Next day, Morning

Nandini woke up early at 5 n first thing she saw is her Hubby's cute open-mouthed sleeping face... but yesterday's incident came to her mind n she immediately got up n moved to the washroom...

She came out in tracks n moved out... she came down to the hall to find no one... everyone is sleeping probably, she thought n walked out to their garden...

It was early morning n the sun is just about to come out of the horizon, the environment around is calm n quiet n the morning breeze is soothing... she started doing yoga n stretching in the middle of the flower garden in front of there house...

Nandu's POV

After a while, I heard a click of the door n someone came out...

"Abhi...u awake this early?" I asked as I saw him walking out in his track must be for a walk.

"Ya... for a morning jog... u know, it's good for the heart." he said with a smile.

"where r u going to?" I asked as I don't know where to go for.

"There is a park nearby... u wanna join." he asked.

"Sure doctor." I said n he chuckled n we both moved to jog.

After about an hour of jogging n walking... we came back sweating... but I really enjoy this... the morning environment is very peaceful n it made my mind calm...

"Arey... u came?" I heard Mukti saying as soon as Abhi entered the house n I walked behind him...

"Nandu, u too went for a jog." mom said coming out of her room...

"Good morning... Actually, I was doing yoga when Abhi came out for a jog so I joined him..." I explained as I saw a tint of jealousy in Mukti's face, especially after my first prank n talks...

"I'll just come getting ready..." I said n moved to my room.

Manik was still sleeping as it was just 6:15... I quickly took my bath n got ready in salwar suit... mom said that I can wear whatever I want... So sweet of her!

I move directly to kitchen n made butter chicken for navya as promised n also helped mom n Mukti in making breakfast... Now that Navya is pregnant, every meal is specially made by us n not servants...

Manik's POV

I woke up when the sun rays hit me... It's 7:30... I overslept... SHIT...

Nandini is not present in the bed nor the room... She must be downstairs...

I got fresh n came down to see her in the Kitchen with Mom n Mukti...

'How will I talk to her?' I thought n moved to the gym room...

..... ...... After the workout, I reached the dining table for breakfast n others r also present...

"Navya, here is ur Butter Chicken" Nandini said placing a bowl in front of Navya.

"Oh... But, I don't wanna eat it... I want something sweet... Kheer" Navya said making pouts.

"But Navya, Nandini said u want to eat Butter chicken... n kheer is not made." Mom said sitting in the chair.

"Ya... for now, u eat this... Even milk is not there to make u Kheer." Mukti said n served her the dishes they made for the breakfast.

Nandini still didn't come to sit for breakfast n entered to kitchen n searched something... Here Navya is not eating properly n making poker faces while Mukti n Alya r trying to make her eat when Nandu came out...

"Navya... u want some sweet kheer, Right?" She asked n Navya nodded with a smile n hope whereas others r confused.

"then u have to finish ur breakfast first then I'll give u Kheer, Okay?" She added while Navya started eating her food with a smile like a kid.

"But Nandu, There is no milk for kheer." Mom said to her turning when she was about to move.

"No mom, a cup of milk is kept for setting curd ... I'll use that n also Amul to make Vermicelli Kheer(Seviyan)... it will use less milk." she said n moved into the kitchen.

When we r about to finish... she came with a bowl in her hand...

"Here... ur Kheer" she said n immediately Navya dipped the spoon in it n was about to put it in her mouth when she held her hand... Navya looked at her confusingly along with others...

She pulled her hand with the spoon closer to her mouth... .... n blew it... then made navya eat...

"How is it?" she asked...

"Yummy... I love ur food... u know if I were a man na... I would have taken u with me even if u r married to my brother... yumm" Navya said putting more of it into her mouth n others let out laugh hearing her...

I don't like it. Why would anyone take her from me?...

"Areyy... Nandu... where r u going in a hurry? have breakfast beta." Mom's voice made me look up to see her holding her bag n a white coat...

"Mom... I need to hurry... I have a surgery on 10 n I'm required to be there at least half an hour before.. for that, I've to start now... so don't worry I'll have something..." she said while coming to the dining n grabbing an apple...

"N I'll be late today... don't wait for me & have ur dinner... Bye." She said running out in a hurry...

I was just looking at her disappearing figure...

"She didn't have her breakfast for making Kheer for Navya..." I heard cabir said looking at me...

I know he is angry about my behavior... he understands me but he is not in favor of me cheating her... even I don't intend to cheat her... I don't want it too...

I have to talk to cabir n make everything clear... Nandini... I'll talk to her when she'll return...

Global Hospital...

Nandu's POV

Oh God... Such a hectic day...

3 surgeries back to back since morning n on the top of that I skipped my lunch n had some fruits n biscuit for breakfast...

