Emelia and Sawyers had the battle and Emelia had won and is now going to the finals. In the finals it's Cousin vs Cousin. Right now Emelia has lost at least five Pokémon and Ash has only lost one, his Xerneas.

"Folks looks like Emelia is down to her last Pokémon. She has lost her Hawlucha, Persian, Cinccino, Pidgeot, and Regigigas to Xerneas but, her Regigigas did defeat Xerneas making it faint as well. Now, which Pokémon is Emelia going to choose?" Announcer cried out

"Lopunny I choose you!" Emelia shouted sending out her last Pokémon as Ash smirked.

"Latios come on out." Ash said with a smirk as Emelia knew what going to happen.

"MEGA EVOLVE!!!" Ash/Emelia shouted as both Latios and Lopunny were engulfed in a pink light glowing. Once it stopped, both stood a Mega Latios and Mega Lopunny.

"Ice Punch." Emelia ordered as Lopunny jumped in the air hitting Latios who winced

"Latios Luster Breath." Ash shouted as Emelia looked confused as Latios smirked

Few minutes passed as Lopunny was on her feet exhausted.

"Let's end this now, Latios use Draco Meteor!" Ash shouted as Emelia's eyes widened at the blow as it reveals...

Madness broke down at the Prism Tower. Roots sprouted from out of nowhere and spread; covering and destroying the entire Central Plaza. The tower had it worse; each time roots sprouted and destroyed the tower, the walls began to crumble.

At the top of this tower, were two figures looking at a prisoner, Ash Ketchum.

The two figures were Alain and Lysandre who were staring at the League winner Ash. Alain was seething in anger at the display of Ash and his Zoura. They were struggling to get free, but no avail. "Captain... This isn't what we agreed on! He doesn't have anything with this" Alain demanded.

"Being the Chosen One has to do with everything that may happen... I'm not going to let him fool my plans" Lysandre said calmly making Alain gritting his teethes. The Mega Evolution User began to think. Ash had treated him nice, had a friendly rivalry and helped in some occasions. Deciding to follow his mind he called: "Charizard, Dragon Claw on those restrictions!"

Charizard appeared quickly from his Poke Ball and began to charge up the Dragon Claw. His hands began to be covered up by green energy and transformed into a large claw. Then Charizard strike the four restrains that Ash had, making Ash start to fall. Ash was screaming until the Flame Pokemon caught him with his hands. Moving him to back, Ash thanked Alain's Charizard and tried to return his Pokemons. Seeing that it wasn't working, Charizard destroyed all the restrains from each of Ash's Pokemons. Ash then returned each one of them, except for Zoura in which he caught. (Zoura is the one that joined ash. remember that movie)

"Zoura, are you alright?" His trainer was scanning his entire little body in worry. The Fox Pokemon responded with a 'Yes Ash!' making Ash's worries fade away.

"Thank Arceus" Ash whispered. He was glad that his Pokemons were alright and sa- *Boom* Ash heard the explosion. When he turned around he saw a Bisharp badly wounded against a bruised Gyarados. Charizard wanted to go and help his trainer but had Ash on his back. But then: "Charizard leave us there, go to Alain" Ash said while pointing at where he was talking about. With a low grunt he left them at one of the towers corners and went straight into the Gyarados but didn't do that much damage.

"Well Zoura let's go stop Zy-" *Boom* another explosion interrupted him. When he turned around he saw the now Mega Charizard X on the ground panting hard against a panting Gyarados. Bisharp was now resting in his Poke Ball for a job well done. Ash looked at Zoura as the Pokemon looked back at him. The stares they were giving each other were enough to know what they were trying to say.

Zoura jumped of Ash's shoulder and began running at Gyarados. His speed increased as he kept running until an Dark energy surrounded Zoura. Being close enough he attacked Gyarados with his Dark Pulse making the Atrocious Pokemon roar in pain. Alain looked at Zoura stunned and then at Ash.

