they MUST include

1) What POV/s are going to be used 

2) What characters are going to be in it

3) What year you'd like the story to be set in

4) Character pairings and/or relationships 

5) Type of fanfiction (fluff, smut, angst, slash, AU, crossover, canon)

An example is: 

First POV (Tony). Characters are Tony, Rhodey, Peter and Strange. Year is 2018. Relationships are Tony and Strange. Slash fic.
