Katherine and Jack were about to land in California. His hands were on hers as the plane shakily landed .

The first thing they did was hug . They had made it safely to America . Now they needed to buy a home .. Jack held her hand and the slowly got off the plane .

"We're here " he said squeezing her hand . Katherine smiled and hugged him tightly .

"We should probably get a hotel ... So we have somewhere to sleep ... Tomorrow we can look for a house " Katherine said .

A man walked to them "Are ya'll the Kelly's ?" He asked .

"Yes , " Jack said . The man noticed Jack's Russian accent .

"You're not from around here are you ?" He asked .

"No , we're from Russia ... I'm assuming you're here for Disney right ?" Jack asked .

"Yep ! I'm gonna take you to the hotel -"

"Hotel ... Mr. Disney never said anything about a hotel -" Katherine said .

"Well ... He wants Mr. Kelly close by ... Also he suggests you both find a home soon... He thinks it'd be wise to have a place of your own before the film starts "
He said . He took two of the bags and they followed him to his car .

Katherine had never seen a car up close ... She had only ever seen pictures . "It's a beauty ain't it ?"

"Pardon ? She asked noticing the sleek design.

"The car ? Brand new .... Oh ... I'm Anthony... You can call me race though ... That's what everyone calls me " he said . They got in the car and "race" took them to their hotel .

"America sure is strange " Katherine said noticing the fake plants in their room .

"Yeah ... We need to call home .-"

"Jack ... We are home " Katherine said . Jack smiled and kissed her .

"Tomorrow we'll find a house ... And then I meet with Mr. Disney " Jack said .

Katherine smiled and hugged him .

Jack and Katherine met a real estate agent that morning and began to talk numbers .

"Wait , your 18..." He said . Jack nodded .

"And -"

"My wife is 17" Jack said . The mans eyes bugged .

"Oh ... Did you get pregnant?" He asked .

"No ... We got married in Russia ... The towns match maker choose us for each other .... Then she got pregnant " Jack said .

"Oh ... Well what do you for a a living ?" The man asked .

"I'm an artist ... And I'm working on a Disney project " Jack said . The man looked through some listings .

"Disney ? I found a home near Buena Vista." He said .

They found the home and visited it . Jack turned to Katherine. "Do you like this one ?" He asked her . She looked around a bit and to the back yard.

"I do " she said smiling .

Jack looked to the man and asked how much it was .

"You're just going to buy it because she likes it ? You haven't even looked around yet "

"I know ... But she'll be the one who's here most of the time ... She should be happy before I am ... She's my wife and what she wants goes " Jack said .

"I'm gonna have to start telling my wife that !" The man joked .

Jack and Katherine got all their belongs from the hotel and moved in ... The house came with a sofas and beds and kitchen appliances and washer and dryer . Jack also got the agent to sell them the phone and large tv that was already in the home without extra price .

"Katherine? I'm going out to buy an auto -"

"Jack ? What ? We don't have that much money ... And Disney may not pay you much to start out with ... What we need is a crib " Katherine said .

"We don't have to worry "

"Why ?" She asked as she out their clothing in the cabinets and drawers .

"I sold the royal family of Russia 8 paintings before I left .... All at $10,000 America dollars .... We can buy an auto Katherine ... Trust me " he said and kissed her .
