Months passed like this. Naaz was going to college regularly and her studies were going very well. In college she used to spend a lot of time with Suhana and Suhaan and they became very close friends. Naaz used to care a lot for her friends and same went with Suhaan also. Naaz used to care for him and he mistook her care for love. He started thinking that Naaz loved him but he had no idea that she only considered him as her good friend.

On the other hand, Naaz's bonding with Sidharth's family was also growing day by day specially with Krish and Pari. They really wanted Naaz as their Mami as soon as possible. Sidharth's family also wanted them to get married as them staying together without marriage wouldn't go well with the society. Though Naaz never expressed it openly, from inside she also wanted to get married to Sidharth officially.

But the only one who was creating obstacles in this marriage was Sidharth himself. Whenever his family brought this topic up, he used to avoid it. According to him, it was not the right time for them to get married. This was really heartbreaking for Naaz but she chose to keep quiet.

One day, it was early morning and Naaz was completing her college assignment hurriedly as it was the last day to submit it.

"Ammmaaa! Itna saara assignment main complete kaise karungi? Mujhe pehle hi kar lena chahiye tha. Paata nahi main kaise bhul gayi." She uttered being worried.

Sidharth woke up hearing the voice and saw her at the study table. He chuckled seeing her and then went to the washroom without disturbing her.

After 30 minutes...

Sidharth came out of the washroom after taking bath. Naaz was still studying.

"Naaz tum abhi bhi padh rahi ho? Zaldi se fresh ho jaao warna college ke liye late ho jaogi." He said while wiping his hair with a towel.

"Sidharth bas do minute. Mera assignment ab thoda hi bacha hai." She said while writing hurriedly.

After sometime she completed her assignment and gave a sigh of relief.

"Hogaya. Sidharth aap zara check kar denge?" She said and gave her copy to Sidharth.

He started checking it.

"Tumhe yeh assignment complete karne ke liye zyada time nahi mila tha kya?" Asked Sidharth while checking.

"Aisa nahi hai. Woh main bhul gayi thi." She said looking down and biting her lips. She thought that Sidharth would be angry as he never liked ignorance in studies.

Sidharth immediately gave her an angry look.

"Bhul gayi thi matlab? How can you forget about your assignment?" He asked sternly making Naaz scared.

"Woh.... Paata nahi kaise.... Mujhe yaad nahi tha.... Lekin aap dekhiye nah, maine time rehte sab kuch complete kar liya."

"Woh toh hai. Lekin apna assignment bhulne ke liye tumhe punishment toh milega hi."

"Punishment?" Naaz freaked out. "Nahi nahi Sidharth. Main phir se sit-ups nahi kar sakti."

She said innocently. He laughed seeing her innocence.

"Naaz main tumse sit-ups nahi karwaunga. Ab tum badi hogayi ho. Isliye tumhe punishment bhi uss hisaab se milega." He said smirking.

"Matlab?" Asked Naaz frowning.

Sidharth threw the towel on the bed and started coming towards her.

Naaz somewhere understood his intentions and started moving backwards while blushing. Soon her back touched the bedpost.

Sidharth came closer and their lips were now inches apart.

"Are you ready for the punishment?" He asked huskily.

Their eyes were fixed at each other. Naaz forwarded her hand and took the towel without breaking the eye-contact.

Sidharth was about to kiss her but she threw the towel on his face and went to the washroom while giggling.

"Naaz this is not fair!" He whined removing the towel from his face. But she was not there.

Sidharth then chuckled at his own craziness. Yes, he was crazy for her.

At the breakfast table...

The whole Shukla family was having breakfast. Sidharth was discussing about some important topics with Ritesh and Arun. Naaz was playing with Pari and Krish while eating. And Neetu and Preeti was busy doing their daily gossips. Only Rita Maa was quiet and watching everything.

Suddenly she cleared her throat dragging everyone's attention.

"Soch rahi hoon kaal Pandit Ji ko bula ke shaadi ka ek accha sa mahurat nikalwa loon." Said Rita Maa in a very serious tone.

Naaz blushed looking down. She knew Rita Maa was talking about her and Sidharth's marriage.

"Kiski shaadi?" Asked Sidharth casually.

"Meri shaadi." Said Rita Maa in a sarcastic way.

"What? Aap sach mein shaadi kar rahe ho? Yeh sab kab hua?" Asked Sidharth being puzzled.

Rita Maa nodded her head in disbelief and said, "Khote main teri aur Naaz ki shaadi ki baat kar rahi hoon. Tujhe nahi lagta tujhe aur Naaz ko ab shaadi kar leni chahiye?"

Before Sidharth could reply, Neetu said, "Of course kar leni chahiye. Main ek kaam karti hoon, apne liye kuch acche se lehenge kharid leti hoon."

"Mere liye bhi kharid lena." Said Preeti.

"Preeti humein office se leave bhi leni hai, yaad rakhna." Said Arun.

"Mujhe bhi apne boss ko maana na hoga. Akhir saale sahab ki shaadi hai." Said Ritesh.

"Yeeeee! Mamu ki shaadi!" Screamed Pari and Krish.

"Enough guys!" Shouted Sidharth and stood up. "Pagal ho gaye ho tum log? Listen, kisi ki shaadi nahi ho rahi hai. Meri toh bilkool bhi nahi."

Everyone's face turned pale hearing that. Naaz looked at him with moist eyes.

"Aur Maa aap please shaadi ke baare mein baat karna band kar di jiye. Now I am getting irritated."

