This is so much to take in! I cannot believe that the person I'm in love with... loves me too! And.. I'm his mate?! That's even better... Now I know exactly why his parents were being so nice and loving when I walked in.

This is literally the moment I had been waiting for, the moment that I would get to be in Sebastian's arms. And be HIS entirely.

The both of us are still sat in Sebastian's room, his arms wrapped tightly around me. As we finally pull away Sebastian looks into my eyes with the biggest smile across his face knowing that I have the exact same smile spread across my own face.

"I want to tell her sooner than later, but I don't want to be a dick and do it over the phone or anything. So I'll probably invite her over tomorrow or sometime soon but I want you to be there with me Ky, if you don't mind to be." Sebastian says, holding my smaller hand in his larger one, it fitting perfectly in his.

"Of course I don't mind Sebby! I just hope she won't hate me for taking you away from her... Molly seems like she'd be a great friend and I'm not used to having friends." I reply, still looking into his eyes.

"She won't hate you Ky! She already knew that this may happen some day and she accepts it." He says to me as he puts a hand softly on my shoulder to reassure me everything's gong to be okay.

"Now, what should we do? You want to play some video games or watch a movie? We can just enjoy each others company, my mom insists that you stay for dinner tonight after finding out you're my mate do you think your mom will mind?" he asks me smiling that oh so adorable smile of his.

"We should watch a movie! It's been so long since I've really watched any movies and I miss watching them and who better to watch them with than you Sebby! And I'll call my mom before we watch the movie to see if I can stay for dinner, but I'm sure she won't mind me staying over." I smile, bouncing on his bed slightly excited about watching a movie with him.

"Someone's excited! I'm glad, it makes me so happy to know that you're happy and I can protect you now from everything." he replies with a huge smile on his face.

I blush brightly before stuttering out "T-Thank you Sebby! I should call my mom real fast, can you find us a movie to watch while I do?"

"Yeah I can! I'll turn on Netflix and start looking for one." he says before hopping off the bed to find his remote, turning his PlayStation on and opening up the Netflix app, browsing through movies.

I grab my phone out of my pocket and start scrolling through my contacts before finding the one that says "Mom" and tapping on it, listening to the dial tone as it rings.

It rings for a few before my mom picks up "Hey Hun, is everything okay?" she says once she answers.

"Hey mom! Yeah everything is okay I just wanted to ask you something." I reply, hoping she'll be okay with it.

"Oh alright what is it Hun?" she says.

"Is it alright if I stay over for dinner at Sebastian's tonight?" I ask her.

"Of course Hun! Stay as long as you want to! I'll leave the front door unlocked in case you come home a bit late." She says happily.

"Thanks mom! I love you" I reply. "I love you too sweetie, I'll see you when you get home, bye." She says.

"Bye mom!" I say before ending the call. "So what movie did you pick Sebby??" I ask him after the call ends.

"Well, I was thinking we could watch Nightmare Before Christmas? It's one of my favorites." He says as he starts walking back over to sit next to me on the bed.

"Of course it's okay! That's my favorite movie ever I have the entire thing memorized by heart." I reply happily, bouncing excitedly on his bed.

He smiles at me and says "You're so cute Ky! Alright, let's watch it then." He says as he hits play, the beginning part starting.

Then the song that makes me so happy begins to play as I sing along out loud, realizing that Sebastian is singing along with me I smile over at him before looking back over to the movie.

This is Halloween everybody make a scene! Trick-or-Treat till the neighbors gonna die of fright! It's our town, everybody scream in this town of Halloween.❞

We sing together, watching the movie happily just enjoying each other's company. Gosh this feels so nice... I've waited so long to be able to be with Sebby and now it's happening!

It's like a dream come true. I'm finally able to be around my best friend as well as the guy I love. I never could have imagined that this would be able to happen and now it has. I look away from the movie to look over at Sebastian, smiling at him before looking back to the movie.

Sebastian and I are playing some more Call of Duty when we hear his mom call up the stairs, "Sebastian? Could you boys come help me make the table, dinner's almost ready!" She says.

"Yeah mom! We'll be right down" he replies before pausing our game, both of us getting up to go downstairs to help her set the table.

