Max's POV
"Your awake! Good you need to eat." A strange voice said.

I didn't recognize the place I was at or why I had a sharp pain in my side. All I knew was that I was in the back of a cave by a fire and there was a pile of McDonald's food. I sat up and everything came to me. I remembered the shooting, calling Tony, and getting hit by some black car new the woods before I blacked out.

I looked around and saw a girl who had a nice tan but was clearly white. She had brown hair with a green stripe. Her eyes were green and she was wearing a dark green outfit with a dark green purse. She had on black tennis shoes.
"Who-Who are you?" I stuttered.

"I'm Madison. You have to eat soon. Your body has worked overtime trying to keep you alive and you need fuel." She said holding some food and throwing it to me. "Who can I call to pick you up? Or help you home?"

"I don't have any family. They were all killed or shot to death." I said not wanting to cry. 

"Oh sorry. My parents were killed when I was little and I have no siblings."

"Oh. That's terrible. I'm sorry."

"Why did you seem so alarmed when I said my name?" She said suddenly.

"What?" I asked confused.

"My name. When I said it you tensed."
She said.

"It's nothing to do with you- it's just, I had a friend named Maddy who was my best friend since I was 4 but she killed her self." I said.

"Oh. Sorry." Madison said.

"Hey can I call you Maddy? And also can I hang with you? The last thing I need to be is alone."

"Sure." Maddy said. "But I like to travel."

"Ok." I said. We took off at noon after eating the  McDonald's food. I was good. After flying for about 5 hours and getting to know each other, I saw some one in the ground who was being threatened and had a little girl with her. The boy looked to be about 8 and the girl looked like she was 5. The person threatening them was holding a gun and looked to be 32. "Shoot!" I said.

"What?" Maddy asked. But before I could answer I had already flown down to help them.
