SELECTIVE MUTISM
Due to the abuse Morgan has suffered under HYDRA, Morgan developed Selective Mutism. She rarely speaks to people. She is erratic and unable to keep to a routine and is not great at following orders. So she gets them handwritten and the notes from the various HYDRA meetings. On every mission she is given a map of the city with the quiet roads circled in red as she hates crowds.

This later develops in Social anxiety and slight acrophobia.

PTSD
Due to the abuse Morgan has suffered under HYDRA. She often avoids places where she has the triggers.

Insomnia
As a side effect of PTSD, Morgan suffers from severe insomnia. But when she sleeps, she sleeps for several days and feels a lot better afterwards.

OCD
She has weird habits handcuffing one hand  to the bed to sleep, having a gun under her pillow, checking locks, windows and security systems several times before leaving anywhere or sleeping.
