Chapter 16
Sebellrae sighed when she sensed Anakin's force renaissance leaving. She concentrated her focus back on Auric. He was already engaging on Lilak, obviously overpowering her. If he has sith powers, you should know, Lilak, he is probably going to demolish you. Sebellrae grabbed a lightsaber, used the force, and flung it at him. Auric deflected hit with inhumane speed. He is inhumane now.
Auric deflected each blow that was thrown at him, even if Sebellrae attacked from behind and Lilak at front at the same time, he could stop both swings with ease. Sebellrae was confused; was it is anger, or his sith being that was strengthening him.
Something flickered within her, but it was more of a... non-evil flicker.
"Hello, Master Su. I am Faeriff Laas Usmäsk, your Force Being," a voice said.
My what?
"Your Force Being. I am able to communicate just like Atathum's Auric emotions: Gül. Atathum also has a Force Being too, and her name is Kaaf Shi Tisumno."
So, Atathum, theoretically, is a mix between good and bad?
"Yup."
Sebellrae wanted to ask more questions, but she felt the flicker turn into a fire. It was an, odd feeling. It was a new power, but she didn't want to go and murder a legion of children, she wanted to defeat Auric, but make sure Atathum was still in there.
Hey, Fairif...I'm sorry, but how do you pronounce your name?
"It is pronounced Faeriff, and what do you need?"
Is there still good in Atathum or Auric, if you know him by either name?
"Yes, there is still good in Auric, meaning Atathum is still in there."
That's good, but how did you know?
"Atathum's Force Being is one of the strongest, but not the strongest. His Force Being's name is Kaaf Shi Tisumno, and she is the reason why he is so powerful."
What if she were to leave?
"That is only when Atathum is going to die. Her leaving allows him to become a Force Ghost."
A...Force Ghost?
"One of the more powerful states for those strong in the Force. Only few have achieved it."
Like who?
"Qui-Gon Jinn, Kenli Dordo, Eshmé Dordo, and many other famous and powerful Jedi."
Wow, I know who Qui-Gon and Kenli are, but, who is Eshmé?
"Eshmé was a great Jedi, and she left for a reason. Curious? Maybe you should find her son and ask him if he remembered his parents Kai and Eshmé Duskrider."
WHAT!? THAT'S ATATHUM'S MOM!? HOW DID SHE DIE?!
"That is not my story."
"Sebellrae," Lilak said.
Sebellrae looked at Lilak. Lilak looked, slightly confused.
"Your...eyes..." Lilak said.
Sebellrae ignored her. She moved towards Auric. She was ready to bring this fight to an end swiftly, and make things right.
She wanted her friend back.
Sebellrae unleashed three of her lightsabers, all of them circling her. She moved her hand, and a lightsaber flew out of the circle pointed right at Auric. Auric lifted one of his lightsabers and deflected the lightsaber, though seemed surprised at the strength of her attack.
"The Sith could use a person like you, Sebellrae," Auric applauded.
"I will never betray the Jedi, unlike you," Sebellrae retorted.
Auric threw his lightsaber at Sebellrae, she ducked. She launched another lightsaber at him. Auric moved out of the way. Lilak lunged at him, and Auric swung at her arm. He got it, but it was a slice. Sebellrae watched as Lilak swiftly moved her hand on her arm, touch it, look at her hand, shrugged, and brought her hand back onto her lightsaber. Sebellrae went back to concentrating on Auric. Auric was dueling her again, swiftly. He swung at her once, and she deflected, she then swung at him, and he deflected. This was the fighting pattern for awhile..
"You should help Atathum break free from Gül's grip," Faeriff, enforced.
How?
"Remind of his past, how would his mother feel."
Okay.
Sebellrae lunged at Auric, and he blocked, causing the sabers to lock. She leaned in.
"Atathum," Sebellrae began, quietly.
"Don't call me that," Auric retorted softly.
"What would your mother say about this? Did she die believing you could be special, or was her death all for nothing?"
Auric practically choked her.
"You don't know a thing about my mom," Auric hissed between gritted teeth, his voice disorientated.
"I know, but you do," Sebellrae replied.
Auric seemed to pause, but still looked at her with hate in his eyes. Sebellrae noticed something ever so slightly that seemed to pass by in a fleeting breath.
His eyes changed.
Faeriff, you were right!
"Now, bring him back."
Sebellrae brought her strength down on him. He almost stumbled back. Lilak lowered her saber. Sebellrae stood at a ways.
"Um, wow, Sebellrae, I never knew you could...do...that..." Lilak complemented, hesitant.
"Thanks, Lilak," Sebellrae replied.
"I mean, I could never do that. I believe that was, um, well, impressive, so, your--"
A metal cord wrapped around Lilak's neck, choking her. It soon moved her until her toes were inches away from the floor. Sebellrae turned to Auric.
His hand was held with his two fingers pointing straight at Lilak. His eyes flammed.
"Make one wrong move, and she's dead," Auric informed.
"What if I move to the right?" Sebellrae responded.
Auric glared at her, confused, and moved his fingers closer together. Lilak gasped.
"Sebellrae, even I thought that was a bad move," Lilak rasped.
Sebellrae pushed both of her hands at Auric and shoved him through the Force. He flew back and hit the wall, almost completely closing his fingers before he hit the wall. He hit the ground. Lilak fell to the ground, pulling at the cord. Sebellrae rushed over to help. She removed the cord around Lilak's neck.
"Well, I guess that wasn't a bad move," Lilak replied, slowly sitting up.
Sebellrae smiled, but still concerned. How hard did she hit Auric? She contemplated the thought. Lilak tapped her shoulder.
"What?" Sebellrae asked.
"I think Atathum is having a seizure," Lilak replied.
