"OMG!!!Ahhh!!!" I screamed. "Mom, Dad? Why is there a pile of knives on the carpet? And why's John's stuff in front of the door? The knives should be in the kitchen. This is weird."

"Oh Max your here! Good you can invite Maddy to the party if you like." Mom said walking in.
"What party? I didn't know there was a-OMG!!! I COMPLETELY FORGOT TODAY WAS JOHNS GIING AWAY TO COLLEGE PARTY!!!!!"

"I've already called Maddy so you need to go to the store and get him a gift." mom said.

"Ok. Can I borrow the car? You know what? I'll just fly. Be back in a minute!" I said in a hurry than was off.

When I got to the store I started looking at stuff then it hit me.
John likes music. He's great at the guitar and that's his favorite instrument too. So I decided to look at the guitar that he wanted. It would coast all of my life savings because I have $1,000. I went up to the cashier and bought the guitar and it's case and some rapping paper.

When I got home I ran up to my room and put the guitar in its case and put a card in with it than rapped it. I put a special red bow on top. We took it to the party and waited for him to show. When he got there he was sooo happy to unwrap my gift. He smiled and hugged me. He said that he'd pay me back. I said that it was a gift and he thanked me. After he left we cleaned up and went home.

A few days later-
I woke up and grabbed everything that I needed and rushed to school. When I arrived, I had everything set out. If you guys haven't noticed yet. It's Valentine's Day!!! I sat with Maddy and waited. When Landon showed up, I gave him the gift. He smiled and I asked him out.
