Landon's POV

"Ahh!!!!"

"Max!" I yelled and ran to her. She had her hands over her mouth. She was crying. She had a horrified look on her face. I fallowed her gaze and was freaked out when I saw what she was looking at. Maddy. She had her hand on a knife that was jabbed I her chest.

"Omg!" I said. I carefully sat down and pulled her to me. When her head was touching my chest she began to cry. I understand why. I mean they were best friends ever since she met her at the park at age 4. I felt bad. I wanted to help her but I couldn't. I can't raise Maddy from the dead. And Maddy had clearly stopped breathing.

Max POV

I sat there crying into his shirt for a while. "Why? Why the heck did she kill herself?! I would have still cared. I can't believe this!" I said through tears. I was so upset that because of my tears, his whole shirt was soaked in tears. When I pulled back, I said, "Oh sorry Landon." I noticed the wet shirt.

"It's fine." We had the funerals a few days later. I was crying badly for the next month because all that was left in our group was Lexi, Landon, and me. We still had our usual Friday night parties with the us three. And we actually let my brother (Willam) join the group. I noticed how close they were. It mad me happy to know that they were getting along. Lexi had been my best friend since Maddy had died. And I was Lexis best friend too. Willam and Landon were best friends.
