His background is all but great. His father was abusive towards him and his older brother, Elijah Grant Woods who ran away when Rio was 10. At the ages of 6,8,13,15,16 and 17, Rio would be repeatedly raped, beat then raped again. It wasn't until he was 18, Elijah was able to get Rio out of the abusive household. Since then, Rio became involved as a tech for the SWAT team and is regularly known to help with cases like rape, kidnapping and child molestation.
