"Get your butt down here we have a job to do" Stiles said on the phone with Scott.

"Dude I'm already in bed" Scott said. "And aren't we getting a little old for this" Scott asked. "We do this for couch" Stiles said.

"I thought we did this to Couch" Scott said. "Whatever okay and bring Avery she isn't answering her phone you know he needs this he lives for this stuff he loves it" Stiles said.

"it's the middle of the night" Scott said. "Which means it's after midnight and officially mischief night/day and by perfectly awesome coincidence it also happens to be couch's birthday so if you are not down here in five seconds, I will destroy you okay and I mean five four three two" Stiles said and turned around seeing red eyes falling down.

Scott came forwards making his presence known no longer glowing his eyes with Avery beside him. "One" Scott said. "I hate you" Stiles said.

"And I hate both of you for waking me up" Avery said.

Scott parked his motorcycle and saw two familiar motorcycles before he got off his bike seeing Ethan and Aiden as he walked to them.

"You're back in school" Scott asked the twins. "No just to talk" Ethan said and Stiles went over to Scott seeing the twins.

"Oh, that's kind of a change of pace for you guys usually you're just hurting maiming and killing" Stiles said "You need a pack we need an alpha" Aiden said.

"Yeah, absolutely not that's hilarious though" Stiles said. "You came to us for help we helped" Aiden said.

"You beat him into a bloody pulp that's not helping in my opinion that's actually counterproductive" Stiles said.

"They're lucky I wasn't there I would have done much worse especially considering they forced me to watch Kali attempt to kill my boyfriend" Avery said coming over.

"Why would I say yes" Scott asked. "We'd add strength we'd make you more powerful there's no reason to say no" Aiden said.

"I can think of one" Issac said coming over. "So can I but I'll let Issac do the honors" Avery said and Isaac smiled.

"Like the two of you holding Derek's claws while Kali impaled Boyd" Isaac said.

"And let's not forget how Kali killed Erica right in front of me" Avery said, and Issac nodded in agreement.

"In fact, I don't know why we're not impaling them right now" Issac said.

Aiden growling glowing his eyes before turning back to normal. "You want to try" Aiden asked.

Avery stepped in front of Isaac extracting her claws glowing her eyes.

Scott pulled Avery back and shook his head. "You really want me to do nothing are you serious" Avery asked. "They're not worth it please" Scott said and Avery sighed. "Fine" Avery said.

"Sorry but they don't trust you and neither do I" Scott said as he left with Stiles and Issac.

Avery waited a moment before kicking Aiden where the sun doesn't shine and tossing him on the ground. Avery smiled before leaving to catch up with Scott and Stiles.

"Alright that's my face" Stiles said after a roll of toilet paper landed on him. "Hey dude good decision buddy good alpha decision" Stiles said.

"I hope so" Scott said. "No, you know so" Stiles said as they reached Stiles's locker. Stiles and Avery noticed Scott looking at something.

They looked to see he was looking at Kira before looking back at him.

"What are you looking at" Stiles asked. "Me" Scott said. "You two" Scott said. "Don't lie" Avery said.

"You, looking at her" Stiles asked. "Her" Scott asked. "Her, her Kira, you like her" Stiles asked.

"Aw does my brother have a little crush" Avery asked teasingly. "No, I mean yeah, yeah she's okay she's new" Scott said.

"So, ask her out" Stiles said. "Now" Scott asked. "Yes now" Stiles said as he closed his locker, and they started walking.

"Right now," Scott asked. "Right now, Scott, I don't think you get it yet you're an alpha you're the apex predator everyone wants you you're like the hot girl every guy wants" Stiles said facing Scott. "It's starting to feel like Elena Gilbert now" Avery said.

"The hot girl" Scott asked. "You are the hottest girl" Stiles said leaving with Avery when Issac approached. "What" Issac said. "I'm the hot girl" Scott said.

"Yes, you are" Issac said and Scott smiled heading to class.

Avery was with Issac, Stiles, Lydia, and Allison when Stiles just informed them about Barrow.

"Barrow went after kids with glowing eyes he said those exact words" Issac asked.

"Yeah and no one knows how he woke up from anesthesia just that when they opened him up, they found a tumor full of live flies which in any other circumstance would be all kinds of awesome" Stiles said.

