Capabilities

The user can duplicate and combine any power, technique, skill and trait of fictional or nonexistent characters in the media or fictional works such as TV Show characters. Not only that the user can take this power further and mimic any fictional power, technique, skill, trait, and object of fictional or nonexistent characters in the media or fictional works also off of sites that contain fictional powers without the need of relying on characters. For example user can learn and perform the Kamehameha (Dragon Ball series) in real life or copy the powers of The Beyonder (Marvel Comics) or even mix the powers of many characters and use it according to the users will giving the user the ability to be any character from Superman to Mother of Existence or even a mixture of both.

Limitations

Replications of powers are limited to the knowledge the user possesses about fictional and nonexistant characters.

Replication of multiple characters/powers may cause problems. Ex: mimicking the power of a character that is immune to poison while also mimicking the powers of a character that needs poison to live.

Inexperienced users may also possess character's personality and/or weaknesses.

User cannot summon, manipulate or create characters only mimic their powers.

User may not be able to mimic radically different physiology.

Cannot cosplay real people.

Trivia

User can replicate and combine fictional skills, attacks and even physiologies from multiple universes. For example, mixing fictional attacks such as Amaterasu (Naruto) and Spirit Bomb (Dragon Ball) or become a hybrid based on two different universes for example a Kryptonian Saiyan.

This also works with the character's equipment, for example if the user replicate Thanos (Marvel Comics) will also get The Infinity Gauntlet or the universal sword Ascalon (Ben 10) or even merge two items/weapons from different fictional universes into one like an Omnitrix Armor.

Applications

Autopotence - The users are all-powerful over themselves, including their existence. They can make their existence ineffable and defiant of all laws and logic, also rewriting themselves on absolutely all levels, including structure, origin, conclusion, and many more. With absolute control over themselves, they can essentially do anything as long as it stems from their own existence, like granting oneself all powers/abilities, becoming one with everything, attaining true perfection, etc.

Adaptive Power Level - The user can spontaneously and quickly increase their power level to match superior opponents and overcome excessive hardships. This adaptation applies to all personal parameters, physical, mental, and even existential.

Raw power, speed, and fighting skills will keep increasing until the opposition finds itself severely outmatched, surviving, and recovering from incredible punishments until they become unnoticeable. When facing some particularly extreme circumstances, the user will eventually reach a breaking point, their power level exploding as they shed into a new, super-powerful form.

In the end, no matter how huge the power gap, no matter how impossible the odds, users will always find themselves standing victorious on top of their defeated enemies.

Limitations
Only improves existing capabilities, doesn't grant new ones (except when reaching thresholds).

Existence Replication - User can copy/replicate the existence/connection to existence of others, such as their origin, uniqueness, perspectives/point of view, reality, their past, future, worth, overall fate/destiny, past/future lives, rebirths/reincarnations, overall place/purpose in the universe, etc. Some users may be able to replicate metaphysical qualities including their birth, death, afterlife/personal afterlives, and potentially even their parallel/possible/alternate selves/existences.

User can essentially copy the target on a metaphysical/existential level, causing them to either be linked to the targets overall existence and/or supplanting and taking their connections for themselves instead.

Limitations
Weak against Metaphysics Manipulation.
May be weak against Connection Removal.

Complete Arsenal - Users have every imaginable, unimaginable, possible, impossible, existent, non-existent, known, unknown, thinkable, unthinkable, created, uncreated, discovered, undiscovered, fictional, nonfictional, perceived, unperceived, etc. power/ability ever, regardless of any flaws or limitations, the user harbors them all. This enables them to expand on/affect anything from the simplest physical phenomena to concept and finally, the Omniverse and beyond. For example, the user can possess everything from Enhanced Strength and Flight to powerful abilities that go well beyond standard abilities.

The very nature of this power is similar to Desired Ability Manifestation, except that all possible and impossible abilities are already existed thus making the user freely manifest any power in its arsenal without losing the selected power once they no longer have no use for it, allowing them to do whatever they want due to having these many abilities.

While profoundly powerful, it exists a divide between the instances or users of this ability. This ability has the quirk to rely a lot on the users' capabilities or origins to determine where they stand on the reach of the power; it can be divided between two types: Nigh-Omnipotent Users and Truly Omnipotent Users. Nigh-Omnipotent users consist of the majority of users and are those portrayed by fictional works, having the ability to have all powers/abilities yet able to be defeated and sometimes felled by more formidable foes; These are the more grounded and common cases of this ability and how it is portrayed, chained the selected powers' natural limitations mainly due to plot restrictions. Furthermore, Nigh-Omnipotent users might not possess or haven't displayed the capacity to wield omnipotent-scale powers/abilities. Truly Omnipotent Users, however, possess all powers/abilities with absolutely no limitation either because they're Omnipotent to begin with or are free and unattached to all boundaries, as is the case with In-Universe Supreme Beings. They exemplify the power's true potential.

