Trigger: if you have a vivid imagination and don't like blood or needles, read with caution. 

"Okay you have great control of your powers but you don't seem very good at hand to hand combat so I will be teaching you." Nat said as she and Pearl were getting ready to spar. 

"I am missing a day time patrol with Peter. How long is this going to take?" Pearl asked annoyed.

"Well the faster you learn the faster you will get out of here." Nat replied annoyed that her daughter was not as excited as she was. They sparred for a while and Pearl was getting the hang of it. While they were on a water break Pearl suddenly felt a ping of pain in abdomin. "Period?" Nat asked seeing her clutch her stomach. 

"No that was last week." Pearl replied. She then felt a stabbing in her hip that nearly made her knees buckle. She looked up at Nat and with all seriousness asked "Where's Peter?" 

"What?" Nat asked unsure if she had heard her right.

"Friday where is Peter?" Pearl asked through gritted teeth. 

"Peter is currently bleeding in an alleyway. He is losing blood fast."  

Pearl didn't need to be told much more. She took off running. "Friday tell Bruce to get the medical bay ready." Pearl passes Tony in the hallway on her way out.

"Hey Pearl ho-" Tony cheerfully asked before Pearl cut him off.

"Call your suit and follow me! Peter is currently bleeding in an alleyway!" Pearl yelled in a hurry still running. Tony followed after her unsure as to how she knew about this and was scared for Peter. Whe they found Peter, he was barely conscious in a large pool of blood.

"Hey Pearl. Thought you were training with Auntie Nat." Peter said when he saw Pearl.

"I was. Then I got a hunch you were in trouble. Why couldn't you be bleeding from a place I could tourncit?" Pearl said as she assested Peter's injuries. "Okay Tony, can you give us a lift tot he Med-bay? On the way I will start to think of who would work for a blood tranfution because you are going to need it." Pearl commented directing the last part to Peter. 

By the time they got to the tower, Peter was unconious and Pearl was mumbling franticly while switching away imaginary panels. "Okay. Steve, Wanda, Tony and myself are all possible candiates for the blood transution. Just need Bruce to help me with some tests." Pearl mumbled to herself.

"How do you know who can give Peter blood?" Tony asked hearing Pearl. 

"Peter has A+ blood. You and I have A+, Steve is O+ and Wanda is O-." Pearl said as if it was the most ovious thing ever. (My blood type is A+ and acorrding to the internet so it Tony's. I have no clue about the other peoples. But I share blood type with Tony Stark. I find that cool)

"Why do you know our blood types?" Tony asked a little scared.

Pearl gave him a 'really' look. "I like medical stuff. By the time was there for one week, I knew everyone's blood type and, if you were all normal, who you could give and receve from." 

Bruce patched up Peters wounds but Peter still needed a blood tranfusion. "Okay Steve, Tony, Wanda hold out one of your arms." Pearl commanded

"Why?" Tony asked as he held out his arm. Pearl glabbed it and slapped right above the elbow a few times. 

"Thank." Pearl said as she drew out a vile of blood. After getting a sample of everyone involved's blood, Bruce tested them. When he got the results from Pearls he was shocked.

"Pearl your and Peter's blood match." he said barely audible.

"Great." Pearl took a infusion tube and slapped her arm again.

"I don't think you underst- oh my gosh you just did that." Bruce yelped when Pearl injected the needle into her elbow. Pearl continued to work by getting the other needle into Peters arm. 

"Can someone get me a chair that is higher than Peter's bed?" Pearl asked a little annoyed.

Bruce lowered Peters bed and got Pearl a gurney that was higher than the bed. "Now what were you saying Bruce?" Pearl asked while she was laying down. 

"Umm your bloods match." 

"I know. That why I am giving him my blood."

"No you guys have nearly the same blood down to the DNA. I belive you guys are twins."

They both were silent for a monent. "I guess that makes sense. We were seprated at 4 so all of our mempories of each other were thought to be imagination. We look similar now that you mention it. We can't use our powers on each other. We also sem to share the "twin connection". Thats how I knew he was hurt." Pearl said almost to herself. 

When Peter woke up he had a simlar reaction to Pearl. Telling the team got mixed reactions.

"So your telling us that we adopted different biological twins that were seprated at 4 years old?" Tony asked trying to comprehend what he heard.

"It appears so." Bruce said.

"So how do we procceed from here." Steve asked.

"I vote we keep it the way it is just now know why we are so close." Pearl said.

"I just can't belive you guys didn't realize they were twin. I assumed that was true when I first came here. " Bucky said
