"Have they left already?"

Jungkook said, barging inside the throne room where his subordinates are having a discussion.

Hoseok lifted his gaze, seeing that the alpha is now properly dressed and ready to get down to business.

"Not yet. They're waiting for you to send them off." Jackson answered, gritting his teeth in annoyance.

The alpha curled his fist in anger, realizing that his visitors haven't gone away in the break of dawn.

"Those fuckers are really getting on my nerves." Jungkook snarled, his morning getting worse every minute.

"Drag them out of their room. Let's send these fuckers home." Jungkook ordered as he walked out of the throne room with his men following behind.

The rest are quick to follow his orders, immediately barging in the room of his visitors and forcefully dragging them out. Everything happened so fast that the three men weren't able to protest or even say a single word.

Jungkook stood outside the castle, looking back to the doorway where the visitors are being dragged out.

He evilly grin, seeing that the three haven't recovered fully from the wounds they have caused them during the race.

"Rise and shine fuckers." Jungkook sarcastically greeted, his eyes boring holes on the three who look at him with daggers in their eyes.

The alpha took a step toward them, eyes gleaming in delight to see how fucked up they look like.

"Let's not be pussies, shall we? Remember our agreement and never return again in my territory." He warned as he instruct his men to push the visitors away and get moving.

Jaehyun, Mingyu and Eunwoo started walking away with their fists curled up into a ball. They still can't accept losing from the alpha.

Near the doorway, Taehyung is silently observing the scene. He felt relieve wash over him as he saw the three men leave.

Jaehyun turned his head to look back and saw the blonde. His eyes glimmer in anger as he stared at him. However, his anger instantly changed into a wicked grin which sends shivers run down Taehyung's spine. He looked at him maliciously as if he has seen through him.

Taehyung backed away, his legs shaking at the way the man glare at him. He quickly turned around and with rush movement went back inside the castle, slamming the door behind.

Jaehyun smirked as they continue to leave. When they were in a safe distance, he felt Eunwoo tap his shoulder.

"Are we just going to admit defeat just like this?"

There is anger in his voice as he said those words. Jaehyun grinned at this, turning around to look at the two.

"You know me. I never accept defeat." He said, voice full of anger and determination.

"I will never accept defeat, especially now that I see something strange going on." He muttered, remembering what seems to be an odd occurrence yesterday that keeps on bothering him.

Mingyu looked at him with confusion in his eyes.

"What do you mean?" He asked as he stared at the man as if he has  grown three more heads.

"Why don't we pay the council a visit? I have something to tell them that might pique their interest."

For the whole day, Taehyung just stayed inside his room doing nothing but lie on his bed.

He's been staring at the ceiling far too long, his steady breathing the only sound in the room.

Taehyung has finally remove his irritatingly long hair and his uncomfortable dress, now that the visitors are already gone.

He's changed back to his comfy clothes, loose shirt reaching just above his knees with only his briefs under.

The blonde is not dressed to go out of his room. His mood has been spoiled early this morning and he's not planning on going out to spoil it even more.

His silent ministrations were interrupted by loud giggles of children playing outside. He can hear their happy voices which pique his interest a little. He lazily stood from his bed to peek outside his opened window.

Taehyung saw children running around the garden. They seem to be training to change in their wolf form with Hoseok and the others.

He saw Hoseok demonstrate how to shapeshift, changing into a huge wolf with grayish fur and orange to almost red blazing eyes.

Hoseok is huge, but not as huge as Jungkook. He noticed it during the race yesterday. Jungkook's wolf size is larger than any of the men he competed.

Tahyung smiles, seeing how some of the children successfully copies the older, changing into cute little wolves that made him giggle.

There are four little boys who weren't able to change though, and this made Taehyung smile even more as he looks at their lips forming into cute little pouts.

From where he stood, he saw another man approach them and instantly recognize him.

The alpha has joined the training, making Taehyung observe the scene even more.

One of the children rushed over the incoming alpha with his hands wide opened. He jumped, throwing himself in the alpha's warm embrace.

The blonde felt scared for a moment. He felt afraid for the little boy's life for doing such a bold thing to Jungkook.

No baby! Get off him before he gets mad!

His mind screams in panic, imagining how the alpha would throw the little boy away and slam him on the ground.

His eyes widened in anticipation when Jungkook lifted the boy, seeing the unexpected.

Taehyung felt his heart thrum loudly in his chest, witnessing the look on the alpha's face, the kind of look he doesn't expect Jungkook is capable of.

Jungkook is smiling brightly, cradling the little boy in his arms. His smile reminds Taehyung of that of a bunny, which makes his heart do incredible leaps.

The alpha looks so soft, a total opposite of what Taehyung has seen of him. He looks like a loving father with his son in his arms, making Taehyung's heart swell in joy. He's unaware that Jungkook's infectious smile makes him smile as well, as he keeps on staring at him.

The little boy raised his head and saw Taehyung. He stared at him before whispering something to Jungkook before pointing his little finger in his direction.

Taehyung panicked, it was too late for him to move away from the window when Jungkook turned around to look at where the child is pointing.

