Taehyung is currently lying on a pavement which he landed on as a result of Cobra’s fan.

His arm got wounded but he stood almost immediately, and Cobra laughed.

“Even your king is not my match, so who are you to combat me? You’d die” he said mockingly, fanning himself gently with his fan.

Minho and Kang flew towards him at once, and his umbrella appeared.

He wielded it to the samurai sword, and he swung it at them.

Minho made a counterattack with his own sword, but the samurai sword cut off the sword, and Cobra succeeded in wounding him on the arm.

Minho fell back on the ground, and Kang started fighting Cobra heads on, tumbling in the air to give him a kick on the chest.

Cobra somersaulted, and Taehyung joined Kang to attack him.

Meanwhile, the other warriors handled Agui, and he’s obviously not a softie as he kept returning every attack in two folds.

It’s so hard to fight him because he throws poisons at any chance he gets.

Felix got wounded on the shoulder already, and Joyun landed on the wall as a result of Agui’s kick.

Yoongi and Hoseok got their fire balls and threw them at once.

The two hit Agui on the chest, and he crashed heavily on the ground, then Hoseok removed his hairpin.

The pin grew larger, and he threw it at Agui.

It hit him right thigh, but he removed it immediately, then he started bleeding.

“AHH!” He winced, looking at the two young boys angrily.

Jisung loaded his bows with arrows and released the twelve arrows.

Agui created a barrier so the arrows didn’t get to him, but the last one got his chest.

“Arrggg!” He groaned, going on his knees.

Joyun started walking to him, and he looked over at Cobra who was still having it hot from the others.

Their eyes met, and Cobra landed on the ground.

Taehyung started super speeding to him, but he did the same till he got to Agui.

He grabbed him, and they vanished with the air.

“Damn! Not again!” Gowon shouted as Taehyung started breathing heavily.

“It’s not over yet, so chill” Kang replied.

“But why did his majesty leave like that?” Felix asked

“Personal reasons, Go check on everyone in their rooms before retiring to your rooms” Taehyung replied and left.

He went straight to Jungkook’s suite, and just like the other time, his eyes widened when he saw the broken chains and chair.

“Your majesty!” He shouted, rushing into the room, but he came to a standstill when he saw Jimin with him in bed, they’re both asleep.

He folded his fists and and turned his back on them quickly, then he walked out of the suite hurtfully.

He waited a minute before resuming his walk till he got to his room.

He shut the door and stayed behind it, then he closed his eyes, remembering what actually happened that night….years ago.

Flashback

Goyangi village is a village for cats specifically. They separate themselves from other breeds of supernatural beings because they're always victims of molestation.

“Hmmm! Only the aroma is making my mouth water” he said and the old woman laughed.

“It’ll soon be done. How's your night?”

“Just fine” he replied, hugging her from behind.

He lost his father at a tender age, so only his mother is left.

“I love you a lot mother” he said.

“I love you more, son” she replied brightly.

“I’m here!” Taemin shouted from the door, and he quickly looked back.

“Friend!” He shouted and rushed to him.

They're the most popular friends in the village, everyone envies their closeness because they share everything together.

“I smell Yachaejeon, I came at the right time” Taemin smiled.

“Glutton” Taehyung replied, and they both laughed.

“Let’s go practice before the cake will be done” Taemin pulled his hand.

“I don't want to, I hate practice” Taehyung pulled back.

“Come here before I head you on my shoulders!” Taemin started pulling him out forcefully.

“Mother, I'll be back!” He shouted as they finally left the house.

They went to the woods where they practiced swordfight on their own for long. It's their daily routine.

They practiced for so long that they didn't even notice it was getting dark.

“The pancakes….” Taehyung pouted.

“We can still eat the cold one, let's go!’ Taemin pulled him along, but the scene they met when they got back was devastating.

Wolves invaded their village already, and they’ve killed almost everyone.

“Mother!” Taehyung muttered fearfully and ran over dead bodies till he got to his house.

His blood dried up when he saw his mother's dead body on the kitchen floor, bleeding from her neck.

“Mother!!!!!” He screamed, running madly to her in tears.

“Mother! Wake up…. Mother please… mother!!!” He cried devastatingly, and when he remembered Taemin, he looked back, expecting to see him, but he's not there. Instead, he saw him outside, climbing an horse whose rider was a guy... Gangyeon.

His eyes wide-ned, and he ran out.

“Taemin! Taemin! Taemin!!!” He screamed after him, running after the horse, but Taemin never looked back.

He fell when his leg hit on a stone, and almost immediately, packs of wolves surrounded him, gnarling angrily and ready to kill and devour him.

