Peter loved being Spider-Man. Saving people was one of his favorite things. But sometimes... Sometimes it was too much. It was a responsibility, and not one he asked for.

Today was the last night he'd be going out for a while. Finals were next week and he needed to study.

Honestly, this whole situation reminded him of that one Disney song... What was it again?

"Karen," Peter started, standing on the edge of an office building's roof, "play the karaoke version of Other Girls, from Mulan II."

"Sure!" The AI responded cheerily.

"The life of a princess

The music started to bounce, becoming more cheery as it continued.

In my underwear~"

Peter laughed, the noise ringing sweet like a bell.

"To run really fast
To get rid of this fan
To eat a whole cake
Get crazy
With frosting
No escorts
No manners
No nursemaids
No worries
No hands folded perfect
Like holding a lily~"

"No pinchy shoes?" Peter's face became one of confusion before he laughed and kept singing.

"I wanna be like other girls
Scrape up my knee like other girls can
Just to be free,
Like other girls
Get to be~"

Peter smiled. The song wasn't over, but he felt a lot better.

The next day he was humming the song as he studied for his finals.

"Just to be free like other girls," he held out the note, smiling as he sang the last bit, "get to be~"
