~Freya's POV~

"Mother" I was with Demetri talking about how Ailee is going to break that poor Bridgerton's heart-earlier Benedict Bridgerton asked for Demetri's blessing to marry Ailee, Demetri said he could give his answer in two days time. When the door slams open to James holding Dayana Bridgerton who is unconscious with blood on her head "Demetri, I need help"

(Dayana)

"James" demanding "what happened?"

James is silent "James" Demetri warns, even though Aleksander is their daughter, Demetri is like a second father. Did I mention this? I feel like I did.

"Dayana and I were riding our horses through the woods, a snake came out and startled the horses who ran off" James tells us "Dayana hit her head hard, I brought her back here as fast as I could-please save her"

"James" I slowly say

"Mother" James begs "please, I believe she's my mate"

Demetri and I share a look, I mean it would make sense with how James keeps a vigilant eye on Dayana at every social event, how when any man comes near her Demetri and Felix have to keep him from going to kill the man. "Alright" nodding my head, I go over and bite Dayana. When I do, I feel my venom go into her system. Pulling away, I see Dayana scream and thrash in James arms.

I'm so glad our home is just outside of London, cause Dayana is a screamer. I mean I've seen people be turned, Aro and his hunger for power but they don't scream as loud as Dayana.

"What is" We see Felix and Valentina come in with Andrea and Ailee "oh my"

"I thought we couldn't turn anyone" Andrea asks confused

"Dayana Bridgerton may be" Demetri informs them "Jame's mate-Marcus will have to confirm"

"We'll go get him" Valentina and Felix run out of the house at full speed.

~Valentina's POV~

It takes us about a day to get back to Volterra, once here we go into the throne room where the kings look our way "Ah" Aro smiles, I hate the guy. Thinks he's entitled to know everything about everyone "your back"

"The season isn't over" Father comes over and hugs me "where's your mother?"

"Grandfather" looking at Marcus "we need you to confirm a mateship" he raises his eyebrow "her name is Dayana Bridgerton, mother bit her to save her life...James is convinced she's his mate"

Marcus stands "Aleksander come with" waving his hand "let's go see this" we run out of the castle then at full speed again. When the sun rises, we get to the manor we are staying at-killed the previous residents. An old couple with no one to pass the place onto.

When we head inside, father runs to mother and the two embrace in a kiss. Gross, I do not need to see them all over each other. "Grandpa!" My sisters run and hug grandfather, which I forgot to do so I go over and hug him too.

"Marcus?" Mother asks "is there a bond?"

Grandfather looks over and nods his head "I see a mate bond" James smiles holding Dayana close, out of all the Bridgerton's-Dayana is the most like Eloise in wanting to be a spinster. But Dayana is more reserved, she doesn't really go to find anyone to possibly be with. She's a wallflower essentially, I like that about her-it means she can see things others can't.

~Freya's POV~

"What happened to my daughter?" Violet Bridgerton demands, it's been a day since Dayana woke up and James took her hunting with Felix. But it's been a few days and now Violet, Anthony, Benedict and Colin Bridgerton is demanding for their sister.

"Lady Bridgerton" I speak "I too have no idea where your daughter is, nor do I know where my son is-my husband, his brother Felix have gone out to find them"

Just then the door opens to James and Dayana, Violet brings her daughter into a hug and I look at Demetri and Felix. They nod their heads "Dayana!" Violet pulls back "oh thank god! Where have you been?"

"You" Anthony goes to attack but Aleksander stops him "who are you?"

"This is Aleksander" Demetri says "my other brother"

"Where have you two been?" I demand taking my son's face in my hands, I already knew where they've been.

"It seems" Felix shows us a marriage certificate "the two eloped"

"Eloped!" We exclaim, Bridgerton men go to kill James but Dayana gets between them.

"Enough!" Dayana yells "yes we eloped because" the room is silent "James and I were found in a compromising position of us both being wet-we fell into a pond and when we got out my dress got stuck on something and ripped, some people saw us so they assumed James ruined me"

"Is this true?" I ask James

"I love Dayana, mother" James tells me "I'm sorry if we didn't tell you about this"

"It's alright" Violet tell him while Anthony yells "you should have told us!"

"Ooh!" Clapping my hands "Violet" taking her hands "since the children have a marriage license, let's have a much bigger wedding prepared!"

She smiles brightly "Yes! Oh have you two consummated or"

"Father and Uncle Felix" James informs us "found us before" Just then the door opens and we see Daphne come in.

"The Duke and I are were caught in a compromising position" Daphne tells us

"What??" Anthony yells before running out of the house.

I look at the others who shrug their shoulders, eh. Oh well. Time for a wedding!