"Look after him, while I handle the Zygardes, okay?" Ash said with blue aura

Alain's mind couldn't comprehend what happened. Ash was helping him after what he did to him, betrayed him. Meanwhile Charizard, who was on the floor still panting hard, smiling painfully as he started to get back up. Zoura smiled at Charizard and went next to him. Alain's mind still wasn't working until he realized that he was in a battle. He sighed and said: "I'm going to take care of him like he was my own" Hearing this made Ash smile. He turned around, called for Latios,

"That's all I need to know" Ash said as he then got onto Latios back as they chased down Zygarde.

"The plan, is working..." Lysandre thought. seeing Ash heading straight for Zygrade who was keep being hit by Latios Luster Purge

"OK WE NEED TO DEFEAT HIM!!! LATIOS MEGA EVOLVE AND USE LUSTER DRACO METER!!!" Ash shouted as Latios was engulfed in a pink light and once it died Mega Latios stood their

"LET DO THIS!!!" Latios shouted as he was accumulating power as he shot now a sphere, but it was purple. As soon as it reached the sky, it exploded, now turning into tiny purple spheres, and Ash recognized the power of the spheres as little Luster Purges, which shocked him even more since they are now even more powerful.

Zygarde stood no chance as he took the full blunt of the attack, but Ash and Latios knew it wasn't over it was still the beginning

Zygarde roared and launched a Dragon Pulse at them as Ash was hit as Emelia witness it as Latios was tackled by another Red Zygarde

"ASH NOOOOOOOOO" Emelia shouted with tears as she started to cry only for Ash to open his eyes and glow shocking her

"Sceptile Leaf Blade!!" Sawyer yelled as Sceptile use Leaf Blade on a Team Flare Pokémon

"Latias Mist Ball!!" Pakura yelled as Latias roared as she launched her signature move knocking at least five of Team Flare Pokémon

"Lugia Hydro Pump!!" Tobias shouted as his Lugia released a torrent of water sending the grunts flying.

Just as the group hears an explosion as they heard Emelia screams

"EMELIA!!!" Thanos shouted in fear as he ran towards the screams with the other to see Ash changed into like a dragon, with a spherical head, he had white eyes, his scales were a midnight black color, his chest had a cream color, and he had blue tribal tattoos all around his body. It glared at Zygarde's who were glaring back at him. Latios was shocked at what Ash was as he bowed

"Ash your the Aura Will." Latios said with respected as Ash chuckled as he petted Latios back

"Rise. Latios it time to fight." Ash said in a deep voice as Latios looked up and nodded as he charged at the red Zygarde

"Let see if my Signature move is..... BURNING DRAGON!!!" Ash shouted as he released a blue and red flames hitting Zygarde as the group looked amazed as Lysandre smirked, as his plan worked bring the Aura Will back as he walked towards him.

"I AM GOING TO END THIS." Ash shouted as he glow Dark and Blue aura as he smirked

"DRAGON DESTROYER!!!" Ash shouted as he ran into Zygarde who was sent flying and hit the wall as Latios Pulled two Pokéball for Ash

"Go Pokéballs" Ash said using Psychic to toss the balls as it sucked the two Zygarde into the Pokéball, and it wiggled once, then twice, then thrice, then a ding was heard, meaning it was a successful catch. Ash the turned around to see Lysandre who bowed his head as he charged a flamethrower showing Lysandre to speak now or be destroyed

"My Lord, my plan had worked. Please forgive me for the destruction I caused, but it was necessary to wake you up and help you fight for the final battle." Lysandre said as Ash stopped his attacked as he smiled at Lysandre who sighed in relief

"I understand, but no more destruction of innocent live and Pokémon you will help us in the final battle." Ash said as he reverted back into his human form as Lysandre nodded as Pakura ran and jumped into his arms crying as she kissed him as Emelia tackled him and started to punch him as Serena sighed in relief as Tobias walked towards his Little brother

