Hello chingus!♥ Here's another tutorial for all of you :) I actually wanted to upload this when I reach 1k followers but I might achieve it after the summer ends and I have plans on turning hiatus after vacation so I decided to post this. It's now or never lol.
Anyway, whats with this tutorial? So some editors keeps on asking me, why does my edits looked or have this digital paint effect? Idk whats their point when I can't even see that effect on my own graphics but maybe its because of this filter.
I use this filter as an alternative for applying oilpaint since I'm just a mobile editor and I don't use photoshop.
Okay, I'll stop blabbering and share this filter.
I just use IMGONLINE.COM. I don't know if you're familiar with this site but I will show you how it works.
1. Search the site on your browser.
2. You will be directed to their website and go to EFFECTS.
3. A lot of filters will be offered to you but if you want the oilpaint effect just choose FAIRYTALE PICTURE.
4. They will show a preview with the effects. Scroll down to try the filter. Click "Choose file" to upload your picture.
5. When you're done uploading your file, modify/change the intensity of effect.
Note: Choose the intensity base on the quality of the photo. If it's HD you can increase or use Normal. If its a bit LQ, zoom out images and has a lot of details decrease the intensity so you will not ruin the image.
6. Change the quality from 95 to 100 and click OK.
7. Your photo is now ready. You can directy download it or open it first to see the result.
Original vs With Effect
I mostly use this filter when I edit Icons and I apply it before doing make-overs on the portrayer. It will be easier to smudge and blur since it's smooth.
Thats it for today. Goodbye class, see you on my next tutorial lol. Probably a tutorial on how to apply lightnings or glow on the edges of PNG.
Hope you learned something❤
