Jefferson Roulfer has escaped conviction and is on the prowl for the one who tried to have him incarcerated. When he finds her in her small hometown, Jeff puts her on edge time and time again whenever she's alone. Not that she knows it's him. Or does she?

What will happen when the new boy in town finds out who Eliza is and why she's here? And what if the man who murdered her brother finds her in order to silence her? Will she ever be safe again?