He started crying as he stayed there, ready to die.

The wolves made to pounce on him, but that was when his savior arrived.... Jungkook.

Flashback ended

Taehyung was already crying hard, and as the tears ran down his face, he sat on the ground and covered his face with his palms.

“Why you…. Jungkook”

“Easy Gangyeon!”

“Well I’m the queen of Goguryeo, you can’t do that” he smiled, and Gangyeon grunted before looking at his bandaged arm.

“You can get Jungkook to heal your arm since he’s a healer, and about the ruckus going on in the palace because of Cobra, why should I intervene when I’m on Cobra’s side?” He replied, and Seomin smiled.

“That’s more like Jeon Gangyeon, so what exactly are you planning?” He asked.

“Jungkook is a beast” he replied, and Seomin eyes widened.

“But I’m yet to find the trigger. Once I do, he’s gone” he replied, and Seomin smiled again.

“I’m beginning to like you” he said, and Gangyeon grinned before carrying him off the ground.

He placed him back on the bed roughly, and they started kissing hard as his dick penetrated into his h*le again.

Prince Seokjin told Hyunjin about Rose immediately he got back to the room, so he rushed to the infirmary.

“Stop the tears, she’s not dead” old Gantzo said, and that only increased his tears.

“Who did this to her!”

“If you find out, what can you possibly do? You’re a mere human anyways” old Gantzo replied, and Hyunjin looked at him.

“I think you need treatment too, you have a cut on your neck” old Gantzo said.

“I don’t need treatment. I’ll be fine” he replied, and his eyes widened when he remembered Jimin.

“Jimin!” He gasped and rushed out, bumping Taehyung who was passing by the lawn.

“Sorry!” He said and continued his race.

“Jimin is safe in the king’s suite” Taehyung said, and he stopped.

“Really?”

Taehyung nodded once before walking away.

“Mr handsome!” Seokjin hollered at him from under a flower tree.

“Your highness” he replied and walked to him.

“You’re not hurt, are you? Heard you led the fight against Cobra” he said, checking him out worriedly.

“I’m not. Thanks your highness” he replied, and Seokjin smiled cutely.

“So why did his highness go in?” He asked.

“It’s personal” he replied, and Seokjin smiled again.

“Loyal cat”

“That again” Taehyung smiled, and Seokjin stylishly touched his bare arm.

“Can you walk me back to my suite? Please?” He took in his bottom lip after saying that.

“Sure” he replied and left with him.

Chen has been watching from his terrace, and immediately they left, he smirked.

“I need to make another move soon”

“Chen!” Seomin rushed upstairs, and he faced him.

“Was expecting you to still be getting banged by Gangyeon” he said.

“I left him after the third round. I’m so restless about something” Seomin replied and rolled up the sleeve of his robe, revealing his bandage arm.

“Who did this!” Chen gasped shockingly.

“Seokjin”

He almost started crying, but he stopped it when arms wrapped around him from behind.

The scent of doom made him know it’s Agui.

“Great ruler, It won’t speak well if the gangsters see you crying” he whispered, resting his head on his shoulder.

Cobra sighed and pocketed the picture, then he drank the remaining liquor in the cup.

“Leave” he said calmly, and Agui disengaged from him.

“I can help you pack your hair” he said.

“Instead, start investigating the great energy in the palace” he replied without looking at him, and he bowed.

“Yes, great ruler” he walked out and sighed, remembering when he hugged him earlier.

“He didn’t even ask about my wounds. I’m used to his cold heart” he muttered and left.

The man in black settled in a dark room before lightening a lantern, then he placed it on the table.

He pulled up the robe from his tummy and changed the patch on his wounded stomach.

His face never came to view till he was done, then he brought the book out of the drawer.

Rose returned this morning, and after feeding her the breakfast brought by Minho, Hyunjin made her lay on the bed and covered her well, then Felix came in.

“Hyunjin!” He smiled by the door and walked to him.

He tried hugging him, but Hyunjin held him back by the shoulders, and he cringed in pains.

“I got wounded last night” he said hurtfully, and Felix let him go.

“Sorry” he said and started leaving.

“Just sorry?” He said surprisingly, and his eyes caught the cut on his neck

“You’re wounded!”

Felix tried touching it but he hit his hand away.

“Don’t touch” He replied coldly and continued walking out.

“Hyunjin!” He rushed after him and hugged him from behind, stopping him.

“Hyunjin I love you” Felix confessed, and Hyunjin eyes widened, but not for long.

He unbuckled his arms from his tummy and left without looking at him.

“Hyunjin!” He started running after him.
