Have I ever used this word to describe any part of my journey? Uptill now, I don't think so . Well to be more specific, I know so. Frankly! I don't really have a reason to describe this incident by but I am still gonna go for it . Anyway! I should probably stop breaking through walls.

Sunday

Another reason I chose this day that it was Sunday so we were more likely to find guards tired by end of week now and so they will probably take more rest and time to go to each floor giving us more time.

The plan was set in motion and was ready to go at nightfall.

But currently I was walking through the campus alone and it was around 12pm I think. Yeah! You could say I was crazy to be walking in this scorching heat on Sunday with apparently no reason. Could be ....but right now... before I finally break in and find the secrets hiding in there, I just want to spend my time leisurely.

"Max! " A familiar voice called me as I was walking . Selica! What was she doing here ....

"Why are you walking outside in heat?"

"Could ask you the same thing." I rebutted.

"I wanted to find you and someone told me that they had seen you walking outside so" She said looking down. At least this girl got over her always getting flustered . Good! That is progress.

"So why did you want to find me?" I asked her after we sat down in Raul's place. She looked more or less comfortable.

"Well next week , we aee going to have a school festival aren't we ? And there will be teams organised." I remembered that festival. Around that time , I basically skipped it and hid myself in dorm . After this year , it was supposed to happen four years later...in 2015 which I obviously never reached. Either way ...why was she here talking about it right now? She must have known by now that I am not very informative on these festivals.

"Mam asked us if we can form groups and win even in one event , it can earn good rep...so I was wondering if you would like to participate with me ?" She looked at me .

"Um..I am not really sure as to why are you asking me this?" I frankly stated.

"Well! You did say that I should make more friends but no one has aporoached me much and I don't know how to ...so I thought that establishing a good reputation would be useful in that objective." She said in low voice.

"Objective? Selica, it is not a mission or an order. I just said if you want to ,if you don't want to , it is perfectly fine . After all , I am also alone." I told her .

"Oh! Sorry! Old habits ..but I want to ...so will you help me ? Of course, you can refuse if you are busy. I don't want to impose on you ." She bashfully blinked her eyes. Is this the mental mindset that was supposed to happen after 14 years of experience...well wow. I can't believe I describe a girl as bashful.

"Sure. I would help you . Anything else?" I asked her . I wish I could talk to her more...but she was just not the Selica I knew.... maybe I should adapt to current Selica but I don't think I will. She looked like she wanted to say something but then said "that was all"

11:00 pm

It was not hard at all to avoid wardens . I hoped Kate and Mike didn't screw up but was relieved to see them running towards me as we met in center of campus.

"So this is what you look like after slept in!" Kate's first words at seeing me . Great! How am I supposed to reply to that . Maybe I should just ignore it.

"Yo bro! So we ready or what?" Mike grinned.

"Yeah! I am ready." As I took a hacksaw from Kate . I had already told her to get it from garden. But since school garden was guarded by gardener, I had Kate ask her father to send some wire money to him at which he was induced to go  freely to a little trip so school issued a notice that no should enter the garden for three days that he has taken off . He will come back tomorrow so today garden was left unprotected and I told her to retrieve the weapon in evening and then hid nearby her dorm so that she could take it while setting out .

Mike on other hand had already told me the rotation of guard shifts. We reached the North block at 11:10  , in 5  minutes guard would go to third floor . Which means ...they would go up to tenth floor and then come back all the way after around 4 hour 30 minutes exactly at 3:40 am. We had plenty of time.

"Hey Max ! I have a bubbling question. I get guards are on upper floors and all but how do students living in dorms can't hear anything especially on first two floors in senior block "  Kate asked as Mike was trying to break the lock by hacksaw .

"Good question.  Well Kate! Do you remember I asked you to order 20 packs of diphenhydramine. " At which she nodded .

"Well ! Where do you think I used them? I mixed them in water that is used to serve senior wing especially in jugs taken by those living at first floor and second floor at dinner table. It takes effect slowly but very effective sleeping potion in modern world." I told her as she widened her eyes .