Once we make it to the kitchen me and Sebastian start setting the plates and silverware up.

"Have you two been having fun? I heard you watching some movies earlier." she says while finishing up dinner, looking over at the two of us.

I smile a bit and reply to her, not feeling so shy around her "Yeah! We watched Nightmare Before Christmas and a few others and played some video games, dinner smells amazing by the way!"

I feel that slight tug and then hear, "You're such a charmer! My parents are gonna love you."

I blush a bit before hearing his mom's reply, "Thank you Kyler! I'm glad you're both having fun. You're such a sweetheart."

I blush slightly again before stuttering, "Th-thank you ma'am!"

She smiles bright "Dinners done, you boys can have a seat I'm going to go get your father Sebastian, he's in his office." She says before heading off to his dad's office.

Sebastian then sits down in a seat and I sit next to him, smiling over at him as we wait for his mom and dad to come back into the kitchen.

My mom and dad finally make their way into the kitchen, after they do my dad starts helping her put all the food she made in the middle of the table.

"I hope you boys are hungry because I made enough food to feed a small army." my mom says, laughing slightly.

"I'm starving!" I say while looking at all the food she made.

Kyler smiles and says "It all looks so yummy!"

Once my parents sit down we all start digging in. She made fried chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, macaroni and green beans.

I grab two pieces of chicken and start spooning mashed potatoes and macaroni on my plate before waiting on everyone else to get theirs before starting to eat. It's just how this family has been forever.

I look over to Kyler's plate, seeing that he grabbed two pieces of chicken as well as everything else and see him waiting to eat too, assuming that it's the same with his family since he's waiting.

My parents finish grabbing theirs and then my dad says "Alright go ahead and dig in everyone, it looks delicious."

Then everyone picks up their silverware and start to eat their food. I pick up my chicken and start to eat it, looking over at Kyler and then at my family with a smile on my face.

"This tastes amazing Mrs. Hodges!" Kyler said, looking up at my mom with a smile.

"Oh thank you Kyler! I'm glad you're enjoying it but please, call me Julie or.. mom whichever you're most comfortable with." She replies with a huge smile on her face.

"You're very welcome, I'll stick with Julie for now." he says before taking another bite of his food.

"That's totally fine dear!" she says cheerfully.

"So Kyler, where did you and your parents move here from?" My dad asks him, looking over to him for a minute.

Kyler looks a bit sad before trying to force a smile "Well, it's actually just me and my mother. But we moved here from Ellisville Mississippi, it was such a small town and we just needed to have a fresh start because there was nothing there for us but people who disliked my mother and I so we packed up and left to move across the country to here, Billings Montana because my father used to live here before he met my mother when going on a vacation to Mississippi. And so far Billings has been so much more welcoming than Ellisville." He says.

My dad nods before replying "If you don't mind me asking, what happened to your father?"

Kyler pauses for a second before saying "My father's name was Carlisle, he passed away when I was really young because he got into a really bad car accident on his way home from work when I was five."

My dad looks a bit shocked before quickly glancing at my mom and then back at Kyler, replying "Oh I see.. I'm sorry to hear that Kyler."

"You don't have to apologize sir." Kyler replies, smiling over at my dad a bit.

"Please call me Rick! Sir is far too formal" my dad quickly adds, Kyler nodding at him to show he understood since he now has a mouthful of food.

After dinner Kyler and I headed back up to my room to finish our game of Zombies. After surviving thirty rounds we get trapped in a small room with way too many zombies.

I check my phone and realize the time "Ky it's almost eight do you think I should take you home before it gets any later?" I ask, looking over at him.

"It's already that late? I suppose we can start heading to my place I don't want my mom to start getting worried" he says before stretching and yawning quietly.

"Someone sounds sleepy too" I say, laughing slightly which causes him to giggle.

"Maybe a little bit" he says sheepishly before grabbing his jacket and putting it on.

"You ready then?" I ask, grabbing my jacket and putting it on as well.

"Yeah I am!" He says before we head out of my room, shutting the door behind me and heading down the stairs.

Seeing my parents in the living room watching a movie I call out to them "I'll be back soon, I'm going to take Kyler home we didn't realize how late it was getting."