Doppelgänger Morphing - The user can alter their form to take on the appearance of others, typically when they've seen said other at least once.

Can only take the physical appearance of another, not create a completely new form.
Clothing and tools may remain unchanged, requiring the user to manually change.

Power Mimicry Potential - User can replicate and catalog the powers and abilities of another's and evolve them in different way. For example, the user could replicate Water Manipulation and turn it into a Water Form Manipulation.the user can also "branch out" with these powers, changing them into something else marginally related to it or turning it into something less advanced or powerful. an example would be replicating Fire Manipulation and turning it into a Energy Fire Manipulation or vise versa.

Essentially, the user can take each and every power/ability copied and internally evolved or upgraded into a new ability, or retrogressively downgraded into another thing, and upgraded from there. Upgrades can be done by pure thought alone, or by an RPG-style "upgrade tree". Furthermore, users can internally fuse powers, upgrading them that way, and turning them into a new power entirely, which can then be upgraded or retrograded at the user's whim.

Limitations
Unlike normal Power Replication, this depends on the user being able to understand how the ability they're working for functions. Abilities or tactics that hinder the users understanding, senses, mind or perception will likely prevent this power from working.

Self-Adaptive Power - User can use abilities/powers capable of self-adaptation without the user needing to do anything to personally change them. Allowing them to deal with any opposition regardless of its nature by having their attacks/powers simply adapt to the threat for them. Powers could also be programmed with a goal and allowed to adapt and figure out how to get there by adapting to the situation or conditions they are in.

Unlike Self-Adaptation, only the users power are capable of adapting.

The changes that the user can make on reality are limited to the elements and events of the story.
If the user wants to create his own story, he may have to give specific characteristics about how he wants the reality to be, as well as descriptions of the events for the power to work.

Fictional Force Manipulation - User can manipulate reality using the principles of narrative causality, storytelling, or fairy tales, fashioning reality around them after a favorite story or tale of theirs, making the world into one that has the same rules as the story they're using, and ultimately replicating the results of said story. They can replicate the patterns and symbols from their favorite narratives into reality, becoming archetypes or changing people around them into characters based on said archetypes.

User of Fairytale Warping may believe that they're in a world where everything is alive, and that elements of life follow the archetypal elements from fairy tales, folklore, tall tales, and storybooks. Perhaps this leads to an awareness of the "Fourth Wall".

The user can also make elements of the story they are reading become metaphors for real world features, especially when the story has fantastic elements or is set in ancient times. For example, The Big Bad Wolf, can be a bad man.

In short, users can turn the stories they read into reality or make the reality metaphorically similar to the story.

Limitations
Users who are not fictional beings may not possess all of the abilities.
May be weak against those with anti-fictional abilities.

Fiction Travel - The user can transport themselves into any kind of fiction, traveling to works within such fiction. They can either assume the roles of certain characters, an observer, or themselves while in the fiction.

May be limited to certain types of fiction.
Alterations to the fictional work may alter the fictional work altogether.

Fictional Empowerment - User becomes stronger, faster, more durable, etc. from fictional powers, objects, characters, possibly unlocking abilities related to the affinity and enhancing the existing powers. Some users may be able draw sustenance from fiction or even slow or stop aging.

Limitations
Users of Fictional Transcendence are immune.

Fictional Learning - The user can learn/gain skills, talents, and/or abilities/powers from fictional/imaginary characters, either by witnessing the character doing it, being taught by them, helping them perform it, and/or even by them projecting the knowledge into their minds.

The user can learn things that may only exist in fantasy/fiction but can still be applied to reality/real life tasks/situations.

Limitations
Weak against Real World Enforcement.

Imagination Embodiment - User can become the embodiment and personification of imagination, the process of forming new ideas, sensations and images from one's mind that do not physically exist. This grants them limitless or near-limitless control over all imagination.

Logic Manipulation - The users can manipulate logic, the reasoning conducted or assessed according to strict principles of validity or situations, actions, circumstances or qualities of being justifiable by reason. With this power, users can achieve logically impossible feats on a whim, and freely redefine on a metaphysical level what is possible and impossible. This ability may be either derived from some highly transcendent powers, or simply exist without much of a cause. Despite being completely outclassed by forces beyond logic, the user can legitimately be considered among the most powerful beings in existence, shaping reality, metaphysics and causation with nothing but a thought and ignoring all kinds of physical and metaphysical laws like they didn't exist at all. Essentially, to anything bound by logic, the user would seem completely undefeatable and capable of doing anything, perhaps even appearing to be Omnipotent..