"DON'T YOU DARE TO FIGHT AN EVIL FORCE ALONE WITHOUT ME EVER AGAIN LITTLE BROTHER!!!" Tobias shouted in relief and excitement as Ash smirked holding Pakura in his arms while Emelia by his side as she kept punching him making him and everybody laughed

Ash was relaxing the next day in Lumiose city Pokémon center as Pakura was with the gang were inside while Ash is going to meet someone (hint hint hint for an OC)

"I came to see you..." A voice said as Ash chuckled as he turned to see Lord Arecus as he gave a salute

"It been to long my old friend." Ash said with a smirk as Arecus smiled as he was finally seeing the Aura Will once again as he approached a Pokéball tapping it as it sucked Arecus inside of it.

"Get ready Arecus, when we trained we will be ready to finish this evil once and for all." Ash said with a smile just as he heard a roar as he noticed a figure with a charizard and Lucario body land and bowed as it transformed into its human formed with a black eye patch over his left eye.

"I came to serve the Aura Will. Nice to see you again ash ." Shadow said smiling as Ash nodded just as a Pokéball snapped open as Ash was tackled by a Shiny Solgaleo who was licking his face as Shadow sweat-dropped as he growled but Solgaleo just ignored it

"Well, She is a friendly one." Ash said petting Solgaleo as it purred and nuzzled his hand as Pakura walked out and looked shocked seeing the Alola Legendary

"Sorry, That is my Solgaleo's daughter, and apparently she likes you." Shadow said as he held her Pokéball in his hand as the Shiny Solgaleo growled as Shadow growl back and Solgaleo return nuzzling Ash hand

"Well, I guess I'll give you your gift early Ash ." Shadow said tossing the Pokéball to Ash who caught it and looked Shadow with wide eyes

"Are you sure?" Ash questioned as Shadow nodded with a smirk as Ash held the Pokéball to the Shiny Solgaleo as it gave a happy cry

"Return." Ash said as Solgaleo went back to her Pokéball happy to have Ash as her trainer

"Great another Latias." Ash said with a chuckled as Pakura surprised him with a kiss and a hug making Shadow smile a sad smile .

"So Shadow if I am correct you were once a commander and loyal to the Aura Will." Pakura asked holding onto Ash.

"Once I'm still am bitch." Shadow spat with venom.

Just as she was about to reply a female voice spoke up.

"ASH! LISTEN TO ME!" Miette shouted as Ash frowned and growled in anger as he knew that voice that made almost Pakura hated in Pallet Town. You see Miette hated Pakura and was popular in town just like Ash, so She tried to to make the children and teens turn against Pakura which she did. It caused Pakura to be depressed but Ash confessed his love and help her back on her feet.

He didn't know why Miette betrayed Pakura, at that time he really wanted to know why apart saying those things to her. Bad timing to be thinking about that.

"Ash just quit being her boyfriend, you aren't going to get married with her, Since her mother is trying to sell her... We can make a family and live together for-" Miette was interrupted when Ash's Aura began to appear around him as he was furious! Miette, his former childhood friend, wanted him to give up being Pakura girfriend his dream-wife, so he could accomplish hers!

"So you are telling me that you betrayed Pakura just because you were selfish?!" Ash stated while Miette could only nod.

"You better pray that I'm not in a bad mood, if not it will only be a one sided battle. You and Me One on One." Ash said as Miette frowned but smirked

"I win, can I be your girlfriend." Miette asked as Pakura glared angrily feeling to just freeze her with her ice power just as Ash hands were glowing fire.

"No deal. I will take you on a date," Ash said as his powerful team knocked her team out.

"Now leave" Ash said growling at Miette who recalled her Pokémon and walked away with a downcast look.

"oh by the way. Alex needs you...He ran into family." Pakura said little nervous as Ash growled as he ran with Pakura and Shadow behind him to first get Serena and then go to see Alex

He stiffened when he recognized those people even after years of not seeing them. "It's been a while." Alex said in his iciest voice he could muster, and giving them a cold glare. "Mother, Father, and my dear little sister Miley."

