Obstinately, Gangyeon tried to stand again but he fell again.

“Sit down!” Eodum shouted.

“You don’t shout at me!” Gangyeon shouted back, and that woke Seomin up.

He opened his eyes and tried to sit up, but he couldn’t even move a finger.

“As for you, you won’t be able to stand up from that bed for a week” Eodum said, and Seomin started crying.

“What are you saying!” Gangyeon snapped.

“You were electrocuted for three hours! Thank your stars that you’re a supernatural because that’s why you’re still alive! And he was beaten on the cross of pains for three hours too! What were you expecting? Walk around immediately you wake? Think!” Eodum said seriously, and Gangyeon relaxed, but it didn’t last.

He started breathing hard when Jungkook’s face came into his head.

“I’ll kill him!!!!!” He shouted.

“I found the book” Eodum said, and his eyes widened.

She brought it out of her stomach and handed it to him.

He took it and began flipping the pages fast till the last one.

“The circle marks at the back of their necks?” He said.

“We just have to find them with that, then we’ll kill the useless one. We only need Nimon himself to kill Jungkook since he’s the only one who can do it” Eodum replied, and Gangyeon smiled.

“Finally” he muttered and faced Eodum.

“What are you waiting for? Send out your numerous daughters to look for anyone with the mark” he said.

“Meteor shower is coming soon, that’s the perfect moment to hunt them down” Eodum smiled.

“You’re smart” Gangyeon laughed and sniffed the air.

“Smells like a great dark energy. Do you have a visitor?” He said, and Eodum opened the door.

Lin stepped in, his body looking so seductive as ever.

“Lin?” Gangyeon said surprisingly.

“Surprised?” He smiled sweetly.

“Sweet smile but dark heart” Gangyeon said.

“That’s me” Lin smiled again and sat.

“I came back because the powers I stole from Jungkook went back to him, because of his newfound mate” he said.

“So…what are you going to do?” Gangyeon asked.

“Trap him again just like I did before, then I’ll steal all his powers this time around. I’ll make sure he becomes a powerless demigod, and I’ll kill the mate too”

“Why did you slash your son with the sword of hell?” Eodum asked.

“That was the only way to attain immortality. I need to slash him two more times to complete the ritual” Lin replied, and Gangyeon’s eyes widened.

“Then I’ll have to slash Namjoon three times too, borrow me the sword of hell” he said.

“Wait till I finish using it” Lin smiled.

Cobra’s hands were behind him as he walked around his room of treasures, feeling so sad for no reason.

Maybe because Jungkook’s mate is someone he can’t kill, it’s annoying.

“Noo!!!! You took our riches already please don't kill us!! Please don't!!!” She, cried but that didn't work.

They shot at little Lotus on the forehead first, and Namgil’s eyes widened insanely as tears ran out, then they shot Soora.

They died immediately, and Namgil was shot too, but the bullet met his arm.

Truly, Soora is a witch but her powers halt whenever she's on her flow, and that's why she couldn't fight back.

Back then, Namgil’s powers were still young, he's still receiving training so fighting back was impossible. Lotus was just as fragile and delicate as an egg, he knew nothing.

Namgil’s arm was bleeding as he watched his mother and little brother die in front of him.

Hot tears cascaded down his cheeks as their bloods soaked his palms.

“No!!!!!!!”

Cobra was already crying. He wiped his tears quickly, and he sniffed.

No one knows he’s Jeon Namgil, the third Jeon brother, just him and Agui.

He started crying again, but Agui suddenly hugged him from behind, and he stopped.

“I hate seeing you like this. Great ruler” he whispered.

He stayed still, and Agui started patting him gently.

“You’re not the weak Namgil anymore, you’re Cobra, the great ruler of the Sarpients coven”

It’s the meteor shower day, but the meteors fall at night so everyone is preparing to watch it with their partners.

The Dowager was sitting regally on her chair when Chen came in.

“Is this how we’re going to be watching his majesty? He just broke one of the ancient rules! Sleeping with a slave!” He shouted.

She sighed, thinking about what Jungkook did to Gangyeon.

Korra was eating a pinkish peach in her office as usual when Taehyung came in, and her eyes widened.

“Oh my! It’s been a while!” She stood.

“How have you been, godmother” Taehyung smiled.

“Aww! You have manners, not like your master who comes here only to cause trouble” she said, and he smiled again as he settled in front of her.

“Can I know my fate now?” He asked.

“You’re not destined to die in this life, even if you walk hand in hand with death” she replied.

“So, there’ll be a next life” he said, and she nodded after a bite.

“What about Jungkook? He won’t die, right? Jimin too” he said, and Korra sighed before dropping her peach.

She opened the death register and showed him a page.

Immediately he saw it, his eyes widened.

“Godmother!” He gasped.

“I showed it to you because you’re the closest to him, prepare your mind, Taehyung” Korra said and returned to eating her peach.

Ten minutes later, Taehyung left, and Korra sighed.

“A part of the agonizing fate is starting… tonight” she muttered.

Immediately Taehyung landed back on Earth, Seokjin was the first person he met.

It’s dusk already, and night is already setting in.

“Just coming from border town?” She smiled, grabbing his hand.

“Is it obvious?” He asked.

“Godmother Korra’s scent is on you” she replied, and he smiled too.

“You promised to watch the shower with me…. Remember?” She said.

“I know, as friends” he replied.

