Which one of you idiots did it? - Part 2 - Stephen x Loki x Reader
"(Y/n)." Bucky said softly as he looked up with big doe eyes at his girlfriend.
"Yes honey. What's wrong?" (Y/n) called out. Baring the way out of the common room as Stephen and Loki went to leave.
The two magic manipulators had done exactly what (Y/n) had told them. Both of them grumbling and blaming one another for their current predicament. The pair presenting the sandwiches and milk to the two tiny super soldiers, as (Y/n) carried them into the room, and sat them at the table.
"Sangwich yucky." Bucky complained as he pushed his sandwich back across the table at her. (Y/n) doing her best not to laugh at her usually quiet partner. A partner that was now a little man that knew exactly what he liked and didn't like. And seemed more than willing to let everyone know.
"Yucky?" (Y/n) asked, as she pulled the two slices of bread apart and saw why the little soldier was complaining. The sandwich made up of a lot of butter, chopped peanuts and any old jelly that the two idiots had been able to find in the fridge.
"I swear! Were you never a child, Stephen Strange? I can understand Loki not knowing what peanut butter is. But you? Surly you had a PB and J when you were growing up. And this is not plum jelly. You will need to make it again." (Y/n) handing back the plate to the doctor.
"(Y/n). Please, you need to see that neither of us know what we are doing. It could actually be more dangerous to have us around the Captain and Sargent, than not. We could do something seriously wrong." Stephen replied, as he pushed the plate into Loki's hands. The god more than ready to copy his brother and smash the piece of crockery. But in this case, over Strange' head.
"Oh no you don't. I know about as much as you two do about looking after children. And Steve and Bucky are going to need a lot of looking after until this damn spell of yours wears off. You two messed this up, and you two can take responsibility for it. I told you both, that until either Clint or Scott get back. You two are playing daddy. Now, go remake Bucky his sandwich. And this time, do it properly. Or else." (Y/n) ordered, pointing to the kitchen as Steve and Bucky giggled behind their hands.
"You do know that I am a sorcerer and illusion manipulator. And could control your mind if I wanted to. I am a god. A frost giant. So why should I listen to your threats, (Y/n)?" Loki asked smugly as he dropped the plate. The white platter smashing to pieces as it hit the floor. Loki crossing his arms and glaring at (Y/n). Stephen glad that he hadn't been the one to say something so downright stupid.
"Oh no, you don't understand, Loki. They aren't threats. They're promises. And if you try and get inside my head, I can promise you that you will get much more than you planned for. Because there is a caged beast in there that just wants to break free. An animal that is just waiting for her moment in the sun. And magic or no magic. God or frost giant. I assure you that you do not want to meet that beast. For no matter how big, strong, and scary Bruce may be when he is the Hulk. He is nothing to what is waiting for you if you make me angry." (Y/n) hissed as she stood toe to toe with the God. Loki not failing to notice that (Y/n)'s eyes had taken on a bright shade of emerald. A tinge of green creeping up the skin on her face like leafy tendrils.
Loki and Stephen had only ever seen the younger Banner release her inner "beast" once before. And both of them had to admit that it wasn't something that either of them wanted to see again. Whereas Bruce still appeared humanoid when he became the Hulk. A primitive creature whose senses had been amplified to such an extent, that it made it difficult for his mind to process everything. Something else happened to (Y/n). The gamma radiation affecting her in a very different way. The younger doctor's intelligence appearing to increase, as her form became more animalistic. A change that was not only frightening, but also exceptionally deadly.
"Of course." Loki coughed uncomfortably, as he backed away slightly. The god and master of the mystical arts both hoping that (Y/n) would remain in her more pleasant form. Trusting that she wouldn't unleash the beast with her two tiny super soldiers just behind her.
"Peanut butter and plum jelly. The Sargent's wish is of course my command." Loki continued, backing up completely out of the room. Strange not far behind him.
"(Y/n). Be happy, (Y/n)." Steve said softly as (Y/n) slumped into a chair at the table. The tiny Captain climbing up onto the table and crawling over to her as (Y/n) tried to calm herself. The green hue leaving her skin as Steve threw his little arms around her neck. Nuzzling his cheek into hers, as Bucky wrapped his arms around her leg, and gripped tight.
"Oh, Steve. Even now you know just what to say to make me feel better." (Y/n) chuckled as she brushed her fingers through his mop of hair.
"Me too, (Y/n). Me too?" Bucky asked, his beautiful blue eyes staring up into (Y/n)'s.
"Of course, sweetheart. Of course, you too. I wouldn't know what to do without either of you. I'm just worried that I'm not up to looking after you, like this. I'm worried that I'm going to do something wrong. And I know those two clowns are only going to make things more difficult. But I am determined that they are not going to get away with this." (Y/n) explained sadly. Not sure that either of her little partners really understood what she was trying to say. But still feeling better now that she had been able to vent some of her frustrations.
Normally, (Y/n) was one of the few people that Loki and Stephen would seem to actually want to speak to. The younger doctor Banner finding that she and the two magic manipulators weren't as dissimilar as many would believe. And despite Stephen being a little cold and selfish. And often stubborn, and arrogant. (Y/n) had to admit that she had a soft spot for the former neurosurgeon. And despite Loki's continued meddling in other people's lives. Despite him having a cold and scheming nature, and his huge ego. She did actually enjoy whatever time she spent with the God of Mischief. But despite this usual affection for the pair of idiots that had done this to her two super soldiers. She really wasn't going to let either of them get away with their stupidity, that easy. (Y/n) knowing that the two old comrades had been through too much already, to have to go through this too. And all (Y/n) could hope for now, was she would wake up in the morning, to find both her boys would be back to their usual states. And neither would remember this whole sorry affair.
"(Y/n) not do bad. (Y/n) do good. I love (Y/n). Steve continued. Giving his girl a big sloppy kiss on the cheek, as Bucky climbed up onto her lap.
"Me too, (Y/n). I love (Y/n) too." Bucky agreed. Giving her an equally sloppy kiss on the other cheek.
