The guy named Matpat ordered some more hot chocolate and stayed til closing time. I stayed to fill in a shift for one of the girls. She was a party girl and there was some party she had to go to before school started up again. So I took her place. That guy was typing away at his computer and I had my head on the bar. I look at the time again and it said 7:50. I clock out and take off the apron. I was wearing normal clothes underneath the apron so I just took it off and hung it up. I locked the cash register and looked at the guy, Matpat. I walked over to his table.
"Excuse me uh... Matpat?" I asked
He looked up b at the mention of his name.
"Starbucks is closed now."
"Oh I'm sorry." He picked up his computer and closed it and walked out the doors. I turned off the light and walked out the front door too. He was in his trunk putting his computer in a bag. I was wearing a string bookbag that had my phone, charger, and pepper spray. As I headed to walk home he yelled for me.
"Excuse me miss?!" He semi-yelled
I turned around. He was now on the side walk infront of his car.
"It's Femi."
"Well Femi. Do you need a ride?"