"Alright sweetie! Drive safe and Goodnight Kyler! See you next time you come visit." My mom calls out to us.

"Goodnight Julie! I had fun and really enjoyed dinner." he says, waving over at my parents.

"Goodnight Kyler." My dad says.

"Goodnight Rick!" Kyler replies before we head out the door.

As soon as we get outside I walk over to my truck, going to the passenger side and unlocking the door for him before opening the door and motioning towards the seat.

"After you." I say with a smile on my face.

I can see his cheeks turn red before he stutters out "Th-Thank you!" and climbs into the truck.

I shut the door after he's in and walk over to my side to unlock my own door before getting in and smiling over at him.

I turn the key and start backing out of the driveway, turning on the radio just as the beginning notes of "Sugar We're Going Down" by Fall Out Boy comes on.

Kyler gasps and smiles brightly as he says "I love this song!" before busting out in song.

❝Am I more than you bargained for yet? I've been dying to tell you anything you want to hear cause that's just who I am this week!❞

I smile brightly listening to him sing as we head to his house and as I do I start thinking about just how lucky I am. I finally found out that the guy I've been in love with for years is my mate! It's so surreal but so exciting all at once.

Right as the song ends we turn onto the road Kyler's house is on and I pull into his driveway.

"This seems to be your stop" I say, looking over at him and smiling.

"Thank you for the ride Sebastian, I really had fun today!" he says, reaching over the console to give me a hug.

I hug him back tighter and reply with "You're very welcome, I had fun too! I really enjoyed getting to spend more time with you and my parents seem to be taking a liking to you as well!"

He blushes and smiles "I hope they do! They seem really kind, I should head in now, I'll talk to you later Sebby!" he says, giving me one last hug before opening his door and stepping out.

"Goodnight Kyler!" I say, smiling and watching him walk over to his front door, waiting until he goes inside and shuts the door before backing out of his driveway and heading back home.

Once I get home and open the door I join my parents in the living room, sitting next to my mom on the couch.

"Welcome home sweetie" she says once I join them on the couch.

"Thanks mom! What are we watching?" I ask her looking over to the tv, seeing a commercial playing on the screen.

"We are getting ready to watch the newest Bates Motel it comes on in ten minutes." she says, smiling over at me.

"Oooh! Yes I love this show." I reply smiling.

My dad then looks over at me and says "Kyler seems like a really sweet boy. I'm glad you found your mate and that it's him because you two seem to have an amazing connection already." patting my back slightly as he finishes.

I feel my cheeks heat up and I mutter a "Thanks dad, it means a lot."

"Do you think Kyler and his mother would like to come over to hang out and have dinner one night so we can all meet each other?" my mom asks me with a smile.

"I can ask him, but I'm sure they'd love to! It'd be nice to all get together and hang out." I reply before reaching out to Kyler to ask him.

"Hey Ky? Do you think you and your mom would like to come over to hang out and have dinner with me and my family sometime soon?"

"Yes! We would love to, just let us know when. Hopefully your parents and my mom can get along good and be friends!" He says happily, almost instantly replying.

"Awesome! I'll let my parents know. I'm gonna get back to my show now! Me and my parents are watching Bates Motel together." I reply, looking back over to the tv to make sure it hasn't came on yet.

"Hey us too! Me and my mom love the show. Maybe we could have dinner and then watch it together next week!" He replies.

"That would be amazing! I'll let my parents know, I'll talk to you later Ky!" I say before looking over to my parents.

"So, they said yes and they're both watching Bates Motel together too! Kyler suggested maybe we can watch together next week and have dinner then. Or we could have it before then and still get together Monday night to watch it!" I tell them.

"That sounds great sweetie! We'll figure out tomorrow when we want to have dinner and then we can let them know. Now, let's watch our show it's finally about to start." My mom says happily, wrapping an arm around my shoulder to hug me tight.

After our show ends I head up to my room, changing into my pajamas and climbing into bed.

I reach out to Kyler before I drift asleep and say "Goodnight Kyler! I hope you sleep well."

He replies with a "Goodnight Sebby! I hope you sleep well too."

Soon after that I find myself drifting to sleep, excited for our plans for our parents to meet.
