Haider put a hand over her arm and turned her around to make her face him. Ishmal was breathing rapidly while as usual, her cheeks were red. That adorable blush of hers always made him lose his mind. Things didn't even start between them and she managed to go all shy. It would be a fun to see her getting all timid later on.

His eyes moved from her face to her neck and a satisfied smirk crossed his lips at the panting state of hers which all happened due to him. That was his first claim over her so that the whole world could know that she was his.

He again bent a bit and pressed his hot lips over a shallow valley in her throat making Ishmal shut her eyes tightly as it acted as balm over the burning yet alluring ache she was feeling right now.

Haider left her neck and scooped his head towards her face before capturing her lips in a harmless kiss. He held her narrow back with the flat of his palm and pulled her into his arms. Her hands landed on his taut muscular chest and she gasped at the feel of his hot skin against her cold hands. Like always, she loved this sweet and slow kiss. But today she finally wanted to show Haider that how much she loved him and how much he meant to him.

So when he tried to make her comfortable by stroking her spine, her lips fell apart and she happily gave him a way inside of her mouth. Haider groaned at the amazing feel. He lusciously started exploring her mouth. He had kissed her many times before as well but none could win against this one. Because today she was relaxed and responding. She didn't have to worry about anyone peeking at them out of nowhere. Though it never happened as Haider always made sure of the privacy whenever they came closer to each other, still Ishmal always remained stiffened.

As they ran out of oxygen, they eventually pulled away. Haider cupped her face between his palms, as the only sound in the room heard was of their fast breathing.

He pecked her forehead. "You didn't get that feeling of being used by what happened a while ago. Right?"

Ishmal swallowed thickly. She knew he was referring to her statement from that night before she left him when they exchanged a kiss.

She shook her head. "No."

Haider smiled. "Good." He brushed his lips over her cheek.

Ishmal's eyes went towards the wall clock behind. It was two in the afternoon already.

"I think so I should leave now," she whispered.

"Stay for a while. Although there are many things I want to do with you but for now, I want to see you here with me. It gives me a relief," he said with a twisted smile.

Ishmal bit her lower lip as she understood what he was implying here.

"I can't wait any longer Ishmal. Whenever we are together, it makes me feel complete. A feeling of comfort and happiness. I want to have this feeling forever with me. I want you back in my house as my wife. Do you agree with me?" He asked.

Ishmal nodded her head.

"I'll meet your mother tomorrow. Then you will get dressed up as my bride again and I'll take you with me and we'll restart everything," he told her, happily.

"Maybe you need to do that quickly. Because Ammi is against our marriage. She thinks you can't want me back because you married me based on a contract. She...she is asking me to demand a divorce from you. In fact, she has already sought a new proposal for me. Haider, you..."

She halted when her gaze locked on Haider. His eyes darkened because of what she was saying and he clenched his jaw as a beautiful vein was throbbing in his temple because of how he was controlling his anger. Ishmal's breath got stuck in her throat at this as she stared at him with open mouth.

"What are you saying?" He inquired firmly.

"I am saying the truth, Haider. That's why you need to meet my mother as soon as possible," she let out softly.

Haider held the back of her head and smashed his lips over hers again. This time he didn't go for any softness. Instead, he bit her lower lip which parted her plump lips and he explored every corner of her mouth sensually.  Ishmal moaned but it got consumed by Haider's demanding kiss. He moved away and dropped small pecks over her chin before again nibbling on the same spot on her neck. Ishmal was a groaning mess by now. He soothed the itch with a gentle kiss.

When he looked back at her, he had the same darkness occupying the blacks of his eyes. "You are mine. No one can dare to lay an eye on you or else it will be his last day on earth."

"Haider..." Ishmal mumbled seeing him getting this unhinged.

He joined their foreheads together and closed his eyes. For a moment, both stayed silent like this. Before Haider finally pulled away. When he looked at her this time, he was again back to normal. His eyes had become more warmer and softer as it only happened when he was with her.

He nuzzled her cheek. "Don't worry, Ishmal. I'll have a word with your mother today. No one can separate us ever. We are married and if we are again seeing each other out, it means we are serious about our relationship. Her worry doesn't make any sense."

Ishmal smiled. "You are right. If you will go to her then she will understand. She loves me and she only wants my happiness."

Haider nodded. "Let's go then. Let me grab a shower then we'll leave."

As Haider left for his bath, Ishmal waited for him in his room. Her eyes caught the attention of a childhood photograph of Haider on the bed's side table. She grabbed it and a smile crossed her lips at this adorable picture. He still looked the same. The door of the washroom clicked and it perked Ishmal's ears. She heard Haider's footsteps. She placed the frame back in its place and stood up.

Haider was shirtless and the view of his strong, muscular chest made all the blood reach her cheeks. She timidly lowered her gaze and turned around. She felt like she was breaching his privacy maybe. A side of Haider's lip lifted in amusement and he walked over to her.

He placed his index finger and thumb under her chin and lifted her face. "Get used to all of this, Ishmal. You won't have a chance to turn around when we will be living together."

She blushed more and Haider saw the charming colors on her face with satisfaction. He kissed her nose tip. This girl would surely be the death of him.

Haider had gotten a call hence he went over to the other side to receive it. Ishmal now was standing in front of the mirror to make herself more presentable before leaving for her house.

Her hair had a few tangles in it now. She finger combed it to straighten them out. She glanced over her reflection in the mirror and this was only making her feel more timid. Her lips were swollen by now. She instinctively brushed them over each other. She took out her favorite brown lipstick from her handbag and applied it slightly over her full lips.

Getting convinced by what she did, her gaze flitted over to her neck. Ishmal closed her eyes in embarrassment over this. She softly touched the still burning skin before tugging her dupatta over her head modestly over her head and chest, covering her upper body diligently.

Haider reached over her again, this time looking anxious. He looked at her momentarily before his eyes went back to his screen. He sighed as his gaze locked on her for a longer duration now.

"Ishmal, there's a problem," he announced.

"What happened?" She became worried.

"I think so some protest is happening in the town nearby. They had blocked all the ways. We can't go out like this," he asserted.

The color drained from Ishmal's face. "What are you saying? I had to go my home."

Haider touched her shoulders. "I know of course. But that's a bad timing. I'll try to get the whole situation checked so that I can know what's exactly happening. Don't panic. I'll find a way definitely. Okay?"

"Ammi will be worried for me. If I don't reach home, she will even get angry. Please, Haider, do something before it's too late. I have suffered this once. I don't want to bear this humiliation again," she whimpered, her eyes overfilling with tears that she was sure would fall any moment.

Haider gritted his brows before taking her face between his palms. "You are with your husband, Ishmal. Even if the situation doesn't get better and you have to stay the night at my place, there's nothing that anyone can hold against you. So calm down."

A tear finally dropped from her eyes and rolled down her cheek. Wasn't he right? He was her husband. But she was meeting him discreetly and it would be mouths to so many people.

"I have to make a call to know about what's happening outside. I'll tell you the progress then." Haider grabbed her hand gently and made her sit on the bed. He wiped her tears.  "Relax. Everything will be fine. Whatever will happen, I won't let you face it. I'll see everyone myself."

She really wished Haider would find a solution. Or else what would happen?