"Did you say flies" Lydia asked and Hazel, Stiles, Allison and Issac faced her. "Lydia" Allison said.

"Lydia is everything okay" Avery asked. "All day I've been hearing this sound it's like this buzzing" Lydia said. "Like the sound of flies" Allison asked. "Exactly like the sound of flies" Lydia said.

Stiles and Avery saw Scott and went to him. "Dude where have you been" Stiles asked Scott and Lydia came over.

"We been looking everywhere for you we have a problem" Avery told Scott.

"The police are leaving" Lydia said. "Why are they leaving" Lydia asked. "The police" Scott asked.

"They must have cleared the building and grounds which means he's not here" Stiles said.

"Who what are you guys" Scott asked. "He has to be here that sound the buzzing I've been hearing it's getting louder" Lydia said. "How loud" Stiles asked. "Lydia" Avery said worried.

Avery was with Scott and Issac in the basement looking for Barrow who was in the school. "So, this is how it's gonna be now" Issac asked.

"Believe me I don't like it either" Avery said. "We trust them" Issac asked. "Just because I'm letting them help doesn't mean I trust them" Scott said.

"Yeah, well I don't trust them either or like them in fact I hate them and just want them to die" Issac said. "Well if Barrow's actually here and he's got a plan you might get what you want" Scott said.

Stiles and Lydia went to Avery, Scott, the twins, and Isaac after Stiles pulled the fire alarm after discovering the werewolves were in the boiling room getting them out as soon as they could.

"We didn't find anything" Aiden said. "Not even a scent" Scott said.

"It was a dead end" Avery said. "It's 3:00 so school's over" Stiles said. "If there was a bomb, wouldn't he have set it off by now" Stiles asked.

"Does that mean everybody's safe" Ethan asked. "I don't know I just don't know" Lydia said.

Avery was in her room studying when her phone went off. Avery looked at the caller I'd and saw it was Scott before answering. "Hey bro what's up" Avery asked.

"Hey, do you ever wonder why Mom gave you her last name instead of dad's" Scott asked. "I used to but not so much now" Avery said.

"Why what's going on" Avery asked. "Just curious I guess" Scott said. "Okay well I'm going to get back to studying call me if you need anything" Avery said.

"Okay I will" Scott said and Avery hung up going back to studying.

After Stiles and Lydia filled Avery in about Barrow going after Kira, they immediately went to find Scott and they saw him passed out on the ground. They went up to Scott trying to wake him up.

"Scott, Scott, Scott" Stiles said and Scott opened his eyes sitting up looking around not seeing Kira.

"Barrow he, he took Kira" Scott said. "We know he was after her the whole time" Stiles said. "Come on" Avery said helping Scott up.

Scott called Isaac hoping he had an update. "Alright thanks" Scott said after hearing they didn't have anything and hung up the phone going back to Stiles, Lydia, and Avery.

"We have to think of something he's gonna kill her" Scott said. "I knew he was there" Lydia said.

"How did I know that" Lydia asked. "Because you heard the flies right" Stiles said. "What do you hear now" Scott asked. "Nothing" Lydia said after a moment.

"I feel like I can do this, but I don't know what to do it's like it's on the top of my tongue and I don't know how to trigger it I just I swear it literally makes me want to scream" Lydia said.

"Okay then scream Lydia scream" Stiles said and Lydia screamed while Stiles covered his ears.

As soon as Lydia stopped screaming, she looked at the light. "That's my girl" Avery said smiling realizing Lydia realized something.

"It's not flies it's electricity" Lydia said. "Wait a second Barrow was an electrical engineer he worked at a power substation" Stiles said. "What substation" Scott asked.

Scott and Avery rushed in the building to save Kira who was tied up. "Scott, Avery no" Kira said seeing them come in.

"Look out" Kira said but Barrow already knocked them down.

Barrow started making his way to Kira. "Let go of her" Avery said. "Don't she's not, she's not the one you want" Scott said and Barrow went to electrocute Kira.

"No, don't, stop, no" Scott said. But Barrow's plan didn't work as instead he ended up getting electrocuted himself and Kira was unharmed.

Avery and Scott saw Kira absorbing the electricity.