Limitations

The power being illogical by nature, the writer could reasonably come up with illogical limitations.
Logic, being the base of all phenomena, tweaking it may cause devastating side-effects.
Though it could be fixed by tweaking logic again (unless "logic" is somehow broken).
This power means nothing to forces that operate above logic.
Absolutes and abilities derived from them exist entirely above logic, so this power is irrelevant to them.
All but the lowest of meta-concepts are utterly beyond framworks of logic and illogic alike, and so the power of a Logic Manipulator means nothing to them.

Higher dimensions/planes of existence may operate off of 'higher-logic', which is beyond the scope of a normal Logic Manipulator. Even alteration of one's personal logic would be ineffective, as the higher logic overrules it completely.

Supernatural Manipulation - User can manipulate the supernatural (Medieval Latin: supernātūrālis: supra "above" + naturalis "nature"), is that which is not subject to the laws of nature, or more figuratively, that which is said to exist above and beyond nature.

The supernatural is whimsically applied through divine powers, magical powers and/or super-science powers users. The user of this power possesses capabilities that surpass or defy the mainstream laws of physics. The ability itself is a metaphor for things that cannot be explained.

Because of it's "unusual nature" yet still somewhat existing in the corporeal plane of existence, this ability may exist somewhere between Physics Manipulation and Metaphysics Manipulation.

Meta Power Manipulation - The user of this ability can freely manipulate every source of power of any type across all existences. The user does this by controlling the fundamental forces that all powers are created from. The user of this ability in essence remains omnipotent over any kind of power or ability across all existences. Including those of Meta, Omni, Absolute or even Almighty powers.

Amalgamation - The user can merge two or more separate objects into one, regardless of whether the objects are organic, inorganic, living, dead, technological, etc. They can decide which parts of the objects are dominant in the union, what is deleted and which merge. Unlike Hybrids, this does not guarantee in Hybridization, but it can technically qualify if one of the subjects are of different species.

In some cases, even though a person possesses more than one ability, they may not use more than one at the same time.
Powers that are opposite to each other, (e.g. fire/ice, chaos/order) may not fuse and/or might even counteract each other unintentionally.

Meta Ability Creation - Users can create whatever ability they want without any limitation and bestow it upon themselves, others and even objects.

They can notably create enhanced versions of already existing abilities, brand new ones or even normal abilities with any specific limitations, conditions or countermeasures they choose.

It essentially grants users an unlimited number of abilities without any side-effects. Users can even take a step further and thoroughly customize a power, like designing a power to only harm a certain thing or activate after a certain condition.

As this power is virtually limitless, any power that the user creates and bestows upon themselves, others and/or objects can be made to be temporary or permanent. No force in existence will ever be able to alter it or remove it from its vessel unless it was made to be removable or alterable.

Power Randomization - User can gain/switch powers at random either switching one power with another or accumulating multiple powers over time.

Superpower Evolution - The user of this power can upgrade or evolve any kind of superpower, including enhancing one's physical and mental condition an unlimited number of times, to virtually any level of gaining new powers or form. Although this also happens naturally overtime.

Limitations
Takes a lot of energy out of the users.
Can be dangerous to inexperienced users as it may not evolve gradually or by stages, but take the user to the ultimate level of power all at once, causing a lot of strain on the user's body.

Reality Condition - The user can use reality warping or abilities to increase one's condition beyond logic or reason and perform physical feats beyond imagination, like limitless strength capable of tearing reality apart and infinite speed beyond any rational or scientific measurements. Mental abilities such as memory are also infinitely increased with no apparent limit.

Limitations
Reality Alteration Negation can negate the user's capabilities.
Reality Armor may pose a problem to the user.
Reality Sundering poses a serious threat to even the most robust users.

Backstory
Kyle Cooper was born in Los Angeles, California on April 28. His parents name are Manny Cooper & Iris Minori (Wakanda Name: Iri Mito). He wasn't born healthy though. It turns out he has Mutism. It was a biological cause due apraxia, that is, problems with coordination of muscles involved in speech. The parent are shocked to hear that. They know that he is too young for any therapy. They decided to work hard & put money into a saving account for him. His father worked at a bank manager, while his mother is a stay-at-home, but secretly working with Wakanda nation. She was a soldier before maternity leave. She has taken care of him for almost one & a half year. However, trouble happens at Manny's job. There was an embezzlement in the bank that led them to lose almost all the money. His father has no idea, so he took a voluntary resign & asked the company to disposed him. They were hesitant, but agreed. He decided to went to his house to say goodbye to his wife & newborn baby. The scary men understand. Manny then went with the scary men. Iris couldn't bare the child alone & scared to take him as well. So, the only people was the grandparents. It was raining, she then went to the grandparents' house. She then knocked. A couple of second, they answered to see Iris. After the whole story been told, they agreed to take care of baby Kyle themselves while Iris agreed to give child support. Iris has sold their house, pack all the baby stuff, & sent it to their house. Iris then head to her hometown & live there.
