Hello beautiful people.
I had this loong period of time full of theater performances and exam weeks so yeah. Sorry for the lack of updates.. Again... For the hundereth time.
I'm suck, I know, no need to remind me :D
This chapter is just for me trying not to get overwhelmed with the book, it's just what I felt like writing, nothing about requests. Because I'm working on the next chapter for 4 days straight + 1000 words and I still couldn't get to the place I wanna get so yeah, for the sake of the book just give me a break :3
I was actually gonna do a fun, sad and 4 shippy oneshots but I got bored in the end soo yeah.
Have some cringe for ya.
There might be some spelling mistakes along the way that I forgot to fix, I hope not.

Lukesse ~ 5/10
The clock showed two in the morning when Jessica finally arrived in Order Hall. Millions of lives depending on her never been easy. She carried herself through high security doors Olivia set. According to Jess, it still seemed way formal to set up this much of a security, especially since they were living in a deeply sincere place like BeaconTown. Despite her thoughts, Jessica shook it off like everytime and pressed the card on top of the badge reader, stepping inside the hall after the 'beep' sound following green light.
Dim moonlight tailed off as the doors closed up again. They light the room enough for Jessica to notice a sleeping figure, head tipped over to the desk, crunched papers scattered all over. 23 year old woman stood two steps away from her life long friend. Lukas wasn't the heaviest sleeper she got to know. Being aware, her steps became lighter and lighter when she grabbed his ocelot coat beside the couch's armrest, carefully setting it on top of her sleeping blondie.
The only thing made Jessica smile all the way up to her room was being aware of the fact that her heart had another strong reason to beat.
Her room's door creaked, and closed in silence.
Jesskas ~ 9/10
"Jesse, it's bizarre and extremely pointless of you to be crying over an ice cream." Lukas gazed at his sobbing boyfriend who held an empy ice cream cone. Chocolate leaked from some edges of the cone along with Jesse's fake tears. His adorable puppy eyes never left the chocolate melting on the floor, some of it rubbed on tall grasses. Helpless, empty inside, never forgiving himself for dropping that piece of sweet, Jesse protested.
"It's not bizarre!" Jesse ignored all the fluff from his hair determined on getting into his eyes and kept helding his ice cream cone firmly. "The world won't remain this way forever. What if someday the chocolate factories stops functioning and then we won't be able to make such beautiful desserts anymore! My sister will be dying over a chocolate bar on her special days and I'll have to drink my coffee without any chocolate along with it- most importantly those poor kids in Africa will be chocolateless forever!"
"Okay now it's just absurd."
"No one understands me!"
Jesse threw the cone in his hands and crossed arms over the chest. He looked away with his back facing Lukas, who was thankful there weren't any mankind strolling around. Thinking how many times Jesse made a fool out of himself, it felt crazy that everyone still loved him, including Lukas himself.
Blue eyes darted towards Jesse, who was being as stubborn and childish he could remember. Even though it annoyed him sometimes, Lukas sure thanked there wasn't an extreme situation to make Jesse serious enough, since he could be really cold if he needs to.
Blond man stopped fiddling with his jacket and placed his hands in the pockets before laying his chin on top of the adorable man's shoulder. Being a shorty annoyed Jesse to the bits, however, he remained thankful to those times where Lukas made him feel secure, owned, unique.
Every bit of his annoyance and heartbreak was solved with ease of an action. Hot wave of wind couldn't bother him anymore.
"Didn't you like vanilla better than chocolate? We could buy one you know."
Soothing whisper next to his ear made him flutter open his eyes, as bright as an emrald.
"Shut up Lukas."
Jetra ~ Idek. The length of the universe/10
On the coldest day of the year, Axel has his arms over Jesse. He makes sure he won't fall over due to limping. For once big guy knows the seriousness of the situation. Aside from being a maniac for explosions, Axel never liked the sight of blood, and seeing it on his closest friend places a huge lump in his throat. Axel lifts Jesse in order to make him steady himself. Oh man, it's all because of his actions.
They enter inside from the golden gates, some people around the town are willing to help Jesse despite Axel says he could take care of it on his own.
"Hope you get better, boss."
"It's okay you two."
"Oh my- my precious Jesse please be okay!"
Jesse doesn't mind the fact he had to sacrifice using his leg until it's healed in order to save Axel from his own explosive, it's a human life after all.
They slow down in front of leather couch as Axel drops the hero in residince slowly and pretty carefully onto the couch. Jesse exhales, he's tired from all the actions. His soul feels sucked inside of a vacuum, but doesn't carry a bit of regret or sadness.
"Jesse!"
Rest of the group barges in when Petra's worried tone of voice calls for her closest friend.
Olivia pats Jesse on the shoulder and sits beside Axel to chat with him about exact things that happened.
"Jesse, told you a million times not to jump in front of each danger. What were you thinking!"
"You already knew that is one request from you that I won't fulfil."
Petra glares straight towards the wounded boy, she feels anger rising in her spirit, her face feels as hot as the color of her hair. Pushing the flames aside never been an easy task for a quick tempered woman like Petra.
Jesse notices small scratches on Petra's fingers, she has been whittling. He hears her letting a grunt of frustration, flipping her hair back first and landing her hand back on her side.
"You're gonna get yourself killed Jesse!"
"I'm not that careless."
"You-- UGH!"
Their dialogue worries rest of the order's members. Lukas thinks about how many times this has happened before, the very same conversation- yet never changed. It still ends up in the same spot with the exact conversation.
"Petra, I indeed appreciate your concern but I promised I would be careful didn't I?" Jesse slowly pulls himself up from the couch to talk to Petra face to face, limping from time to time. Axel gets behind him to again, make sure he doesn't fall.
"Trust me when I say I can take care of myself, see, I'm alive and standing right in front of ya."
Jesse's silly actions annoys Petra even further, she starts walking around in circles.
"Stop- just Stop, defending this. Look at you, you can't even walk properly. What would happen if the wound came out as permanent, huh?"
"My leg is anywhere comparable to a man's life. Survival is the top priority you should be focusing on."
Jesse remains calm as Petra starts shouting all over the place, pure anger flaming in her eyes. Axel feels guilty with every word that comes out of their mouth, Lukas followes the conversation closely, Olivia shakes her head and walks off. No one joines to the discussion nor tries to stop them.
"Cut it with the stupid peptalks!"
"Stop overreacting. I care about every one of you, I won't ever hesitate on doing this again to save a life."
They come closer to one another, making everyone feel stressed in the thoughts of starting a fight.
"You have no idea what you mean to people do you? How irresponsible are you!"
"If I'm being irresponsible than you're being selfish!" Jesse shoots back.
"Worrying about someone I love is so not selfish!"
"Saving someone I love is not irresponsible!"
Dead silence surrounds the temple. All eyes are on the couple just a few inches apart. Petra stares at Jesse's dried lips for two seconds before slapping him.
"Don't do that again."
The only thing on her mind is how hard she wanted to kiss him right there as she left the room, leaving everyone in curiosity.
