Spideytorch: The Cute Camera Boy Pt.3
When Peter walks out of school, he saw Johnny's car in the parking lot waiting for him.
"Hey, Johnny." Peter said sitting in Johnny's car.
"Hey, baby." Johnny said, kissing Peter's cheek.
They have been dating for two weeks and Peter still hasn't told Johnny the truth about the way they "met".
"So, what are you doing here?" Peter asked him.
"I just finished my online classes early and thought I'd pick up my cutie-patootie boyfriend from school." Johnny replied.
"Wanna come to the Baxter Building? Hang out in my room, play some video games?" he asked, playing with the little curls at the base of Peter's hair.
"Only if you don't mind me doing some homework first." Peter said, buckling his seatbelt.
"Of course I don't mind." Johnny said as he drove away from Peter's school.
When they get to the Baxter Building, they go to Johnny's room where they sat on the bed, one playing video games and the other doing his homework.
"What's with the staring, babe?" Peter giggled.
"Sorry, it's just that you're so cute when you have that look of concentration on your face." Johnny said, ignoring his video game to look at his boyfriend.
Whenever Johnny says something mushy and sappy like that, it always made Peter blush. And he says it a lot, so Peter basically blushes non-stop.
"You're so corny." Peter mumbled, putting his homework into his backpack.
Once the homework had been put away, Peter is tackled down onto the bed by Johnny. Peter hums into the kiss that Johnny is giving him.
"Is this okay?" Johnny asked in between kisses.
Peter nods vigorously, not really wanting their lips to be apart for too long. So, they continue to make out on Johnny's bed. As Johnny shifted to kiss at Peter's neck, he accidentally kicked Peter's backpack off the bed.
"Oops, sorry, I'll get that." Johnny said sitting up and leaning over the edge of the bed.
"No, it can wait." Peter told him, but it was too late, Johnny had already started to grab Peter's backpack.
Unfortunately, he grabbed the wrong end and picked it up upside down, spilling all of its contents onto the floor...including a certain red and blue suit. Peter froze as a look of confusion crossed Johnny's face as he picked up Spider-Man's mask from the floor.
"Pete....what's this all about?" Johnny asked, showing Peter the mask.
"Oh no, he knows I'm Spider-Man now, he's gonna figure out my lies, oh god, he's gonna break up with me, he's gonna hate me!" Peter thought, his mind running rampant.
All this overthinking was starting to cause Peter to have an anxiety attack. His head got all foggy and he found it hard to catch his breath.
"Pete? Pete, baby, breathe." Johnny said gently cupping his face.
He presses his forehead to Peter's and instructs him to close his eyes and match his breathing. When Peter was breathing normally, he immediately bursted into tears and buried his face into Johnny's shoulder.
"I'm sorry I didn't tell you I was Spider-Man, it wasn't that I didn't trust you, because I trust you with my life, and I wasn't trying to play any sort of games, because I love you too much to do that to you." Peter sobbed.
"Then why didn't you just tell me the truth?" Johnny simply asked, rubbing his hand up and down Peter's back.
"I don't know...I've been in love with you since we met as Human Torch and Spider-Man. I guess I thought you would only see Spidey as a friend...but maybe Peter Parker had a chance. And I'm also so strongly protective of my identity because I'm so scared of what could happen to my friends and my aunt." Peter explained, wiping his nose with his wrist.
"I'm such an awful person. I don't deserve you." he wept.
"Hey, you're not an awful person. You just made a mistake, that's all. I should know a thing or two about mistakes, I've made plenty myself." Johnny replied, hugging Peter to his chest.
"How are you not mad at me?" Peter asked, sniffling.
"I guess I am a bit upset you weren't completely honest with me. But I get it. Did you forget that Spidey already told me about his fears of people knowing his identity?" Johnny answered.
"Oh...right. Sometimes....I forget that Spider-Man and Peter Parker are the same person....which is kinda weird huh, that I'd forget that when they're both me." Peter sighed shaking his head at his own dumbness.
"Are you okay now?" Johnny asked.
Peter nods, snuggling into Johnny's chest.
"Are we good? Do you still wanna date me?" Peter asked warily.
"Of course I do, I love you...always have, just like you did. Just no more secrets, okay?" Johnny said laying down with Peter in his arms.
"No more secrets, I promise." Peter said, feeling exhausted from the earlier anxiety attack.
They boys take a little nap, wrapped in each other's arms. During their nap, Sue came into Johnny's room, because it was too quiet and a quiet Johnny meant possible mischief. But when she saw that he was just being adorable, cuddling with his boyfriend, she covered them with a blanket and ignored the spider suit on the floor.
