I found him on security cam near a bridge. He was comforting a girl, at least it looked like it. This was the first time he was seen in a while, and he was wearing the shades. Suddenly, he grabbed them and RIPPED THEM STRAIGHT OFF AND TOSSED THEM OFF THE RAILING!

He went back to his apartment after wrapping things up with her. I'm writing this on the way there. I'll give it back to him once I get there.
