Ezra POV
I woke up in the middle of the night snuggled up to kanan. I closed my eyes to go back to sleep when a large pain was sent through stomach. I sat up as my fingers griped my belly.

It stop for only a few seconds, before it came back, but this time even worse. I then noticed the wetness of the blankets. My water broke. I started to breath heavily as I tried to wake up my husband. "Kanan" nothing. I shacked him saying slightly louder "Kanan".

I shook his arm as I grunted from pain "Kanan."

He still didn't budge and an idea came to mind. I screamed as loud as I possibly could.

He shot up looking around frantically "WHATS WRONG? WHERES THE SITH?" Once I grabbed his hand tightly he attention was on me. His eyes widened "It's time." is all I had to say.

Hera POV
I sat in the cockpit going through data when a blood curdling scream filled the ship.

It only took a few seconds before the Ghost's comm went off "HERAAAA! GET TO THE MED-BAY NOW! THE BABY'S COMING!" yelled a panicked Kanan.

I jumped up from my spot and rushed to the med-bay. The door slide open to reveal both Kanan and Ezra. Ezra was leaning back against the bed. He was breathing heavy as he gripped his stomach with one hand in pain and the other crushing Kanan's hand. One his left looked a panicked Kanan rubbing Ezra's back as he tried to help him control his breathing.

I quickly took control. I rushed to Ezra's right and grabbed his hand on his belly "Deep breaths, Ezra. Breath in through nose. Breath out through mouth." I repeated this to Ezra as he followed my instructions.

Now we just had to wait.

Sabine POV
Ezra had went into labor about a minute ago. Kanan and Hera were in the med-bay with Ezra. While me, Zeb, and Chopper sat waiting in the comm room.

A scream made us flinch. "How do you think the kids doin?" asked Zeb. I know he was worried as much as me and was just trying to lighten the mood. I gave a small warm smile as I said " I think he's doing just fin..." I flinched when a scream cut me off.

But then there was silence. I shared a look with Zeb before the door slide open to reveal Hera with a bright smile as she said "Come meet the new member of the family."

Kanan POV
My arm was around Ezra's shoulders as I held his hands. His toes gripped the bar that keep him in position as he pushed. He throw his head back as he let out a painful cry.

I looked to Hera as she said "Okay, Ezra just one more. I promise just one. On the count of 3." I kissed Ezra's temple as he frantically nodded.

"1"

"2"

"3, PUSH!"

He took a deep breath and pushed. He screamed as tucked his face into the crock of my neck.

Then Ezra went limp as a cry of new life filled the room. I looked up at Hera as she smiled and wrapped the infant as she said "It's a boy."

I smiled as I kissed Ezra's forehead "How did I do?" I chuckled at him "You did amazing, dear." We smiled at each other. He leaned up and lovingly kissed me.

It only took a minute before Hera was back. She held the infant in her arms as she walk over to us. She smiled as she passed the infant to Ezra "Here go, Ez."

He looked up at me before looking back down at our son. He carefully pulled the light blue blanket out from his face.

Tears of joy filled his eyes as he looked over the new born.

He had thin tuffs of dark brown hair with tints of blue. He had my nose and skin tone. He yawned before he opened his eyes to reveal a beautiful mixture of ocean green and dark blue eyes.

Ezra silently cried as he rubbed his index finger against our sons cheek as he softly said "Hi, sweet heart."

He cooed before giving us a toothless smile and giggled. We both laughed as he babbled as if trying to talk.

Ezra grabbed his little hand as he cooed "Yes, talk to Mommy. Talk to Mommy." I smiled like a complete idiot as I watched Ezra. He then started to hand him to me "Or do you want to talk to Daddy?"

Next thing I know he was in my arms staring up at me as he gripped my fingers. Then with the little coordination he had he pulled my fingers to his mouth and started to suck on them.

A small smile tugged at my lips as I climbed onto the bed with Ezra.

Ezra POV
I smiled as Kanan sat beside me. His face made me smile even more.

I laid my head on his shoulder as I look down at our son. "He's beautiful, Ez." I looked up to see Kanan lovingly looking down at the baby.

Then the door opened to reveal the rest of the crew. They both stood there frozen. Nervous to come in or make a wrong move. I gave an encouraging smile as I whispered "Come on in. Just be quiet, okay?" They nodded as they took a step through the door.

Kanan glanced at them and chuckled at how frozen with nerves they were. Sabine cooed when she made it by my husband's side "He's soooo cute!"

I smiled as she carefully took him into her arms. She smiled as she quietly said "Hi, there. I'm so happy to meet you. I'm your aunt Sabine." He just cooed as he blinked up at her.

Zeb watch with a small smile, but it disappeared to a look of surprise when I asked "Zeb, do want to hold him?"
