Marshall pov
I was in the bathroom for a very long time because I couldn't handle watching fionna touch my bubba. The truth had to come out...
I walked out and I couldn't believe what I saw, fionna was going to kiss him!! I swiftly flew In between them without hesitation and hissed at the bitch before dragging gumball out with me.
"Marshall let go of me! You're hurting me!", he pleaded but I didn't listen. The school was a block away So I continued to walk so I could get my car that I left in the parking lot.
"Marshall!"
I did not listen.
I opened the passenger door after arriving and forced gumball in, I then jumped in, furiously turning the engine on and drove off.
We were in the car for Atleast 30 minutes with complete silence until I heard gumball's raspy voice.
"Marshall..."
I slowed down and glanced over at him.
"What?" I said.
He had a focused look before asking,
"Why would you do that."
....
I stayed quiet for a long amount of time until finally picking all my courage up.
....
"Because I love you."