"But...but ..how could you just mix it in their water? I mean how did you even know which jug to mix in ...and who belong to first and second floor...there are so many seniors of different forms .." Kate began.

"Do you truly want me to go into detail? I can ...but it would take lot of explanations. I had already started this at 4th July deducing who lives where , getting intel by gossip , following and then i made school switch the dining arrangement as I wanted by some minor setbacks implanted by me ... like breaking of few seats and all to cluster first floor and second floors together as much as I could..you get where I am going with this." I sighed as she closed her mouth .

All of sudden, the lock broke down and we three looked at each other.

"Let's go." I told them as I opened the door and the moment I did , chills ran through my mind. There she was ...just sitting there .

"I didn't expect to see you here ." I stated.

"Well now, isn't this just marvellous?" The devil smiled as her hair moved gently caressing her inncocous face which was anything but inncocous.

"I see. But you certainly made your move earlier than I thought you would. Just who are you ?"  Kate and Mike were behind me . They both didn't know how to approach the situation. Mike just went silent observing while Kate looked confused as to how we knew each other.

"Oh! So you were expecting me to come after all?" She chuckled.

"I was. But not so soon . Someone like you can't stay still for long but getting in here undetected in just 10 days after my arrival and especially to go in the room without even breaking the lock... clearly this library must have a route leading to outside somewhere from which you came Inside . Am I right ? No! I know I am."  I exhaled.

"See! Now this is what intrigues me about you .. Max! You don't wait for someone else to tell you are right or wrong . You know you are by your deductions." She stood up from her seat .

"You know! I always wanted to know . Why did you call me Isla first time we met?"

"Why! You dislike it ." I chuckled at which her eyes blinked and then she bit her lips breaking into laugh.

"I didn't expect you to say that , Max. You know what , I might just let you call me Isla" She smiled coldly.

"Should I be happy or elated? Should I feel disgusted? I don't know ...so let's cut the chase , Isla. I am on bit of time constraint so what do you want?" I asked her .

"Why don't you ask your pets to sit down first ? Close the door , will you? I would hate..if something were to interrupt our conversation." As Kate almost flinched at her glare while Mike just gulped .

The atmosphere grew tense as more seconds passed . Isla was sitting on a chair facing Kate and Mike who were sitting on chair facing her , trembling to boots .

I was leaning against the wall. Isla! Why would you come really? From what I know you , you aren't interested much in organization business ...after all you had them wiped out with help of Detective Carta ...well by using her . Is this just on a whim? What is your objective? And if you just want to hinder my plans of getting files on 1991 and Second Principal Era, then how could you possibly know I would arrive right now at this day ? Wait... don't tell me.

"Aw! You already figured it out. Yes! I waited whole four nights after coming and going out until today .. it was tiring but there were books to pass time . Do you realise how hard it is to wait ... while you have to explain your methods to these people and then I just sit here .. thinking when will you open the lock!" Her attitude was affronting to say the least but I didn't feel that ...after all ..I couldn't care less the way she was acting .

"Is that so ? Sorry to make you wait." I will play your game, Isla. But if you think you have upper hand this time, you are wrong . I had already predicted that you will be here today . If you can predict me , then so can I . Two can play this game. I knew when they mentioned Axis library , I had to look for the reason why it was shut down not just because of motive but also through perspective of structural integrity. When I looked at layout of Wonavilla through help of computer period and free Selica at that time , I was able to figure that Axis library was connected to one wall of the school. Clearly possible that there was entrance to school just like in Principal's estate . When I tried to find a way in after returning with Silva , I noticed that school walls were outside were built rough. Like there were deliberate edges on it which were cemented later but couldn't find it on inside which is why we were able to climb over it with help of Silva but couldn't find a way to get out of school other than through estate .

But Isla, now you are here , just as I thought you would come in order to interrupt my investigation, you have walked straight into ambush. In 10 minutes , police will roll up around the passage you found.  All I had to send was to send single text message which I did instant at the moment I saw you sitting there through Kate's phone .

So Isla! Tell me while you still have time all you can!
