Ok, so, if you've read AWU by FayeofThunder, then you pretty much know how to do these forms (or if you've literally read any hunger games rp ever...)
No magic powers please, you can have enchanted items if you want, but you can't have any supernatural abilities or anything like that...
...also, you'll be in the book quite a lot (like, the entire freaking thing,) so please put enough detail so I can know what I'm writing ^_^
...Oh, oh!...wait a minute! Also, you can add a last name, as well as what dimension you come from in the portal network.
