Tony sends "gifts" to people. These objects tend to be labelmakers (which get regifted a lot), pink wigs for Fury, and a whole bunch of random things that no one finds useful. Some of the Avengers (Tony most definitely included) find it really amusing, like when Tony gave Captain America a giant shark plush.
