Leo: Then we just have to be extra carful

Donnie: Fine but I'm not sharing my hand sanitizer!

The turtle tank door opened and they all looked around

Leo: It's pretty dark. Liz what are we dealing with?

Lizzie used her night vision and looked around

Lizzie: Nothing so far. We're good.

Leo, Donnie, Mikey, Lizzie and Venus walked deeper into the subway station

Leo: Feeling a lack of rush in this rush hour right?

Donnie: I don't know, Leo. Something feels... off.

Lizzie: I feel it too.

Mikey: Don't worry! I won't let us die. I'm a mystic warrior!

Venus: You lost your mystic powers remember?

Mikey: You're not looking on the positive side, Vee!

Donnie: I feel better already. He said without a hint of sarcasm.

The five of them saw the stairs up ahead

Leo: Look! The stairs. Sneaking in from below was the right move. Those slimeballs will never see us coming.

Suddenly a bunch of Kraang tentacles attacked the group

All: AHH!!

The five of them fought back

Donnie: I knew this was a bad idea!

Lizzie cut a tentacle in half but more kept coming

Mikey: Leo, there's too many! We should go back!

Leo: No! We're gonna get to those stairs!

Lizzie grabbed Leo's arm making him look at her

Leo: Liz! What are you-

Lizzie: If we go on like this we won't make it!

Leo: We push forward, we get Raph, that's final!

Venus: Dad! Please-!!

Suddenly the Kraang goo absorbed a buss taking control of it

Mikey: I got this! Mystic hands-!!

Donnie pushed Mikey out of the way before he could get crushed but his battle shell broke

Leo: Donnie! Mikey!!

At that moment Lizzie kicked the Kraang bus against the wall

Lizzie: We have to take cover!

The three of them ran inside the turtle tank and Donnie put it on lockdown but the vines started crushing it

Meanwhile The Kraang buss chased after Leo and Venus so they had no choice but to run away but then the floor collapsed

Leo eventually woke up in a hallway with both ways blocked by rubble

Leo: Venus! Vee! Where are you?!

Venus pushed a big rock off of her and stood up

Venus: Right here

Then Leo tried contacting the others

Leo: Lizzie? Mikey? Donnie?

Venus walked up to Leo

Venus: What the heck happened back there?

Leo: We were attacked by kraang vines. Or probably tentacles? I'm not sure

Venus: You know what I meant! Why weren't you listening to anyone? Not even mom!

Leo: Because I was trying to get us into the other side of that fight and into the building!

Venus: Well guess what? That didn't work'

Leo: Yeah I know! But I was doing everything right. How could it go so wrong?

Venus: Because you weren't listening to your own family! You don't have all the answers all the time, Dad!

Leo: But I'm the greatest ninja the world's ever seen. You said that! I must've taught you everything you know right?

Venus: Yeah but that's not who I'm looking at

Leo: ...What?

Venus: My Dad is brave, smart and most of all loyal. While you're self centered, arrogant and worst of all... You don't see how your actions could get someone killed!

She sat down and leaned against the wall

Venus: ...you always told me I was a lot like you but I didn't believe it... Now I do...

Leo: Vee-

Venus: You want to know what happened in the future? Everyone dies fighting the Kraang...

Leo was clearly horrified

Leo: ...Even Lizzie?

Venus nodded while not looking at him

Venus: I was only seven years old...

The Kraang discovered the resistance hideout and everyone was fighting them off

Leo: I need soldiers at every entrance! We'll use the tunnels to escape!

Lizzie ran up to him while holding her weapon

Lizzie: They're already here-!

They both suddenly saw seven year old Venus standing behind them

Venus: Mom? Dad? What's going on?

Lizzie: Venus?!

Leo: Why aren't you with April?!

Venus: You said you were right behind us-

Suddenly there was a explosion outside and Leo picked up Venus to protect her

Lizzie: Leo take Venus and run. I'll by you time

Leo: What?! No! You're on your last life! You can't-!

Lizzie: We don't have a choice

Venus: Mom?

Lizzie: I love you Venus. Remember as long as there's Hamato there's a chance

Lizzie ran into battle as Leo ran in the opposite direction trying not to cry

Venus: MOM!!!

Venus tried not to cry and Leo was shocked

Venus: A-And now it's happening all over again

Leo: ...I know I'm not the Leo you knew in the future and maybe I never will be. This whole time I was sure my family needed me but the truth is I need them and you're still my daughter. If we're gonna survive this we have to do it together.

Venus finally looked at him

Venus: You promise?

Leo: I promise.

Leo: Now let's get out of here

He started kicking down a wall and Venus helped him. After a few more hits the wall came down and they both saw an elevator shaft

Leo: It's gonna be a long climb

Venus: Then what are we waiting for?
