Enzo checks his schedule for the day as he sips his coffee, he looks up at the door when he hears the knock, "When did you start being so polite?" he comments. Rom laughs as he enters the office.

"Thought to surprise you" he winks as he takes a seat. Enzo sits comfortably on his chair as he watches Rom, "Why?" he asks as he narrows his eyes.

"I'm hurt, that you aren't happy to see me here Enzo" Rom chuckles as he looks around before landing his eyes back on Enzo.

"Just cut the crap & to the point!" Enzo states, Rom sighs as he hears it "Not in the mood I see, okay then I want you to find someone for me" he orders.

Enzo chuckles as he looks at the man in front of him who thinks can order him around, "You may be a council member Rom but I don't give a shit! So, take your sorry ass out of here & find someone else for your works, I'm busy" he says as he gets up & pulls his jacket to go for his meeting.

Rom rolls his eyes at his friend, "Not as a council but as a friend" he sighs making Enzo stop & look at his friend.

"What have you done?" he asks curiously knowing his friend too well.

Rom looks at Enzo incredulously "What do you mean what have I done? I just am asking for you to find someone that's it!" he defends.

Enzo shakes his head as he smiles, "So you mean to say you had done nothing wrong that you regret & want to compensate & need my help to cover your sorry excuse of ass?" he raises his brow at Rom.

"How do you do that? Teach me, I can use it when I interrogate my other council members & intimidate them" Rom comments as he too tries to raise his brow but can't.

"Rom if you" Enzo stops as Rom continues "Sorry, you are right I did something I shouldn't have but I don't regret it. Though I should have thought before doing anything" Rom rubs his forehead tiredly.

Enzo watches his friend a bit stunned before walking to him & patting Rom's shoulder showing his support before canceling his meeting for the day, by the way Rom looks he is sure he won't be able to do anything but hear & help his friend.

"Well, I guess I should congratulate you first" he grins making Rom groan. "Ya, ya make fun of me I'll avenge hard when you find your mate buddy" Rom pushes Enzo's shoulder before they both take a seat.

Enzo sits quietly as Rom starts, "I met her 6 months ago & never in my life did I felt so out of control & all I could think was sink my fangs in her neck, she is the sexiest woman in this planet. Man, was she hot, oh yeah & god she was so good in bed & the way she took all"

Enzo clears his throat so Rom would focus on the current talk because he really isn't in the mood to know how Rom got laid with his mate. Rom grins before stopping the talk about his wonderful sex night, "You are way to prude. You definitely should get laid man, try it may be then you'll" Enzo raises his hand to stop Rom who smirks.

"Fine, fine, back to me, so her name's Vivian but before I could ask her more she left me, I mean after such a great night she left me! How can anyone leave me I'm the one that leaves girls not the other way around guess karma is a bitch! I have been trying to search her for all this time but she is no where to be find. Are you even listening to me? Stop checking your... That's her! How did you find her? Hey wait wow that's so hot man!"

Rom grins as he looks at all the pictures of his mate in the laptop Enzo showed he never knew she could look this yummy in her clothes. Enzo sighs as he watches Rom grinning like a maniac looking at the pictures of his mate.

"Name Vivian Walsh & my friend you are in for the time of your life because by now you must know she is not a vampire but a witch! Not just anyone but one of the three only witch clans princess. You haven't found her yet that means two things you didn't mark her & she doesn't wants to be found so till she wants to, you won't be able to find her so wait for her to come back to you" Enzo explains.

Rom curses as he was so stupid enough to not mark her & moreover not putting his other head in work to know what was she & now all he has to do is sit & wait for her to show up because he too knows first hand how sneaky a witch can be & she being a witch princess means only one thing she is powerful & it will be hard to find her hideout.

"Damn! Now what?" he asks Enzo who just shrugs his shoulder. "Relax I'll send one of my trackers to see if they can find anything about her whereabouts but I have no hope we'll succeed though. If there is anything I hate in this world, that is the power of witch & the way they are more sneaky & can be dangerous than anyone of our kinds!" he grumbles.

Rom chuckles as he hears Enzo getting irritated, "So, does that mean you hate someone more than Erika?" he can't help but tease.

Enzo smiles before getting up, "She is more dangerous than any of those witches all together" he states as he walks to the door before stopping & adding "I never hated her as you all like to point out, I just want her safe!" with that he opens the door but crash with someone.

"Hello sexy!" she purrs as she touches his chest only to be pushed away, "Get lost!" he snarls as he walks past her.

Erika knocks at her mother's room door before opening it "How are you feeling now?" Erika asks her mother who looks bad. "I'm good, don't worry. You go to your classes ok?" Amber states as she drinks the juice. "Mom you look terrible I'll take you to the hospital ok?" she argues but Amber glares her daughter.

"I said I'll be fine Erika just go now. Some rest & I'll be fine" Erika watches her mother for a while before leaving. "Ok I'll check on you after school. Don't hesitate to call if you need me ok?" Amber nods dismissing her.