"Alex!" Penelope, his mother cried, as she slowly walked towards her elder son, tears threatening to fall from her increasingly moistening eyes, and arms held out in an impending embrace. "You're back, sweetheart."

Her husband couldn't help but smile at the reunion, knowing how much they had been waiting to see Alex again ever since he left home , but Miley, his little sister, wasn't so sure, as she swore she saw Alex's eyes darkening as their mother came closer to him. Next second, she saw him throw a Pokéball and heard him say coldly, "Charizard, Flamethrower!" The Fire and Flying Pokémon appeared, and sent a powerful Flamethrower towards his mother.

The Flamethrower hit the ground just in front of Penelope, causing an explosion that caused her to cover her eyes with her arm to prevent dust from getting into them, and took a step back to prevent herself from being knocked on the ground by the sheer power of the explosion caused by the Flamethrower.

"Looks like we missed." Alex said nonchalantly, uncaring of how much harm he could have caused.

'I knew it.' Miley thought. Meanwhile, Gregory couldn't believe that Alex had ordered an attack on his own mother. Penelope stood where she was confused for a split second, before realizing that Alex had tried to attack her, but missed on purpose. She let her tears fall, as she realized her own son had tried to hurt her.

"W-What's wrong, Alex?" Penelope asked in disbelief tears rolling down her cheek.

"I don't want to see you, that's what." Alex replied, glaring at them his eyes glowing red

"Why not?" Gregory question as Alex growled as he tried to calm down to answer their question

"Why do you think? I have grown up to you comparing me to my little sister, and my you didn't give me any attention. Not only that, you were always attached to Miley and when I need comforting from you, but you didn't even look at me. Now let me ask you this, what kind of parents are you? No wait, forget it, I am so done with you when Ash let me stayed with him before he left for his journey and mine." Alex sneered, as his family recoiled at his harsh words.

"Please, Alex, we can explain!" Her mother pleaded.

"Well, then, let's hear your pathetic excuse." Alex folded his arms, and tapped his foot.

"You see, we were idiots! We were so focused on Miley that we forgot about you!" Penelope reasoned as Gregory nodded.

"Wow, that definitely sounds like a bad parents." Alex said sarcastically making the parents winced.

"And what a coincidence you tried to find me only when I am traveling with Ash an becoming the new elite four leader of the Kanto member as well." Alex said as Miley kept silent. She knew whatever she said won't work on Alex now. Her brother hates them, she could see it in his eyes. That was probably the reason why he never returned home and why he never bothered to contact them. Perhaps Alex even tried to forget them, until they ruined it in this moment. She regretted being complacent during their times together in their childhood.

Miley still remembered the older brother who would shoot her looks of envy, the older brother who would only glance at her once before shutting himself in his room after mealtimes. She was only a child, she was so proud of the compliments her parents sent her, that she had failed to notice her brother not getting any from them. There were times Miley wanted to ask Alex, why was he distant with their family even from the beginning, and when Alex left home to stay in Ash, she felt somewhat lonely.

Lots of their family members may have forgotten about his presence after he left for his journey, but Miley still remembered, and she knew her parents did, too, no matter how hard they try to hide it. Alex never contacted them once during the two years, and her parents were unable to locate him, even with their social connections. All they found was Alex may be in a certain city by now, and just as they were about to follow him there, he vanished again. Her curiosity as to Alex's reason for his disappearance never evaporated, and she wanted to see him again, to ask him why. Unknown that Alex never enter their home region League and traveled the world, Miley set out on a Pokémon journey in her home region to find him which failed, while finding her place in the world. When would they meet? Would they ever meet? She didn't know. No one knew.

"Tell me, how did you get tickets to the Kanto?" Alex asked. "I am sure I never sent them to you."

"I secured them, Brother. We had to buy them online, and it was expensive, but our parents thought it would be worth it if they could see you, but we failed to arrive in time to see your matches" Miley spoke up as Alex grumbled as he swore that he will never participated in another battle club or fun tournament

"You wasted your money on those plane tickets and to see the battles. You could have just seen the matches at home" Alex yawned in boredom.