"Kyu Sidharth? Kyu na karu main shaadi ki baat? Tujhe Naaz se shaadi nahi karni?" Asked Rita Maa being annoyed.

"Maa main aur Naaz shaadi karenge. Lekin abhi nahi. Jab right time aayega main khud baataunga. Now can we please focus on eating?"

Saying that Sidharth sat down and started eating. Nobody talked further on this matter.

Naaz also started eating with a heavy heart. Sidharth had no idea but his words hurt her a lot.

After sometime...

Sidharth and Naaz left home.

Sidharth opened the gate of his car for Naaz. But she kept walking ignoring him and his car. Sidharth became confused.

He blocked her way and said, "Kya hua? College nahi jaana? Get inside the car."

"Main akeli chali jaaungi. Aap office jaiye." Said Naaz without looking at him.

"Naaz please stop this nonsense. You are coming with me, okay? Now get inside the car."

"Aap ko ek baar mein samajh nahi aata? Mujhe nahi jaana aap ke saath. Akela chhor di jiye mujhe."

Naaz was about to leave but Sidharth held her hand tightly.

"Shaadi wali baat ko leke upset ho?" He asked.

Naaz didn't say anything but her silence said everything.

Sidharth sighed and said, "Naaz at least tum toh samjho meri baat. It is your age to study and focus on your career, not to get married and taking responsibilities."

"Sidharth aap ko explaination dene ki koi zaroorat nahi hai. Main uss wajah se upset nahi hoon." She said calmly.

"Yeh sab tum kisi aur se kehna. Main acche se samajhta hoon tum kis wajah se upset ho."

Naaz looked at him with teary eyes and said, "Kaash aap sach mein samajh sakte."

Sidharth left her hand seeing tears in her eyes.

He was going to wipe it but Naaz didn't let him and moved back.

"Please! Mujhe jaane di jiye. College ke liye late ho raha hai." She said.

"Okay fine! Do whatever you want to do. Main shaadi wale matter pe tumse aur argue nahi kar sakta." He said angrily.

Naaz immediately left from there while wiping her tears.

Sidharth hold his head being frustrated.

At college...

Naaz reached college and met Suhaan.

"Hi!" He said with a smile.

Naaz too smiled and said, "Hello!"

Then she looked here and there and asked, "Suhana kidhar hai?"

"Paata nahi. Hum dono saath mein hi aa rahe the. Suddenly usne kaha usse kuch kaam hai aur raaste mein hi utar gayi. Abhi tak toh usse aa jaana chahiye tha." Said Suhaan.

"Tum usse ek baar call karke dekh lo."

"Good idea."

Saying that Suhaan called Suhana but her phone was switched off.

"Phone switched off aa raha hai." He said after trying to call her.

"Aisa toh woh kabhi nahi karti." Said Naaz being tensed.

"Sayad battery down hai. Don't worry woh aa jayegi. Hum class mein chalte hai."

Naaz nodded and they both went to the class together.

That day Suhana didn't come to college. Suhaan was happy that he got a chance to spend some alone time with Naaz as Suhana was not there. But at the same time he was tensed for his sister. It was the first time she did something like this.

After the college ended, Naaz came out with Suhaan. Suddenly Suhana came there.

"Main aa gayi." She said happily.

"Oye tu ab aayi hai? College khatam hone ke baad?" Asked Naaz with disbelief.

"Looks like I missed the college. Koi nahi, main notes le lungi."

"But Chutki tu thi kaha? Tujhe paata hai hum kitne pareshan the? Woh toh accha hai teri assignment copy mere paas thi aur maine usse submit kar diya." Said Suhaan.

"Thanks Bro. And sorry for giving you tension. Actually main ek cinema hall ke paas se guzaar rahi thi. Waha jo movie chal rahi thi usse dekhne ka mera bohut mann tha. Bas mujhse raha nahi gaya aur main movie dekhne chali gayi."

Suhana explained but it couldn't convince Naaz and Suhaan.

"Tu kisi ko bina bataye movie dekhne chali gayi thi? This is not possible." Said Naaz.

Suhana smiled forcefully and said, "Actually all of a sudden sab kuch plan hua. Baatane ka time nahi mila."

"Still. Movie toh 3 ghante mein khatam ho jaati hai. Itna time kaise lag gaya?" Asked Suhaan curiously.

"Woh.... Mujhe woh movie itni acchi lagi ki maine repeat mein dekha usse. Isliye time lag gaya. Please ghar mein kisi ko mat batana." She said trying her best to convince them.

"I don't trust you." Said Suhaan.

Suhana became nervous.

"Kyu? Main jhut nahi bol rahi. Trust me."

"Main maan hi nahi sakta woh movie itni acchi hai. I have to watch it first." Said Suhaan.

Suhana was relieved.

"Koi baat nahi. Aaj hi dekh lete hai. Accha hoga. Main phir se woh movie dekh lungi." She said smiling.

Suhaan looked at Naaz and asked, "Tum bhi chalo na humare saath. Maza aayega."

Naaz nodded in yes making Suhaan happy.

"Ahhhh!" Naaz screamed suddenly and closed her eyes.

"Kya hua?" Asked Suhaan.

"Meri aankhon mein kuch chala gaya hai." She said rubbing her eyes.

"Hey don't rub it. Let me see."

Saying that Suhaan came close to her. He opened her eyes and blowed on it.

And this scene witnessed by Sidharth. He came there to pick Naaz up. His mood was not good after his argument with Naaz and he wanted to sort everything out.

But this scene was enough to make his mood even worse. His blood boiled seeing Suhaan close to his Naaz. He clenched his fist to control his anger.
