Fuck You Dad

3rd Person POV

the next day , john b had his courtdate,amelia sat behind john b with kiara, sarah , jj and pope. amelia was watching as she took slow breathes in and out

"John booker routledge, pursuant to the north Carolina stature section 14, you are charged with murder in the first degree with aggravated circumstances. if convicted, the maximum sentence would be the death penalty" the jude called and amelia drew ina brathe as she stared at her sister

"your honor, he's 17, he's 17, are you kidding me?" JJ yelled

"this is so fucked up" amelia whispered as she stood up with kiara and held her hand. she felt eyes on her and turned to her father but he looked away

"john b were going to figure it out" JJ called

"hey thomas get your hands off my sister" Amelia said and she led them out of the building

"is this a joke like or we in hell or?" kiara complained

"I should have never come home" Sarah exclaimed and amelia shook her head

"thank god the system works" A man said and Kiara scoffed

" can you please shut up? of course you think the system worked because it was made to protect you and people like you" Kiara told the man

"he'll have his day in court. a jury will decide" he stated

"he shouldn't even be in court! you should, cause youre a murderer.you have a lot of nerve showing up to court" Kiara yelled at ward

"I know youre upset. i understand your upset, okay? yeah I know he's got you fooled. he's got you all fooled" Ward spoke and Amelia scoffed as they looked at her and kiara went to jump him

"lia baby come on" rose said and she shook her head

"fuck you, dad, you have always been a selfish asshole, you know what rafe did and I know what you did. I wish that you rot in hell with everyone else, you can go suck a dick, there's a reason that I'm with my girlfriend and Sarah is with us instead of you. FUCK YOU" Amelia spoke and they all stared before she left the courthouse with Kiara following after her

she stormed off and went to surf shop. this wasn't right nothing was right. it was raining and she looked around. she cleaned a little bit and then she looked at her phone, she noticed 4 missed calls from JJ, 5 from pope, 6 from Sarah, and 7 from Kiara but she couldn't do this.

she lay on the floor and stared at the ceiling, she noticed the paint peeling and the water running down the wall. she heard a knock on the door and she looked up to see Kiara standing at the door

"kie?" she said and she got up from the floor as she opened the door and helped Kiara in

"can I stay here?" Kiara whispered and amelia nodded as she looked at Kiara

"are you okay?" she asked and Kiara shook her head as she wrapped her arms around amelia and cried to her. kiara soon let go and the rain subsided as amelia grabbed a change of clothes for kiara, she let her change and she held her again

"my mom kicked me out , she told me I couldn't come back" Kiara cried and Amelia sighed

"kie I get it , I really do, stay here as long as you need, I got you and I got your back baby" she whispered and kiara nodded into amelias chest. they stayed there until sarah called and she answered the phone

"sar?" she whispered and she heard sarah cough

"sarah? are you okay?" she asked and kiara sat up as she made eye contact with amelia

"rafe attacked me, he choked me out and drowned me, topper found me and helped" Sarah grieved and Amelia shot up from her bed

"where are you?" she questioned and Sarah sighed quietly and softly

"I'm at toppers, ill be spending the night, I just had to ler you know , also if youre at the shop lock it up, turn off the lights and make sure he cant get in" Sarah exclaimed and Amelia walked down from the loft as she locked the doors and windows as well as pulled the curtains down and turned off all of the big lights

"Lia? what happened?" kiara asked her

"rafe caught sarah, he drowned her and almost killed her" Amelia panted as she looked around and kiara blew out a breathe

"he's insane li" Kiara whispered and amelia ran a hand through her hair

"I know kie, I live with the psycho freak" Amelia said and that's when kiaras phone rang and they looked at it

"its JJ I have to go help him, stay here lia please be safe" Kiara said and she kissed amelia quickly before she rushed off and left amelia there. amelia looked around in fear, she felt like she was being watched and she was. she looked at the door and there stood rafe with a sadistic smile on his face

"let. me.in. amelia" he told her and she shook her head

"no no you leave, go away rafe, go" she cried as she stepped but he taped the doors window

"I'm not leaving until you let me in amelia rey" he stated and she stepped back as she grabbed the bat that was next to the crowbar under the desk. she then moved back to the door and looked at him

"go away rafe" she yelled and he tried to open the door but she opened it quickly and she swung the bat as she hit him in the head with the bat. he fell to the ground and she swung again as she hit him in the chest, he looked up at her and she knelt down as she continued to punch him in the face

"I THOUGHT TOPPER WOULDVE HIT YOU HARDER" she yelled out as she swung again

" FUCK YOU RAFE, FUCK. YOU" she cried out and with the last punch to his face, he was knocked out. she looked around and then went back inside, she locked the door again and she left him there bloody and knocked out on the floor. she slid down the wall and stared at her bloody hands.

a few hours later, Kiara came back and looked at amelia and her bloody hands

"lia what happened?" she said and amelia sighed

"rafe, it was rafe, I beat his ass, is Sarah okay?" amelia asked and Kiara nodded as she helped amelia up

"she is, are you?" she asked and amelia shook her head

"no kie, not anymore" Amelia cried and Kiara held her as she cried. amelias bloody hands still held blood and she was still scared. this didn't make any sense but maybe in the morning, it would when she found out that her brother and her father had been caught
