SCRIPT VERSION

(KIND OF LIKE THE TYPE OF WRITING YOU SEE ON A SCRIPT FOR A TV SHOW.)

Cassie: Help!..Help!!

Winslow: *mew*

Cassie: *sits down* This is just miserable. I only have two Enderpearls left...Jesse and her squad of robots left only a few hours ago...but it feels like forever.

Cassie: Well, at least she was nice enough to leave me you, Winslow.

Winslow: mew ^-^.

Cassie: You know, if we do get out of here, I won't kill another soul..

...but I want to get home first..because I actually do feel bad about the whole mansion incident...

...so, we get home..no matter what it takes..but I won't kill anyone, during or after we get out of here...

Winslow: *curls up on Cassie's lap.*

Cassie: *smiles.*

Cassie: Maybe if I can just throw it up to the top, I could escape..the portal's still up...*looks at Winslow* ok, let's try it, I guess.

*picks up Winslow*

Cassie: Ok, one, two, three-! *throws and lands on top*

Cassie: I did it...huh, wow, I actually did it.

*sets Winslow down*

Cassie: The portal's still up! We can still go home!

*runs up, portal suddenly loses its glow*

Cassie: WHAT!? NOOO! THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING! NO! I NEED TO GET THAT FLINT AND STEEL! ONE OF THOSE OTHER WEIRDOS MUST HAVE IT!

Stacy: *paces around the room*

Wink: *winces*

Stacy: Sorry Wink, I'm just nervous.
*pets Wink's head*

knock knock knock.

Stacy: *sucks in breath* I'm coming! I'm coming!

*opens door*

Lizzie: *yawns* Hey Stacy...what's up?

Stampy: Why did you call us this early in the morning?

Stacy: Well, I was thinking about something...come in guys.

*Stampy, Stacy, and Lizzie all sit down on the couch.*

Lizzie: What's this about? Stampy and I are literally half asleep.

Stampy: Yes, well, after that whole mansion experience, we definitely need a break from everything *shivers*.

Stacy: I know, I know, I guess I just...I really took what Jesse said to us to heart before she left.

Lizzie: About us sharing the enchanted flint and steel?

Stacy: Exactly, I....I feel like it would be a good thing, you know. We're all friends anyways, and, I want to adventure with you guys...and stuff.

Lizzie: Yeah, sharing it actually doesn't seem like too bad of an idea.

Stampy: I fully endorse this plan ^-^.

Stacy: Really?

Lizzie: Well, of course! Stampy and I really liked the idea of sharing it, you know, for Dan and Sparklez.

Stampy: Yeah, we can be like an adventuring group! Three musketeers! Of course, we wouldn't adventure all of the time.

Stacy: Awesome...so how about we go through a portal right now?

Lizzie and Stampy: WHAT!?

The next morning....

Stacy: Well, here it is.

Lizzie: Stampy, do you want to do the honors?

Stampy: Uh, sure! ^-^.

*all go up to the portal, Stampy lights it*

Stampy: Huh, it doesn't seem to be working...

Lizzie: What?...no, it should be working...

Stacy: Wait a minute....why is there a hole in the ground?

Lizzie: *gasps* Do you think that this was a Cassie Rose trap?

Stacy: No way.

Stampy: Do you think Jesse and the others fell down?

Lizzie: No, that couldn't be true, could it?

Stacy: I hope not...

Stampy: Um, here, I'll place some ladders down, so we can check for ourselves.

Stacy: Good idea.

Lizzie: prepare your weapons, ladies and gentlemen.

*everyone draws their weapons.*

Lizzie: I don't see anyone here.....

Stampy: I hope they got back in time.

Stacy: Whoa, guys, look....

*everyone looks over the edge...*

Lizzie: Is that...?

Stacy: Cassie's white pumpkin head? Yeah. Yeah it is.

Stampy: But how did it end up down here?

Stacy: Well, maybe somehow it-

Cassie: BOO!

Stacy, Stampy, and Lizzie: CASSIE!?

Lizzie: you're alive!?

Cassie: *grins* surprise.

Cassie: *Pushes Lizzie off onto the platform and Stampy to the side*

Cassie: *grabs Stampy's flint and steel*

Stacy: Lizzie! Are you ok?

Lizzie: Ow.....*laying down*

Cassie: You're coming with me! *grabs Stacy's arms and tie them behind her back*

Stacy: No! I have to see if they're ok!

Cassie: *lights the portal and pushes Stacy through*

Chapter book version

(Written kind of like a chapter book.)

Cassie paced around her small platform, seething.

"Jesse and her gang of robots...those little weirdos with their flint and steel....this portal within my grasp..."

Winslow mewed. Cassie looked at him and sighed deeply, sitting down. "Well, I guess it's not all that bad...at least Jesse gave you to me..."

She pulled a fish out of her inventory and set it on the ground, Winslow eating it happily.

Cassie kept thinking about what Jesse said. She still wanted to get home, with all of her heart...but she didn't want to keep killing people.

So...she would try to get home, no matter what it took, but she wouldn't kill anyone else, because she did actually feel bad.

