I use other apps to apply filters to make my graphics better. Your work in ibispaint is somewhat dull and bland so you need to enhance and apply finishing touch to it.

Here are list of apps that was recommended by a lot of editors and yes I downloaded all just to make samples for you♥

1. ADOBE PHOTOSHOP EXPRESS
-This is the app I currently use for applying filters on my graphics. Aside from filers, you can also adjust the sharpness, dehaze, etc. They also add beta on the updated version where you can add bokeh light effects on your graphics.

2. ADOBE PHOTOSHOP LIGHTROOM CC
-I also use this app for neon covers. I love using this when I put sharpness, dehaze, etc, and it doesn't ruin the quality of my graphics.

3. POLARR PHOTO EDITOR.
-I don't usually use this but the filters are so good. You can even create your own colorings/filters.

4. MACARON CAM.
-The filters are so good. It's perfect for pastel covers.

5. DANJI CAM.
-It has cute filters. You can even use it for your selfies. It's also good for pastel and fantasy covers.

A FRIENDLY TIP:

If you're a beginner, I suggest you to install one of the apps above to make your graphics better♥ Don't appy too much filters too so it won't ruin the quality of your graphics :)
