deal sucks" Liam said. "I agree with him we can't take this deal" Avery said. 

"But it's the only one on the table in a situation like this the best solution is always to de-escalate" Agent McCall said. "It's why you called me isn't it" Agent McCall asked. 

"To be honest I didn't think anyone was gonna show up" Noah admitted. 

"Okay" Scott said. "We'll go" Scott said and they all left.

Mason rushed to the animal clinic after getting Corey's message. "You told me you were leaving" Mason said. "I had to" Corey said.

"You lied" Mason said. "We all did" Liam said. Mason finally saw Liam, Scott, Malia, Lydia, Theo, and Avery.

"So, this was the plan all along" Mason asked. "Sorry Mason my dad had to believe we left Beacon Hills everyone has to believe it" Scott said.

"Then what happens next we fight back now right" Mason asked. "What did you think we were gonna do run" Scott asked.