Cassie got up, picking up Winslow. She threw one of her enderpearls (one that she'd been hiding from Jesse and everyone else,) and landed on the top...

...right next to the portal.

Cassie took some deep breaths.

She smiled.

"Wow, I actually did it, who knew?"

She set Winslow down and beckoned him with a small fish. He followed her into the swirling green light.

Cassie closed her eyes, preparing to be teleported to the long-hoped-for portal hallways...and then Winslow mewed.

Cassie opened her eyes. The green flowing was gone, the portal's glow fading quite quickly. She was still in the world with two moons.

"No...NO! NONONO! THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING! NO! I NEED TO GET THAT FLINT AND STEEL! ONE OF THOSE OTHER WEIRDOS MUST HAVE IT!"

Stacy paced around her living room, sucking in her breath, her hands slightly shaking nervously.

Milquetoast meowed at her with concern.

"Not now, Milque," She mumbled to him.

Wink whined at her.

Stacy stopped. "I'm sorry guys, I'm just really excited..."

She pet both of her pets, who seemed to calm down and curl up in their beds afterwards. Stacy continued pacing, though.

The door sounded.

"Oh my gosh! I'm coming," She mumbled, opening the door.

Lizzie and Stampy stepped through, their hair matted and their eyes tired.

Lizzie yawned and smiled at Stacy.

"Hey Stacy...what's up?" She ushered them inside. They all sat onto the couch. Lizzie rested her chin onto her hands, and Stampy hugged a pillow.

Stacy smiled. "Hey guys, I was wondering...see, I really took what Jesse said about us being a group together...I feel bad about being mean to them earlier."

Lizzie looked sympathetic.

"Well, I mean, Stampy and I actually really liked the idea of being a group together and adventuring and stuff..."

Stampy smiled. "But we thought that you were the one who didn't want to be in the group," He replied.

Stacy's eyes lit up. "Really?" Her friends nodded.

"Well, how about we have an adventure now?" Stacy suggested. Stampy winced.

He sunk lower into the couch. "But I need to sleep.." he mumbled.

Lizzie smiled at him. "Aw, come on Stampy Cat!~" She grabbed his arm, grabbed their gear, and set off to the portal in front of the white pumpkin's mansion.

"Well, here it is," Stacy commented, smiling at the gleaming golden portal. They both looked at Stampy.

"Want to do the honors, Stampy?" Lizzie asked him. Stampy beamed. "Oh, um, sure!" He lit up the portal, which swirled with blue fire light...

The three of them smiled.

...but then it stopped.

"What?" Stacy shook her head in complete disbelief. "No, it should work, right?" Lizzie looked the most freaked out.

"I competed for years for this thing, poor Dan lost his life because of it, I researched it, studied it...and...nothing!?"

"Calm down," Stacy asked her in a pleading tone, patting her friend sympathetically on the back.

"I'm curious about it, too..."

"But what if Sparklez and Dan died for nothing!?"

Stacy's eyes widened.

She didn't know how to respond to this.

"Uh, guys?" Asked Stampy. There was a dark hole leading down, down, down....

"I hope Jesse and her friends didn't fall down there," Commented Stampy.

"Me neither," Replied Stacy, squinting her eyes and tilting her head, looking at the hole.

"Draw your weapons," Lizzie mumbled simply. She still looked a bit shaken up form the portal not working.

Everyone drew their weapons, except for Stampy, who started to place down some ladders.

The group descended onto a small platform. They all built a bridge across. Lizzie looked over the sides.

"Uh, guys, why is Cassie's white pumpkin head on the ground?" She asked nervously.

"Whoa, wait, what? I'm confused," Stacy mumbled. Stampy's eyebrows arched. "How'd it get all the way down there?"

"It's a real mystery..." Stacy mumbled.

The three friend broke the bridge that they had made, quickly going up to the portal, beaming.

"Well, at least we know that Jesse, Petra, Lukas, and Ivor are ok," Said Lizzie, looking completely awestruck.

Her friends didn't blame her. She had waited a long time to finally be able to travel other worlds.

"I wonder if there's a cake dimension there?" Stampy asked the group. Lizzie and Stacy smiled and laughed.

"Fair enough question, I guess, who knows what kind of worlds are available to us?" Lizzie beamed, still being in awe of the portal.

"We're not going to a long time, right? Just a little bit? Then we'll come back home?" Stampy asked. Stacy nodded.

"Of course."

"Ok, good."

Stampy lit the portal.

And then a figure appeared from behind the portal, pushing Lizzie onto the platform below and Stampy to the side.

"Lizzie!" Stacy looked over the edge. Lizzie was still alive, but she was lying face-down on the platform.

Stampy was on the side near the portal.

"Stampy?" She asked.

Suddenly, someone grabbed Stacy's hands and tied them behind her back. Stacy saw her out of the corner of her eyes.

"CASSIE!? BUT YOU DIED! I SAW YOU!" Stacy's jaw dropped. Cassie smirked and brushed away her short red hair.

She shrugged and put the flint and steel-the one she had taken from Stampy-into her inventory. She then smiled at Stacy, then pushed her into the portal.

A small calico cat followed behind her.
