My dad just killed someone

3rd Person POV

they drove behind gavin and watched as he walked into the building. they saw wards car outside of the building and pope grabbed his camera before they ran to the building across the street and watched

" Nice camera. What do you think of that relic? Why don't you just use your phone?" JJ asked

" Oh I know the answer" Amelia spoke

"what's the answer lia?" Kiara asked as she smiled at her girlfriend

" well Pope likes antique electronics and it's a telephoto which one it means it allows poem to get a close image from far away your phone doesn't allow you to do that but we need to catch my dad doing this and we need quality glass to be able to catch it. There's my dad" Amelia said and JJ pulled them down

" And there's Gavin. What are you going, you son of a bitch?" pope asked

" No no no no no no no we're losing him shit where are they going?" amelia said and they climbed up to the roof as they hid

" Pope are you getting this?" amelia whispered and pope nodded

" Yeah I see them" pope said and they watched as ward talked to gavin

" Ward just handed Gavin some thing I think it's a duffel bag" Pope said

" Gavin doesn't look happy about something. It looks like he's yelling at ward" Pope explained

" He's pissed off" amelia said and they watched ash the yelled at each other and they began to fight

"shit fuck no" amelia said and they watched as ward shot gavin and they turned to amelia

"my dad just killed someone. my dad and brother are murderers" and she dropped down

" I just got enough to put this asshole away for life" pope said and ward looked at them. he

"we have to go now" amelia said and they got off the roof and ran

" You can just went down the drain. He's looking for it" pope said and kiara yelled at ward

"i live with him" Amelia said and they got off the roof as they ran away

" You kidding me you fumbled it?" jj asked pope

" You kicked me in the face" Pope told jj

" She stepped on my hand" jj said

" Because we have to go he's coming and I can't be near him" Amelia said and they ran away, amelia held kiaras hand ad they got in the car and sat down

" Someone fill me in on what the fuck just happened?" JJ yelled

" My dad's a murderer he just killed someone JJ" amelia whispered and they turned to her

" We need to go we need to drive and we need to get away from here" pope said and amelia agreed as she started the car and she drove away but they pulled back up when shoupe showed up

" It was right here and this is where that maniac claimed his next victim" Kiara said but amelia wasn't there. she was in the car processing, her father just shot someone in front of her. her brother killed a cop, her little sister had no idea what was happening and her other sister is in the bahamas

she watched shoupe drive away and they walked back to the carZ. they sat in the car and amelia stared into space , she drove them home and then went to the shop.

she unlocked it before relocking it and going upstairs. she fell asleep there and stayed.

the next day, she was cleaning up when she was interrupted by a wet kiara at the door who looked like she died

"kie?" she asked as she opened the door and locked it again

"what happened?" amelia asked as she brought kiara inside and wrapped a towel around her . she looked around and turned on the air conditioner

"i had to go into the sewers to find the gun. rafe turned on the water, also killed me" Kiara stated and amelia rubbed her arms

"are you okay?" amelia asked her and kiara shook her head

"jj and pope couldn't get out fast enough and i was horrified" Kiara said and she felt the tears in her eyes . amelia wrapped her arms around her and held her

" i know it's scary" Amelia whispered and kiara pulled away from her

"amelia i should be holding you. you've gone through so much lately and i just haven't been by your side lately" kiara said and amelia shrugged

"it's fine kiara i get it" Amelia said

"no amelia i'm sorry truly and i'm been a horrible girlfriend" Kiara said and amelia grew tears in her eyes as she leaned against kiara and cried. she hadn't cried in so long and it felt rightX she was comfortable with crying, she needed to cry.

" we found the gun by the way" kiara whispered to her and amelia smiled softly as she wiped her tears.

"that's good kie, we're going to their asses" she said and kiara nodded as she held amelia again

"kiara i'm really sorry about my crazy ass brother" She apologized and kiara shrugged

"he's your brother, you live with him, he's a homophobic crazy ass son of a bitch who can't comprehend the world or how people feel. you don't have to apologize for him amelia, you aren't your family" she said

" i really don't want to be my family kiara" she exclaimed and kiara kissed her forehead

"you're not i promise you" kiara said and she looked down at the grime and dirt on her body

"i love you and this but can i go watch off?" kiara asked and amelia nodded

"shower in the back with shampoo and conditioner and soap"
amelia said

"you could live here if you tried" kiara said as she stood up

" i have lived here, now go wash up" she said and kiara smiled as she walked away from her girlfriend. when it was over, she came back wearing amelia's clothes

"i feel refreshed" kiara said and amelia smiled at her girlfriend

"that's good , happy you feel better" she said and kiara nodded as she hugged her girlfriend again

they smiled at each other and stayed at the surf shop with the door closed. kiara held amelia close and let her cry. they were all each other needed in this very moment and maybe they were all each other would ever need