“Yes, friends” Seokjin smiled, taking him away.

Hyunjin walked past Gowon when he was about to enter the kitchen, and Gowon smirked.

“Be careful, I don't know when I’ll kill you” he said.

“You can’t, I’ve got a protective lover. Hurt me and Felix will hunt you down” Hyunjin replied.

“Of course” Felix replied, coming out of the kitchen.

“Felix!” His eyes glowed up.

He kissed him deeply, and Gowon walked away.

“I love you” he said after breaking it.

“I love you too” he replied, and they left together.

“Minho!” Jisung rushed into the kitchen.

Jisung was sitting on a stool, drinking from a bottle of wine.

“Jisung…”

“Let’s go watch the shower together!” He grabbed his hand before he could talk.

“Jisung!”

“Shhh, just follow me” he smiled and pulled him out.

Joyun saw Hyunjin and Felix running out, and he smiled before turning his back.

“They look good together” he said hurtfully and started walking back to his room.

“Joyun!” Kang called after him, but he increased his pace till he entered his room in tears and locked the door.

Kang left his chamber dejectedly, it’s like he’s the only one in the palace because everyone is out.

He decided to go out on his own.

Jungkook and Jimin were the last to come out of his suite, both dressed gorgeously in sexy red robes.

Jungkook’s long hair was braided beautifully by Jimin, giving him a girly but adorable look together with the golden pins on it.

Jimin hair was decorated with Jade pins too, and immediately they walked out hand in hand, they looked at each other and smiled.

Jungkook suddenly carried him, and Jimin laughed.

“But I can walk”

“Not allowed” he replied, kissing him lightly as he walked to the waiting palanquin.

He placed his in and got in too, then the carriers conveyed them out of the palace.

Yoongi came out of his hiding place and smirked.

“I need to do something about Jimin” he mumbled.

Hoseok left to watch the shower with Namjoon already, so he went to the princes suite where he met Chen drinking alone in the terrace.

He joined him and started drinking too.

“We hate each other” Chen said.

“I don’t care” he replied.

A big rich boat was already waiting beside the calm river, and immediately Jungkook came out of the palanquin with Jimin, he carried him and stepped into the boat.

Jimin sat between his legs, so they were literally cuddling in the boat as it started moving in with water.

“Can’t wait for it to start” he said, looking at the sky.

“I know, me too” Jungkook replied, kissing his hair.

“Besides painting and horror novels, what else do you like?” He suddenly asked.

“Butterflies” he replied.

“Oh..”

“Yes” he giggled.

“You’re like a baby, so I’m not surprised” he said, and Jimin looked up at him.

“Kiss me” he said, and Jungkook kissed his lips.

“Tomorrow morning, I’ll be cooking for you, I’ll cook my best food. Kimchi jjigae” he said.

“Can’t wait” he said.

“And we’ll bath together tonight too” he said.

“I get the undertone of that sentence, you’re so naughty” Jungkook replied, and Jimin laughed.

“I love that you choose this place tonight. Can’t wait to experience what it’s like to watch falling stars on a river” he said.

“Oh!, It’s falling already!” Jungkook suddenly said, pointing up.

Jimin looked up, and his eyes widened when he saw the scanty falling stars, but it wasn’t scanty for long because within a minute, the meteors began falling in handfuls, shooting through the sky.

“Wow! They’re so beautiful!” Jimin said cutely.

“Not as you” Jungkook replied, and he smiled.

He kissed his neck, and Jimin moaned in response as they continued watching the shooting stars in the sky.

Jimin suddenly faced him, though his face is still up in the sky.

The loud slams and thuds of his heart made him say the only thing in his mind.

“Kookie” he whispered, and Jungkook faced him.

He kissed him hard but shortly, and he smiled.

“What? Should we fuck here?” Jungkook said jokingly.

“I love you” Jimin said, looking cutely affectionate.

Jimin swallowed hard afterwards, expecting what Jungkook was going to say.

Jungkook was speechless at first, and Jimin bit his lip.

He suddenly smiled handsomely, the most handsome smile he has ever smiled.

He held his face and drew him closer.

“I love you….”

Before he could say MORE, blood accumulated in his mouth, and he spit it out.

It all landed on Jimin’s face.

He started bleeding from the nose too.

“Kookie!!!” Jimin screamed, and Jungkook held his chest, going down as pains from hell gripped him there.

“AHH!”

He remembered when he was still with Lin…

Flashback...

Lin and Jungkook stood naked in their room, then the sword of hell stood in their middle, shining red and blazing.

They were facing each other.

“I, Lin swear in front of the sword of hell, that I'd never say I LOVE YOU to any man except you, Jungkook...if I ever try it, may the sword of hell hurt me” Lin said.

“I love you” Jungkook said, and Lin laughed.

“I love you more honey, say yours” he said.

“I, Jungkook swear in front of the sword of hell, that I'd never say I LOVE YOU in front of any man or woman except you, Lin... if I ever try it, may the sword of hell hurt me” Jungkook said.

Flashback ended

“Jungkook!!!!!” Jimin screamed as he continued bleeding so much, he was already crying hard.

“Please…. Kookie!!!!!”

Suddenly, the sword of hell appeared, stabbing Jungkook directly on the chest…in the heart.

“AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!” He yelled in raging harrowing pains, his voice echoing throughout Goguryeo.

Jimin’s eyes widened in horror.

“Kookie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
