spoiler warning for the battle of the labyrinth 

1st person pov (nico's pov)

     minos told me that percy was in danger, minos woke me up in the middle of the night telling me that percy had run into a trap down in the labyrinth, I decided to go down and help him, as I was walking in the labyrinth, I kept running into old skeletons, I could feel their pain, I knew exactly how they died. 

     after I think twenty minutes (time was confusing in the labyrinth) I was hearing noises, they sounded like people yelling, I was only able to make out a couple of phrases.

     "there someone here!" was a phrase.

     "after him!" was another.

     I decided the voices were after me so I started to run, the labyrinth then made a second path and I decided to take it, I bumped into someone, and fell to the ground from the impact.

     I looked up and saw a man with blonde hair, he had a scar down the left side of his face, he had blue eyes, there were three men behind him, the man bent down to my level and smiled at me.

     "I'm sorry," the man said, "say, I didn't quite catch your name."

     "nico." I told him.

     "nico..." the man said unnervingly, he smiled at me again, this one a mischievous smile, the man then turned to the people standing behind him, "this one, is coming with us boys."

     I looked at the three men behind the first one, they all smiled at me, 'oh no,' i thought to myself, 'this was the one percy warned me about, luke.'

     I started to back away from them slowly, Luke stood up and his henchman walked towards me, they grabbed me and I tried to fight back, sadly they were too strong, I tried kicking them but they just held me at a distance where I couldn't hit them, 'curse me being short!' i exclaimed in my brain.

     they started leading me towards more corridors, they then brought me to what looked like a fighting arena, they brought me through the fighting arena and into another room next to it, this room looked like a jail cell, they put me in one and locked the door, luke stepped forwards.

     "how old are you?" luke asked.

     "eleven." I answered, glaring at him.

     luke growled, "dam it, I'll still have to kill percy first, oh well, stay here will you?"

     "don't really have a choice do I?" I sassed.

     "no," luke replied smiling evily, "you don't."

     luke then turned to his henchman 1, "keep an eye on him, I don't want him escaping."

     henchman 1 shook his head and luke walked out, followed by henchmen 2 and 3.

     I stared at henchman 1, "so," I started, "you play mytho magic?"

     henchman 1 didn't answer, he simply turned around and guarded the cell.

     "I'm gonna take that as a no." I said to myself, I then sat down in the dark corner.

     wait, dark, I could shadow travel away, but I'm still learning, who knows where ill end up, I have to try though, anywhere is better than here, well maybe not anywhere, I'd rather not shadow travel into the ocean.

     I closed my eyes and thought of percy and his friends, if I could somehow shadow travel to them, I could be safe, and though I'd rather be anywhere else than near percy, I needed help and they could help me. I kept searching through the shadows until I found them, I thought really hard and shadow traveled towards them, I was in the hallway, I saw them getting captured by Two dracaenae—snake women in Greek armor, I decided to hide in a second path watching them, I was too weak to help, I then welcomed darkness and I fell into unconsciousness.