Jungkook's curious eyes met two large brown orbs staring back at him with his lips parted a little, his shocked expression resembles that of a cat which was caught up sneaking some food away.

Taehyung saw how Jungkook's smile instantly faded upon seeing him, and with all honesty, it makes his heart ache.

How can he smile to a child but not to me?

Taehyung pouted, stomping his feet as he turned away from the window. He slumped his body on the bed, legs and hands spread like a starfish.

He stared at the ceiling once more, his mind going back to the image of Jungkook smiling so fondly and lovingly to the boy.

He rolled to his side, hugging a pillow as his heart beats in his chest. He felt so envious of the child, making him feel like a pathetic loser.

How he wish Jungkook will smile and look at him like that.

Like he's the most precious person in the world.

Taehyung closed his eyes, but immediately has them opening again when he heard small knocks on the door.

With his knotted forehead, Taehyung walked toward the door and hastily opened it, revealing a cute little boy who's arm is stretched upward, seemingly reaching for the door knob.

The blonde's eyes instantly shine, his boxy smile showing as he stared at the cute little man's face, quickly recognizing him as the boy in Jungkook's arms earlier.

"Hey, little man." Taehyung scrunched down, levelling the boy's height. He cupped his small face, cooing at the softness of his cheeks.

"What are you doing here, baby?" He asked, softly pinching his cheeks.

The little man took his right hand and held it with his own tiny hands, wanting to drag him out.

"Come..Come.. D'you want to come." The boy said, pulling Taehyung.

Unable to understand, Taehyung abruptly stand, allowing the child to pull him out as they walk hand in hand.

"Where are we going, baby?" He asked, matching the boy's little steps.

"Watch.. Watch.." The boy mumbled, clasping his hands while pointing outside.

Taehyung finds himself being dragged in the garden, where the training is being held. He was pulled by the boy to sit on the grass, meters away from Jungkook and the others who are busy teaching the little ones.

"Why did you bring me here, baby?" He asked, allowing the little boy to sit on his lap.

The child comfortably sat on his lap, his head resting on Taehyung's chest.

" 'm said watch." the little one said, bringing his fingers to touch Taehyung's face.

The blonde knotted his head, not understanding what he's saying.

"You want me to watch them?" He asked, caressing the little boy's small legs.

The boy shakes his head. "No..'m said better see here, not there inside."

Taehyung looked at the people training nearby. His heart almost beat out of his chest when his eyes met Jungkook's eyes in a brief moment, before the latter turned his gaze away.

"Baby, who asked you to bring me here?" He inquired, his voice soft, realizing what the little one is trying to say.

The boy cutely lifted his finger and pointed forward. "Alpha." He mumbled.

Taehyung's loud beating heart almost made him deaf. His eyes shoot up to where Jungkook is as he smiles like a lunatic.

Jungkook has instructed the boy to drag him out of his room so he can better watch them in this distance and not from his window. He must have seen how interested Taehyung is about the training.

This simple gesture makes Taehyung's heart somersault. He finds himself slowly standing up, with the little one in his arms. He steps a bit closer to where Jungkook and the others are, stopping in a safe distance.

Taehyung smiles so wide when the alpha glanced at him. He saw him look into his face for a long time.

Jungkook's gaze moved downward, scanning his appearance. His face instantly show annoyance and anger, making Taehyung knot his forehead.

Why is he angry? He asks me to come out! Now he's angry?

Taehyung almost rolled his eyes when Jungkook's stare turns into a glare. He tear his gaze away from the blonde, with a scowl.

O-kay?

Taehyung rolled his eyes, turning around to walk back to where he was sitting earlier.

He doesn't know that when he walks away, Jungkook looked at his back. His glare turning angrier, seeing his ass cheeks and briefs almost poking out of his loose shirt. He's unaware that his shirt was lifted a little from carrying the little boy in his arms.

The blonde doesn't realize how he just made the alpha angry, appearing in front of everyone else looking like a total seductress with only a shirt and underwear.

What heightens Jungkook's anger is the fact that his men's eyes are involuntarily trailing over the blonde as his hips sway in a sexy motion.

"EYES ON ME!"

Jungkook shouted, making his men shift their eyes toward him. They quickly lowered their gaze from the alpha's blazing eyes realizing how they became disrespectful by ogling at the alpha's mate.

"Focus on the training." Jungkook said with firm voice.

Taehyung sat back down on the grass, still with the little boy. His worried eyes settle on the people doing the training, seeing how Jungkook glared at them.

What's his problem?!

The blonde rolled his eyes, focusing on the little one on his lap.

"Hey, baby. I've been carrying you around but I still don't know your name." He said, stroking the child's chubby cheeks.

"Tan.. Yeontan." The little one said, snugging his head on the blonde's neck.

"Oh, what a cute name. Can I call you Tan from now on?" Taehyung softly patted the boy's head who quickly nods his head.

"You're such a cute boy." He said, nuzzling his nose in the child's cheeks, making him giggle.

Taehyung is smiling so wide as he plays with the child. His legs and thighs in full display.

He's unaware at the moment that he fucked up.

And he fucked up big time.