"Is Dr. Inaaya free?" I asked the receptionist in Ortho Dept. n he nodded in yes.

"Arey Inu! I' hungr..." I shouted as soon I pushed the door to her cabin but stopped looking at the presence of two others too in there. Maybe he patients...

"Sorry! I'll come later." I said n moved back to close the door. I never interfere in her professional line nor did she... How much close friends we r but that does not mean we'll neglect or work.

"No need... they r about to leave. Actually they visited without an appointment so I just attend them... I met them in my Guwahati trip." Inaaya said n the girl n the boy of around our age stood up n smile to me which I returned.

"We'll leave then. Thank u" the girl said.

"no need to thank, it's my duty. And take care of ur ankle...  call me if u need." Inaaya said professionally when I just stood aside the door n they left with a smile.

"Let's go. u r hungry, Right?" Inu said picking her bag n I smiled nodding.

We reached the restaurant about 1km away from the hospital n ordered a lot to eat... I know, it's 5 pm in the evening n I'm eating like having lunch... So much food... but I'm really hungry. Inu just have some...

"So... Any problem?" she asked as I finished more than half of my food in no minutes...

I know she can sense I'm in mess... my mind is in mess... My heart is not responding... n I don't know anything...

But, I just don't wanna share it with her... not at least now. until I, myself get clear about all these.

"Yar... 3 surgeries back to back since morning... n my mind is not working know..." I said stuffing food in my mouth.

"Okay" she said casually sipping Lemonad.

She knew that if I'm avoiding means I don't wanna talk n she really doesn't poke into...

That's what I like about her.

"Wanna join me to the club tonight" she purposed n I looked from my food to her face.

"No... Actually I'm thinking of making songs today with Maddy. I'll visit him after this." I answered after a thought...

If I go to the club then I'll be super late n I don't actually enjoy there... n moreover I really feel like finding some peace in music...

Even Maddy asked me to come soon as I had not sung for about one month or more.

Next Morning

Manik's POV

I'm admiring the sleeping face in front of me... Cute, sweet, innocent, beautiful...

Since 20 minutes I'm up but neither do I wake her up nor I moved out to the gym. Even though I'm late but I don't want to move...

I waited for her yesterday night to talk but she didn't come... After 12:30, I don't know when I fell asleep waiting for her... n when did she return...

She stirred into the pillow n turned to the other side to avoid the sun rays... She must be tired... even she came late at night... Let her sleep some more.

Now I'm driving to Dhawan Cooperation Limited to meet Cabir as I have a day off so I would make everything Okay today itself.

At breakfast, Cabir ignored me totally... Yesterday also, he refused to talk to me & went to Navya... even Dhruv is not here n I don't know whom to talk with n what?

"Cabir at his Cabin?" I asked his PA whom I saw in the corridor.

"Yes Sir... He is with Navya Mam." he replied n I nodded n walked to his cabin.

As I half-opened the door... I stopped hearing a song... in female voice, the voice which really touches my heart... Voice of an unknown singer, 'Blue Voice'. She got famous with a few of her albums n she works with that Maddy...

I really wanted to meet her someday...

"Arey Manik! Come na." Navya noticed me standing at the door n hearing her voice Cabir too turned to me but looked away.

"Actually I have a day off... so thought to visit here..." I said sitting on the couch beside Navya n Cabir is next to her.

"BTW what r u listening to?" I added not knowing how to start my conversation with Cabir & in front of Navya is no way.

"Actually the mysterious Blue Voice has just uploaded two of her songs. we r listening to it... Let me play..." she said n snatched the phone from Cabir's hand n played the song one after another while Cabir closed his eyes ignoring me... n I was left with no options thought to enjoy the magical voice at the moment...

"Isn't it magical?" A voice asked but I was too engrossed in the songs that I didn't come to know that I ended...

"Manik" Navya shouted to bring me back to reality...

"Han?" I could just say this.

"What do u think of this song?" she questioned.

"Cabir is thinking of getting Blue Voice to work of ur upcoming album contract. What do u think?" she added without letting me talk.

"Amm... Blu..."

"It's just Cabir's thought... he has not talked with others... but I think it will be great if she joins." she once again cut me & added.

"Navya... Blue Voi..."

And once again I was cut... N trust me it is very irritating when someone doesn't let u speak... That night also in study room Cabir interrupted n this whole scenario happed... He is ignoring n she is ignoring... everyone ignoring n it is irritating... Aarrgghhh...

"Sir, Mr. Rhizadha arrived for the meeting" a man standing at the door said after a knock n cabir stood up n left after kissing Navya but not glancing once at me...

Sigh

Now what ? ? ?

... I got to know that his meeting will last for 2hrs... What will I do for 2 long hours sitting here?
