Personality.Blair usually can be a pretty calm person, or at least be seen as a calm person, but sometimes she tends to come off as rude, or even intimidating at some times, but he's really nice once you get to know them, though sometimes she tends to worrying a lot, overthinking every little think they can.

Blair grew up with two loving parents, she got good schooling and eventually he ended up going to college, they got a small job at a lab, a start to her dream job, he occasionally helped with experiments and such, One day they called him in for an experiment, it sounded dangerous but her bosses assured them everything would be alright, long story short the experiment went wrong, he was close to the experiment when it did so, everyone else in the lab died immediately, but however she developed the ice powers soon after do to the chemical they were using he occasionally feels guilt that only he came out alive.
