Peter had made a YouTube video that had the avengers in it. He was scrolling through the comments when he saw one that said "OMG STUCKY"

That gave him idea so he talked to Shuri and they made a PowerPoint all about why Steve and Bucky should date. 

(Time skip to next team meeting) 

Tony asked if anyone had something to say. Peter raised his hand and Tony told him to go to the board. He clapped his hands twice and Shuri came down from the ceiling using a web. Peter says "que it up" and the PowerPoint on why Steve and Bucky should date comes up.
