The intention of this book is to provide practical steps and tips for how to write a successful fantasy story (or any story, really).

This guide is suitable for all of the following:
➴ new or aspiring writers
➴ experienced writers trying their hand at fantasy/sci-fi for the first time
➴ writers of a different genre who still want to improve their craft
➴ fantasy/sci-fi writers looking to up their game
➴ readers who want to learn more and gain a deeper appreciation for the process

There is plenty to gain from the tips I've compiled for just about anyone. That said, there will still be an emphasis on the fantasy genre as that is what I am most familiar with. Having written multiple fantasy stories and done extensive research on the genre and the art of storytelling itself, my hope is to share what I've learned to help others find success in weaving their own stories!

Before beginning, I'd like to make the disclaimer that I am not an expert (obviously). The advice given is only for you to use if you so choose. None of the tips are hard-and-fast rules, only practical methods that may help boost your skillset.

I guarantee that my stories have areas that have not successfully accomplished something covered in this guide. I am constantly learning, practicing, and improving, and Wattpad is where I post rough drafts of works that most definitely need revision. So in this case, it's better to do as I say, not as I do.

With all of that in mind, let's get started!
