After that night I was so confused. I didn't know if that meant we are dating. I was confused but I didn't say anything. Then one night I finally got an answer.

I was sitting in my SA corner (stuffed animal corner) in my room and I was reading a romantic book. I was at the part when the girl runs off and the boy follows trying to calm her down.

*knock knock*

"What the heck?" I said and opened my door.

"Hey max." Alex said and sat down.

"Hey." I said and continued to read my book.

"Are you ok?" He asked.

"Yeah why?" I said still reading.

"You look like your ignoring me because you wanna know something." He said smiling.

"How did you know? I'm mean um..." I said and he took my hand.

"What is it?" He asked.

"I um....wanted to know.......um......I wanted to know if we are a thing or not because of what happened a couple of weeks ago." I blurted out. My face was red with embarrassment because I hate to talk about anything to do with my emotions.

"I don't know. Are we?" He said with a smile,"I Think we are." He said getting close to my face. Slowly he had his lips on mine. My face was red and I think he noticed because he smiled against my lips. "How is that for an answer?" He asked against my lips. He was so close that I could feel his heat radiating off him. He was warm. I sat there while we kissed and then afterwards we just lay there on the bean bag. He put his arm around me and smiled. "So. Are we dating?" He asked me.

"I think I will go with yes." I said and laid my head on his shoulder. I fell asleep and I was really happy. We were dating. I loved him. Even if we had just met a few months ago.