Erika meets Kate at the gate as they make their way to their locker she asks. "What happened to your car?" Erika groans "It's broken, I don't have enough money to make it so till then, I'm using 11 number bus" Kate looks at her in confusion as Erika rolls her eyes. "My legs" Kate gets the points shaking her head.

"Mom is back & not well!" she grumbles taking a seat & banging her head on the desk. "Where was she anyway? This is the longest she has disappeared & what does she do?" Kate asks her curiously.

"Curiosity kills the cat, that's what she says every time I ask her the question. So nope, I have no clue what she does for living. It sure puts food on the table. For all I know she can be a serial killer" Erika states while Kate adds "Or an escort with that killer body of hers & face" She gains a glare from Erika who looks pissed off.

Kate puts her hands up in surrender "Sorry, didn't mean to hurt you" Erika grins "may be she is who knows she is beautiful & got enough sass" she shrugs & Kate rolls her eyes "I can't believe you just got offended when I said & now you are assuming it yourself! You my friend are a work of art!" Kate chuckles.

As Erika opens enters she finds her mother on the floor she runs to her & try to wake her up, Amber's body is warm she calls 911.

Erika waits for the doctors to end their tests so she can know what exactly has happened to her mother. The doctor comes to meet her, she stands seeing the doctor make his way to her. "Are you Amber's daughter?" he asks & she nods.

"Yes! I'm her daughter Erika. Is she good?" she asks worriedly. "I'm Doctor Bernard. We just had some test running she has some bad cause of fever. Her blood pressure is low too, but we can't say exactly what is happening to her until the test results come out. We may need to keep her for few days under observation though so you may want to go home & come back later" he says & she looks at him with narrow eyes.

"If she had fever or low pressure why need the test & anyway I won't leave her just like this. What kind of doctor are you anyway?" she asks.

Bernard sighs "OK stay then, I was just saying so you don't have to stay in here whole night & go to a good bed in your house but it's your choice. I'll inform you tomorrow about her health after the test comes. You can check on her after she is shifted to her room bye!" he leaves her there.

She groans before taking her seat & waiting for her mother to be shifted in the normal ward. She hates waiting not a patience person at all! She grumbles.

Erika walks to her home kicking some rocks on the way even if she had stayed the night, the hospital didn't allow her to see her mother & her back hurts sleeping on that bench, it was cold & some really blood sucking perverts mosquitoes were kissing her.

She rubs her eyes as she yawns & stretches to crack some bones only to stop midway when she see the one guy she never thought would stand outside of her house.

She runs smiling feeling a new energy burst through her. She hugs him tight but he pulls her away from him as usual & groans.

"What are you doing here?" she asks & tries to hug him again she definitely could use some hugging right now.

"Are you here to take me on the date? Or are you here because you are worried why I didn't showed up for few hours" she smiles.

Enzo yanks his hand away from her as he takes a few step back, this girl is pure pain for him. "Do want to come in & wait or will you stay here? Just give me a minute & I'll freshen up then we can go to your house together okay?" she cheers up as she turns around to the house only for her to stop in her tracks by his next words.

"I'm not here to take you anywhere but to inform you, it's better if you stop coming at the house whenever you want. All you ever do is create some type of problem directly or indirectly & take advantage of the twin" Enzo states.

"It would be great if you just disappear from our lives. For the last time Erika, you don't belong in our world it'll be better if you set that in your mind. Don't bother coming back, I know you care for the twin but they are now mated no one needs you. You are just getting between their happiness" he adds.

Erika stands at the stair of her house as she blinks her eyes rapidly feeling crushed. "I know you may thing I'm being mean or unfair to you but I'm just doing you a favor. The twin has more responsibility now that they have their mate & you have to keep your distance. You can't expect for them to leave everything behind just so you can spend some time with them or you need their help, Erika. We all have our lives to live & now the graduation is around the corner I want you to focus on things you like & want to do"

Enzo rubs his temple looking at her back as she still hasn't turn around to face him, "I know I have never been good to you but it doesn't mean I don't care about your welfare. I have never asked anything from anyone but I'm asking you one thing, please stay away from all of us & don't seek for twin in everything. You are old enough to take care of yourself"

Erika nods as he finishes, "Okay" she whispers before clearing her throat & turning to him with a smile on her face.

She salutes him as she speaks, "Don't worry Enzo, this is the last of me you will see & I'll never ever bother the twin at all & don't worry I can take care of myself. So, goodbye you must be very busy with all the stuff that you do" she says as she rushes inside the house without a backward glance.

Enzo stands as he watches her rush to the house & takes a step towards the stair when his phone rings, "Good, inform Rom & set the meeting" he answers before looking at the house once more & driving to his office.

Erika slides down the door as her legs give up, she closes her eyes as she can feel the tears ready to flow down but she won't cry she is better & strong than this. He is being his usual self an ultimate jerk!

"Idiot!" she whispers.
