Backstory: Oslo was born in a HYDRA facility and so thus was experimented on throughout his life, and during one of those experiments he was given the super soldier serum and was trained by Zemo to gather intelligence however he was on a mission that went awry and so thus he was captured by S.H.I.E.L.D. and is currently locked up in a high security cell.
