Jack went home early and didn't see Katherine. He assumed she was at the market or something . He decided it was finally time.

He made a simple dinner and lit some candles . He even cleaned the kitchen when he was done .
He threw on a nice suit and got flowers.

Katherine came inside and saw dim lights and candles . "Jack ? Are you home ?" She asked having a bag full of gardening supplies .

"In here !" He hollered from the dining room. Katherine set the bag on the table near the door and walked to the dinning room. "Hi" he said taking her coat off her shoulders .

"Hi ... What's this all for ?" She asked .

"I just felt like doing it " he lied . He got her chair for her and pushed it in.

"Oh ..." She said . Jack brought in the food and they began to eat .

"Katherine? Can we talk about something ?"

"Sure ... What's up ?"  She asked taking a bite of her salad .

"I... I really ... I want to go to America " he said .

"America ? Jack ... What ?" She asked shocked .

"I was thinking that we could go live there -"

"Jack ... I'm pregnant-"

"I know ! So I was thinking I could go to America and find us a home and all ... Then in a couple months I can send for you -"

"You're going to leave me for America ?" Katherine said .

"No ! It's just an idea ! But the plan is for me to go to America ... Then in a couple months I send for you ... Clara and Davey can come -"

"That's not the point Jack ... I have family here ... And I don't -"

"Come on Katherine... America is the dream ! Please !"

"Jack ... I don't want to ... I'm home here ... I'm happy here ... And I want to raise my baby here !" Katherine said angrily .

"Katherine please ! This is all I've ever wanted !" Jack begged .

"No ... All I've wanted was to raise my family here !" Katherine said .

"Please ! -"

"Jack this is stupid ! We are not getting up and leaving our home and families for some stupid dream of America ! I'm not going to go and no one else is ! You've got stupid dreams and I don't want to hear them ! If you want to go to America , then go ! Leave me and I won't come ! I will never come ! End of discussion!" Katherine said and went upstairs.

"Why would I leave the love of my life here in Russia when we could be happy in America ?!" Jack screamed .

Katherine stopped in her tracks and the turned around . "You what ?" Katherine said .

"What ?" He asked it knowing what was going .

"You just said the love of your life ... Jack what's going on ?!" She asked .

"I don't know ! I thought we were fighting about America ! Who even said love of your life ?" He asked .

"you did ! You said it " she said she walking back down the stairs .

"When ?!" He asked .

"Don't lie to me Jack Kelly ! Don't you dare !" She said slapping his arm with a near by magazine.

"I'm not lying !" He said putting his hands up in defense.

"You said love of your life ... And I know you weren't talking about the baby ! So don't you dare do this to me ! Just say it damnit ! Say it !" She said on the verge of tears .

"Fine .... Katherine I love you .... I love you more than there are stars in the sky ... I love you more than life it's self ... I rather die then be with out you ... Screw .... No forget America .... I don't wanna be anywhere if I'm not with you !" He said holding onto her arms .

"Please don't be lying !" She said tears coming out of her face.

"I would never lie to you ... I love you" he said and he kissed her .

"I don't want to go to America .... For now " Katherine said tears all over her face .

"Okay... What do you want to do then Katherine ?" He asked .

"I want to stay here ... I'm Anntevka ... I wanna stay here with you ... My husband ... Who I love " Katherine said and wrapped her arms around his waist.

He kissed her passionately. And she moved her hands up to his neck . She pulled away and hugged him tightly .

"I love you Jack " she said .

"I love you too Katherine... And I love our baby " he said and kissed her again.

"The baby loves you too " she said and stood on her toes to kiss him . Jack picked her up bridal style and took her to their room.

Katherine and Jack started kissing more and more and slowly took off each other clothing "Katherine? Is this safe ?" He asked hovering above her.

"It is ... Everything will be fine love " she said . Jack smiled and kissed her .
