HOW TO MAKE A SHINY EYES EFFECT ON A PORTRAYER:

This is easy to do and since lot of you requested to make a tutorial for this, okay request granted😂

1. Add a new layer. Always click the layer that you added to make sure that you're doing the action on the proper layer.

2. Go to brush tool and choose dip pen soft.

3. Select the color that you want for the eyes.

4. Go to stabilizer and make sure that you turn the force fade on and make it 100%.

5. Draw/color a line on the eyes. Make sure that the size of the brush is appropriate for it.

6. Add another layer, and change its blending option to overlay.

7. Change the color of the brush into white.

8. Combine it on the orange line to make it brighter.

9. Add a new layer and change its blending option to overlay too.

10. Lower the size of the brush and draw lines/outlines on the edges of the eyes.

11. Add another layer.

12. Draw dots on the eyes, you can draw anywhere you want. I actually don't use that pattern always. It is just to make a sparkling effect on the eyes.

13. Add another layer.

14. Draw thin lines on the sides of the eye.

15. Obcourse do it on both eyes and make it proportional.

Add finishing touch and you're done♥