"How could you say that?" Miley said with a hurtful tone. They made the effort to come see him, and yet he was brushing them off like they were nothing!

"I think I can say whatever I want. What are you going to do about it?" Alex replied calmly.

Miley took out a Pokéball from her pocket, which her mother responded by, "Miley, no!"

Alex saw the Pokéball, and look amused. "So, little sister. Think you can take me on?" He said in a mocking tone, as he took out another Pokéball. "I hope for a good battle, considering how proud your parents are of you so many years ago."

Miley knew by the way Alex said, "Your parents", he didn't consider Penelope and Gregory as his parents.

"If I win we talk Flareon, it's battle time!"

" Fine Charizard, I need your help!" Alex said as Charizard roared a battle cry.

"Five minutes is all I need to take all six of your Pokémon down." Alex said smiling darkly as his aura gave a chilling look.

True enough, in five minutes, Alex had taken all six of Miley's on-hand Pokémon with only his Charizard . Most were OHKO (One-Hit Knock Out) due to the sheer power of Alex's moves, and Miley herself was not a powerful battler. True, she is more powerful than the Gym Leaders, but she was no match for a regional Elite Four member, much less of an new Elite Four. What is more, Alex is one of the stronger members to be in the New Kanto Elite Four.

" I win." Alex said smirked as Miley looked down recalling Persian back to its ball

"Alex!" A voice called, and Alex turned in relief to see Serena running towards him. Alex's family also turned to see the young girl run towards him.

"Hey, Serena." Alex said in relief. "What are you doing here?"

" I know what going on Alex." Ash said turing to see Alex family and glared at them and making an aura sphere while growling.

" Ash don't I think it time we leave they are not even worth our time." Pakura said holding Ash arm kissing him on lips and neck trying to calm him down as she didn't like her boyfriend mad

"Ya, she right Ash their just a waste of our time." Alex said turning around as Alex heard his mother begin to cry and his father trying to comfort her. Alex himself lowered his head, allowing his fringe to hide his eyes, also trying not to turn around.

"Wait if ash won't do it then let me."shadow said as he was about to launch a red and black aura sphere but was stop by ash.

"Shadow as your friend I ordered you to stand down."ash said
To everyone surprised he did what ash said.
"As you wish my lord". Shadow said and bows with a sigh.

" Alex THIS ISN'T YOU!!!" Miley shouted as she immediately grab his arm

"GET OFF ME!!!" Alex shouted as he pushed Miley off as the gang walked away.

"IT OVER SCARLET!!! DON'T MAKE ME DESTROY YOU!!!" Alex shouted in anger as Scarlet look down as her eyes changed to a blue color

"Alex" Scarlet said with tears as Alex smiled at his friend

"Your back let go.." He was cut off when Scarlet screamed in pain

"ALEX FINISH ME OFF BEFORE HE RETAKES CONTROL. THE BATTLE FOR MY BODY IS OVER I WILL LOSE!!! FINISH ME BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!!! I ALWAYS LOVE YOU NO MATTER WHAT!!!" Scarlet screamed in her tears as Alex nods just as he looks at the sword and sighed

She gulped seeing Ash and Shadow eyes glow red ( or in shadow case his one eye that is not covered by the eye patch glows a blood red.)

"Finally now I get to kill someone." Shadow said with a sadistic voice so cold that even Arceus shiver inside his Pokéball​.

"No this is not possible you should have die when we kill your family!!!!" Scarlet said in fear.

"You killed everybody but I survived because arceus made me immortal now I will finally get revenge for when you killed my wife." Shadow said as Ash put a hand on Shadow

"Shadow no I sensed the evil of Zenith tell him be prepared for I will destroy him once and for all." Ash said as Scarlet nodded teleport away as Shadow growled but calmed himself knowing that he will get a chance to revenge for his family.
